I brought my mom to Qingdao for a trip, and the hotel's location is excellent. It's very convenient to get to attractions like Zhanqiao Pier, Badaguan, and May Fourth Square. Our room also offered a great sea view. We had a fantastic view from the room we were assigned. The breakfast restaurant even allowed us to enjoy the sunrise over the sea. I particularly want to mention the hotel service; our butler was incredibly warm and attentive, providing local specialties and fruit as a complimentary gift. After extending our stay for another night, we kept receiving pleasant surprises (I'll review those tomorrow). Additionally, the housekeeping auntie was exceptionally warm and proactive. My mom was very satisfied, and I highly recommend this hotel.

The Pullman Weifang is always my hotel of choice in Weifang, The European menu in the Cafe is a life saver serving anything from German sausages to burger or pizza to steaks. The buffet is equally good in the main restaurant where I enjoyed great lamb chops and drinks are included in the price which is a welcome relief. The hotel is located next door to a nice shopping mall and the rooms are large and spacious. The gym is extremely well kitted and the pool is amazing.

Hotel is well located. Behind the hotel was a long distance bus terminal. It is easy to book a long distance trip to Penglai and the 8 mortals sights. The journey takes around 2 hours. If you are coming from Yantai Railway Station the walk is about 15-20 minutes walk to hotel or alternatively there is a public bus stop right in front of the hotel. By taxi CNY 9.00. Check-in staffs are nice and friendly. Hotel room is clean and rather hip too from the main door. A little set-back was the water kettle which I find a bit inconvenient wherever I need to boil water as you need to un-plug the whole kettle and it can’t filled much water. Not the traditional type of water kettle which I feel needed to be upgraded. Overall, a nice hotel to stay.

Arriving in Linyi, travel-worn from Tianjin, the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, all my fatigue quietly melted away. Traveling with a child always adds a layer of concern, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that every one of those worries was gently addressed by the thoughtful care here. The most delightful surprise was undoubtedly the unexpected room upgrade. Our originally booked room type was quietly upgraded to a more spacious and comfortable one. The bright floor-to-ceiling windows offered gentle views of Linyi's streetscape, feeling like an unexpected gift that instantly elevated the quality of our stay. This silent yet profound gesture of thoughtfulness made us, first-time visitors, feel truly at home and welcomed. This warmth was further exemplified and brought to life in the lobby bar. An employee named Shi Keqian, with her genuine smile and friendly demeanor, made a rich, aromatic handcrafted coffee that, with each sip, seemed to melt away the lingering travel fatigue. What warmed our hearts even more was her thoughtful attention to our child – she specially offered some delicate and adorable cookies. The smile on our child's face, clutching the cookies, was more captivating than any scenic view. Ms. Shi's genuine kindness wasn't just part of a service protocol; it was a heartfelt expression of hospitality that made this hotel feel less like a temporary lodging and more like the home of a warm and welcoming Linyi friend. On a separate note, the swimming pool and other facilities, including their service, were quite disappointing. After a swim, we found there was virtually no body wash or shampoo available in the showers. When we inquired, we were met with various excuses. This really detracts from the overall experience at such a large, high-star hotel!

not sure why. but the temperature inside the room is so hot. had turn off the AC/heater. opened the window. but still no luck. beside that, everything was good beside of the hotel is nice shopping center.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient to visit all the attractions. The service at the hotel is also exceptionally thoughtful; from the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us warmly, helped with our luggage, and processed our check-in with a constant smile. It really made us feel welcome. Our room was cleaned immaculately every day, and any requests we had were attended to promptly by the staff. The hotel environment is also very pleasant and relaxing. I must also highlight their breakfast buffet – it offers a rich variety of dishes, with both Western and Chinese options available, and the food tastes great, satisfying everyone's preferences. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I'm in the area and highly recommend it to others!

Despite having visited Jining many times, this was my first stay at this hotel, and my overall experience was excellent! A special mention goes to Mei Yuan, who handled my check-in. She was consistently smiling and incredibly patient, making us feel exceptionally welcome. She assured us that no request was too much trouble and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Such dedicated staff truly deserve praise! Even after her shift, she remained readily available, answering questions and fulfilling requests. As a frequent business traveler, I can honestly say that it's rare to find an employee as responsible and attentive as Mei Yuan. I was thoroughly impressed! My only suggestion for improvement would be the hotel's breakfast; it felt a little underwhelming and didn't quite live up to the high standards of the rest of the hotel. I hope this can be enhanced.

The room was very spacious. Our butler, Nora, added me on WeChat before check-in and asked about any special requests. Since it was my birthday, I mentioned a birthday setup in advance. As it was the off-season, Nora also helped me get a room upgrade. The hotel has great views, and the large windows mean you can see the sea even from a partial sea-view room. Upon arrival, the hotel provided welcome fruits and a small cake, and we didn't have to carry our own luggage – someone greeted us when we got out of the car, opened the car door when we left, and helped with our bags. Calls to the front desk were answered almost instantly, and anything we needed was delivered within minutes. When we returned in the evening after being out all day, the hotel even prepared turn-down service. The only minor drawback was that the room was a bit warm, which we resolved by contacting the front desk for a fan. Throughout our two-day stay, Nora kept in touch with us and even helped us get some complimentary drinks. She was very helpful and responsible. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance. We didn't experience any of the shortcomings that some reviews mentioned. If you get the chance, I highly recommend trying it out. The hot cocoa at the dessert shop is delicious; I suggest getting a cup to try!

Sheraton is always the best and the name of quality…..however, this time experience was not good and I never had such a bad experience with the help desk staff. Called them two times for many problems in room and they didn’t even cared, at-last have to go down and talk with them…. Sheraton is never been bad but it’s the staff at that moment.

Excellent service, a perfect stay! The hotel truly shines in its attention to detail. The rooms are fully equipped, even featuring smart toilets. The service is incredibly thoughtful; they actively helped with luggage and were super quick to respond to requests. The freshly made noodles at breakfast were absolutely delicious. For business travel, this place is both classy and comfortable!
