Mindy from Guest Relations was incredibly thoughtful and pre-arranged a room with stunning views of the city's nightscape and Quancheng Square. She gave us a warm welcome upon check-in and introduced us to the hotel. The location was super convenient – just across the street from Henglong Plaza, making shopping and dining a breeze. In the evenings, a pleasant 20-minute stroll led us straight to Daming Lake and Chaoran Tower to see the illuminations, making our itinerary incredibly relaxed.

This stay far exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of shops, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby, and getting a taxi is very convenient. Jade was very friendly, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the room was well soundproofed, making for a very quiet night. Hot water supply in the bathroom was stable, and all the facilities were new and complete. The staff were responsive, and the overall environment was clean and quiet. It offers outstanding value for money, perfect for both short trips and temporary stays. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

This European-castle-style resort hotel, nestled on Aoshan Bay in Jimo, Qingdao, offers an exceptional overall experience. It's great value for money and perfectly suited for family vacations with kids, as well as leisure and wellness retreats. 1. Location and Views The hotel is about 50 kilometers from downtown Qingdao. While it's relatively remote, this distance from the city's hustle and bustle ensures a wonderful sense of tranquility. It's right next to Aoshan Bay's kilometer-long golden beach, with direct access downstairs. The sea views are outstanding, and some sea-view rooms boast a panoramic 270-degree vista, perfect for enjoying the ocean and taking photos. The hotel itself features a Mediterranean European style, with an exterior resembling a dream castle and a grand, elegantly decorated lobby. Next to the hotel, there are numerous indoor and outdoor hot springs with crystal-clear water, ideal for a relaxing soak.

The Westin Qingdao has an excellent location, very close to May Fourth Square and the commercial district, making it super convenient for getting around, sightseeing, shopping, and finding places to eat. Staying on the Executive Floor offered outstanding views; I could take in the stunning sea views right from my window. The Executive Lounge experience was superb, with a wide variety of food. The staff were attentive and responsive, providing meticulous service throughout my stay. It was a comfortable and pleasant stay, perfect for a trip to Qingdao.

My stay at the Orange Crystal Hotel (Qingdao May Fourth Square) far exceeded my expectations! The hotel clearly puts a lot of effort into its brand culture; there's a story about the brand's origins on the bedside table, and reading it truly gives you a sense of their original vision, creating a wonderful ambiance. Early in my stay, there was a strange noise in my room. After contacting the front desk, they handled it incredibly efficiently, without much back-and-forth. They immediately arranged a room change, and the new room type was perfect. The soundproofing in the new room was excellent; it was quiet all night, and I couldn't hear any guests in the adjacent rooms, which made for a very restful sleep. I especially want to commend the self-service laundry room. It's managed by dedicated staff and fully equipped with disinfectant and antibacterial laundry detergent. I missed the pick-up time for my laundry, and the staff thoughtfully folded my clothes neatly and placed them in a special laundry bag. Such attention to detail was incredibly heartwarming. Throughout my stay, the service was exceptionally warm. Every staff member I encountered on the way would proactively greet guests politely and appropriately. It wasn't just standardized service; they truly went the extra mile with their thoughtful touches. The location is excellent, making travel convenient. For those who value details and service quality, this hotel is definitely worth choosing!

The female staff members I encountered at this hotel were all wonderful. When I booked a tent, I was told the beach would be shady in the afternoon, but I actually needed the tent more in the morning. They were very helpful and changed my reservation to the morning. When checking in, they noticed I had a small baby and proactively asked if I could wait a few hours to get a room upgrade to a sea-view room. Since I was going to Mount Laoshan that day, I checked in in the evening and was upgraded directly to a sea-view room. Many thanks to the front desk staff who checked me in and the staff who helped me book the tent. The room was also cleaned very well every day.

Entertainment & Public Facilities 1. Recreation zone equipped with a pool table (billiard table), card-playing tables and long work desks for travelers’ office use. 2. Lounge area with soft sofas, home theater, small bar counter, tea corner and free drinking water station. 3.  fitness equipment available for light workouts. 4. Free Wi-Fi covers all areas; personal lockers are provided inside bedrooms for valuables storage, wrispbands are convenient.. and the view is outstanding!

Traveling with my child during the summer vacation, I deliberated for a long time between the St. Regis, MGM, and Haitang Hotel, and ultimately chose Haitang. It turns out I made the right choice. The hotel is very new, and apart from the slightly small rooms, I was quite satisfied with everything else, and it was very clean. The location is also excellent; the side sea view room initially felt a bit misleading, but every afternoon while lounging on the sofa, I had a full panoramic sea view. I'm not sure if it's due to the season or the hotel's overall good climate control, but the humidity felt just right, so comfortable that I didn't want to leave. The service was even more outstanding, from check-in to final departure, the entire experience was great, and they were very accommodating. The most important thing to highlight is that their breakfast was truly delicious; you could tell a lot of effort went into it, and the restaurant on the third floor was also very tasty. Plus, they offered complimentary afternoon tea and a sightseeing tour of 'Sea and Sky' (海上云天), so the value for money was actually quite good.

The parking lot has ample spaces, the plaza is large, and parking is free. The lobby manager, Ms. Liu Xin, was very welcoming, and the front desk staff were also very professional. The concierge provided luggage storage, excellent assistance with getting in and out of vehicles, and package pickup services. Overall, the experience was excellent. The rooms have large, bright windows, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. The location is convenient, with many restaurants nearby. Transportation is very convenient. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay. Hot towels and warm water were available at the bar for handwashing.

Choosing the right hotel for my trip to Rizhao was absolutely worth it! The Puyue Zhiya Seaview Hotel has an amazing location, within walking distance to the beach, and the sea view rooms offer a fantastic panorama. The rooms are clean, tidy, and well-equipped, offering excellent value for money. I have to give a special shout-out to Xiao Jie, the front desk attendant! Her efficiency was incredible; check-in was completed in just three minutes, and she explained all the information clearly and thoroughly. Her attitude was incredibly thoughtful – she proactively helped with my luggage, patiently shared practical tips for local sightseeing and where to eat seafood, and when I temporarily needed toiletries, they were delivered very quickly. Professional and warm-hearted service! My entire experience was fantastic. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Rizhao, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone planning a visit!
