I specifically came to see Xue Zhiqian's concert. I took a taxi to the hotel after getting off the high-speed train at 2 PM. At 2:45 PM, after checking in at the front desk, I was told the room wasn't ready yet, waiting for inspection, and would be ready after that. They asked if I had any plans afterward, and I said yes. I forgot the exact words, but the gist was that I could go about my business and they would call me. I checked and the hotel's check-in time was 3 PM, so I figured I'd just sit on the sofa for a bit, it would be soon. But by 3:15 PM, there was still no news. I went to the front desk to ask, and they told me the room was still being cleaned. I was speechless. First, they said the room was waiting for inspection, then it was still being cleaned. Isn't check-out time 12 PM? Why was it still being cleaned past 3 PM, and the front desk didn't even apologize. It was only after I explained my situation, saying I was in a hurry and needed to go to the room to do my makeup and change because I had plans, that the front desk made a call to inquire. They then told me I still needed to wait 20 minutes. Although the environment and everything else are good – otherwise, I wouldn't have chosen a hotel so far from the concert venue – the initial check-in experience was indeed poor and made us feel pressed for time.

My friend recommended this place, and it certainly didn't disappoint – full marks! The hotel was completely renovated last year and it's very modern, with that cozy, minimalist style I love. And the service? Absolutely meticulous! As soon as we got out of the car, a staff member helped with our luggage. Check-in at the front desk was super thoughtful; they offered warm, disposable, disinfected towels, followed by some really delicious tea. I asked, and it's called osmanthus black tea – I'll definitely be buying some for home! My friend recommended a room not too high up, but the front desk lady upgraded me directly to a high-floor room, which was such a warm gesture. Then a staff member escorted us to the room, explained where everything was, and pointed out nearby attractions. What's even better is that after checking in, I added the concierge's WeChat, and they sent over travel tips and hotel restaurant information. Plus, they offer 24-hour service – perfect! The hotel's location is excellent, supposedly in the heart of Weihai. Guests get free parking, free access to the gym, and a free self-service laundry room with detergent and garment steamers provided. If you're coming with kids, there's a free playroom on the 8th floor. The next day's breakfast was incredibly rich, with everything you could imagine, including delicious mackerel dumplings! Next time, I'm definitely bringing my friends to Weihai to stay at Bainar again. See you next time!

I specifically chose a hotel with excellent environment and service for this trip. As soon as we walked in, they upgraded our room type, which was incredibly surprising and amazing! The duty manager was very responsible and easy to reach via WeChat for any questions; his service attitude was also fantastic!! This really boosted my impression of the hotel! The front desk also gave us a complimentary room upgrade – the service truly exceeded the price! Incredible value for money! And the welcome fruit from the hotel was delicious and fresh. It's very close to Yizhouli Commercial Street, just a short walk downstairs. On a nice day, I feel like I could sit in the park downstairs all afternoon. The lobby is also very spacious and not cramped at all. The hygiene was exceptional. The cleaning ladies spoke Mandarin and even folded our clothes. Coming back to a tidy room after leaving it messy always puts me in a better mood. The hot water was definitely plentiful, making for a very comfortable bath at night. The bed was huge, and the environment was great. The breakfast had a wide variety and was quite good. Upon checkout, they even gave us a souvenir, helped us scan the parking code, and escorted us all the way to the parking lot – full of thoughtful details.

Overall, a very pleasant stay! Mindy from Guest Relations reached out beforehand to inquire about my room preferences and helped arrange everything, also explaining the executive club benefits. The location is excellent; just across Quancheng Square is Henglong Plaza (very convenient for dining and shopping), and it's close to other attractions. Parking is easy and plentiful. The stay was quite comfortable. I accidentally left a small bag at the hotel when I checked out, but thankfully, after contacting Zora at the service center, it was quickly found and mailed back to me. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Great place to stay. Clean, spacious, comfortable. however the room service food isnt so great. Can be improve in the future. Will repeat if visiting the town again.

Hampton by Hilton Liaocheng offers truly impeccable service! When we mentioned the bedding wasn't comfortable, they immediately arranged to purchase and replace it with brand new duvet covers and linens. Their patience and attentiveness throughout the process were outstanding. They genuinely care about their guests' experience. Plus, the hotel offers great value for money, making for an excellent stay. The breakfast spread is also very generous, featuring a wide variety of local Liaocheng specialties and pastries. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay.

The location is fantastic, directly facing the sea with a super healing view. The front desk staff, Rain and Parzival, provided attentive and meticulous service, making our entire stay very comfortable. A special shout-out to Manager Jing Dongran, who warmly helped us with the wheelchair and carried our luggage. My elderly family member accidentally dropped their room card on the lobby floor while heading out, and Manager Jing noticed it. Fearing that the elder would be anxious about losing the card and not knowing where it dropped, he chased us for over 100 meters to return it. He was truly thoughtful and considerate, we're very grateful to him!

Traveling to Weihai, I highly recommend this store ～ Hebei people do not lie to the Chinese ～ The location of the apartment is superb, just inside the Xianghai Scenic Area, you can see the sea when you open the window, and walk directly to the sea. The scenery is amazing. Compared with the apartment that lived near Huoju 8th Street on the first day, this price-performance ratio was directly won. When I came, I found that Xianghai itself was enough to play for two days and the experience was much better. The surrounding transportation is very convenient, whether it is to drive to Liugong Island or Weihai City, it is very convenient. Weihai has a wide road, a large number of parking lots, a unified parking for 2 yuan an hour, and the apartment has its own free parking space. The first choice for self-driving stay is correct! There are also many choices for eating food. You can eat in the scenic area. You can drive to the town in a few minutes. The commercial street in the town is very prosperous. All kinds of food and daily necessities are available. It is super convenient to go shopping. The store service is particularly intimate and thoughtful. As soon as I checked in, the boss took the initiative to add WeChat and sent me his own exclusive play guide, including surrounding food, shopping locations, scenic spots and practical maps, which is worry-free and meticulous. The security of the community is strict and responsible, and the living is very safe. The room is spacious and atmospheric, equipped with two oversized double beds, the mattress pillows are soft and comfortable, and the sleep experience is very good. The whole house was cleaned clean, the hygiene was particularly in place, and the details were full. The homestay facilities are all available, disposable toilet pads, disposable bath towels, disposable tea cups and paper cups are all prepared, as well as washing machines, laundry detergent, a full set of cooking utensils, pots and pans, and even the tools for catching the sea are intimately prepared, and the supplies are very complete. The overall stay experience is full marks. It is the most intimate and satisfying sea view apartment I have ever stayed in Weihai. The environment is good, cost-effective, and convenient to travel. I drive to Weihai and close my eyes to the Xianghai!

The room was great and spacious. Even though it was a twin room, the beds were big enough for four people, including two older children. The hotel's ambiance is top-notch; honestly, you could spend half a day just exploring it. The style is charmingly antique. The food and beverage options were excellent. The barbecue at the Beer Garden was fantastic, and the Chinese food at Confucius Banquet was equally impressive. This was the most satisfying hotel of my trip to Shandong. There were a couple of drawbacks, however. I booked a drop-off service to the station, but when I checked in, they wrote down my phone number incorrectly. I wasn't notified until just before I was about to leave, and when I asked at the front desk, I found out they had swapped two digits. Luckily, I inquired, otherwise, I would have been delayed. The front desk also said it was only a 20-minute drive to the high-speed train station, but it actually took almost 40 minutes. It's definitely something to factor in for timing. Other hotels often include complimentary breakfast, but this one didn't. However, the Confucius Temple is right outside, and there are plenty of breakfast spots nearby.
