Dongying Wanda Realm hotel is very comfortable and the best I have stayed in Dongying. Spacious, quality rooms, very clean with excellent facilities, particularly the pool and gym, and with very attentive, pleasant and helpful staff, especially Andrew who has provided excellent assistance over my many stays. Highly recommended for short or long stays as the go-to hotel in Dongying.

The Hampton by Hilton Liaocheng features separate wet and dry areas in the bathrooms, and the toiletries are of good quality with great attention to detail. The breakfast selection, in particular, is incredibly diverse, offering both local specialties and a mix of Chinese and Western options. All the dishes are very fresh and delicious. The hotel also provides free laundry facilities and a gym for guests to use. Most importantly, the room size is genuinely spacious, making for a very comfortable stay.

We chose Marriott for our family trip with the kids, and we were immediately touched by the thoughtful little details and a short note from the room attendant after check-in. In the hallway, we bumped into a service staff member, Ms. Hu Changli, and asked for two extra toothbrushes since we had two kids. To our surprise, when we returned in the evening, we found extra children's slippers and small bathrobes, plus some small toys! The photoshoot on the second day was also fantastic; the makeup and photography were very professional. We didn't get to experience the 'Six Arts' activities due to time constraints, but we'll definitely be back next time. All in all, it was a wonderful stay!

Booked an Executive King room, but since it wasn't available, the front desk attendant kindly upgraded me to an apartment suite. What more could I ask for? Seriously, nothing but praise. The Executive Lounge's Happy Hour offers plenty of food; if you really try, you can certainly fill up. Normally, no one mixes drinks there, but I insisted and they made me a Gin and Tonic. A little later, I went back for another, jokingly asking if a Gin and Tonic was really that challenging. They relented and concocted a passionfruit-infused drink with tonic – I forget what liquor was in it – but it was sweet and quite delicious. They truly made something out of nothing, as all the colored syrups were gone. So grateful, truly grateful. From the living room, you get a panoramic, unobstructed view of Quancheng Square, and you can see the Guohua InterContinental across the way. I specifically checked at night, and thankfully, no one was flying drones, which is a HUGE plus. Breakfast had a decent variety, pretty standard. Besides their special omelet-wrapped everything, I highly recommend 'Bazi Rou' (braised pork) when you're in Jinan. The presentation is plain, even uglier than what you'd find at Chaoyixing, and it comes in small pieces, but the flavor is spot on – absolutely delicious. In the suite, they provided a bunch of random samples – all the toiletries were miniatures. I looked them up and they were Acqua di Parma. I didn't recognize the brand, so I just took them all home. Before leaving, I even called housekeeping to request another set. We Shangri-La members are basically beggars, after all. The pool was also excellent – clean and not crowded. Swimming next to the 'Eye of Quancheng' really is a unique experience. The sauna and steam rooms were also well-maintained. Right across from the hotel is Jinan's traditional CBD (though there's a proper, newer CBD now, quite far away). I recommend crossing through the Hang Lung Plaza opposite, and just a short walk away, you'll find Yanxi Tang, whose scallion oil carp was unexpectedly delicious. Finally, I'd like to give a special shout-out to two staff members: Niki at the front desk and He Mengyao at the lounge. Thanks to their professional service, our trip concluded perfectly. We will definitely be back.

My work trip to the Qingdao Haitian Hotel started with an unexpected warmth, and the source of that warmth was an employee named Evan (Xiao Yin). When I checked in, Evan's patient communication immediately made me feel at ease. Whether it was adjusting the room or accommodating my floor preference, he proactively and efficiently helped coordinate everything. What was initially just a simple travel procedure turned into the beginning of a delightful experience, all thanks to his thoughtful consideration for the guest. What's even more remarkable is that as I spent time in various areas of the hotel, I realized this warmth wasn't an isolated incident. Evan seemed to be a microcosm, reflecting the ingrained service spirit of the entire Haitian Hotel team. Whether relaxing in the executive lounge or having breakfast at the buffet, every server I encountered offered just the right amount of care. What moved me the most was when I was working late in my room and the desk lamp had a minor issue. After a phone call, a housekeeping staff member not only arrived immediately but also thoughtfully brought me a fully functional lamp, ensuring my work wouldn't be interrupted. In that moment, under the dim light, it wasn't just the desk that was illuminated, but also the traveler's heart. Thank you, Evan. Thank you to the unnamed housekeeping staff member. And thank you to everyone at Haitian who, like them, quietly embodies the principle of 'anticipating guests' needs.' It is you who have added a gentle, take-home memory of home to the sea breeze of Qingdao.

Had a fantastic stay! Xiao Ning at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. She made sure the bed rail I requested in advance was already set up. When she heard we were a family traveling, she even helped us get rooms on the same floor. During the New Year, she also gave the kids little horse toys. The hotel is right by Shilaoren Beach, which was super convenient for taking the kids to play and dig in the sand. We had a great time with the kids in Qingdao, and we'll definitely be back!

The hotel is very close to Hongkou 1920. However, upon check-in, the front desk gave me a room at the end of the hallway, which I was very unhappy about. It wasn't even peak season, so why couldn't they ask if I preferred a room near or away from the elevator? I had to drag my tired body and heavy luggage downstairs to switch rooms at past 11 PM. The next day, I needed to mail something, but the delivery person wasn't allowed upstairs, so I had to go downstairs myself (and switch two elevators...). Since my flight was at 5 PM, I called to ask for a late check-out. I'd like to praise them for agreeing to my request. Are the lights in the lobby designed to look like sea cucumbers?

The hotel staff, especially the ladies at the front desk, were incredibly helpful and assisted me with all my requests. The hotel is right by the sea, which was perfect for evening strolls – highly recommended for ocean lovers! The Korean food and Malatang on the weekend were also delicious. I was lucky enough to experience snow in Weihai, and it was so convenient to head back to the hotel after taking photos. The room was super clean and comfortable! And the price in winter was really affordable! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Weihai!

ZzzleonThe room was spacious and quiet, and the environment was clean, typical of an established five-star hotel. I woke up early and went for a swim in the pool; it's 25x10 meters, with excellent water quality and a comfortable temperature. The breakfast selection was rich and varied. Perhaps due to the Spring Festival, it was extremely crowded, but the management was well-organized, with staff guiding guests to tables. I wanted to take two eggs for my child who was still sleeping in and asked a staff member for a takeaway box, but they didn't provide one, stating that my booking only included one breakfast and take-away wasn't allowed. I must have overlooked this when booking, so I can't blame them. There was ample parking, though it's quite deep, on level B4. The MixC shopping mall and May Fourth Square are just a convenient 10-minute walk away.

GGuest UserLocated in Luozhuang District, the hotel is very grand, covers a very large area, and the hotel's interior is also quite high-end. I chose the Octonauts parent-child room, which is located on the 17th floor. The view is particularly good, the waiter's attitude is also very good, and the children's breakfast is free. The breakfast is rich in variety. I will come again next time I have the chance! !

LLaishichunzhishuangxuerongThis is probably the best hostel I've ever stayed in. It's located on a high floor, around the 10th-19th story, and has a large open-plan layout. The floors are clean and tidy, and the living room has fitness equipment. There's also a very spacious reading room (about the size of a classroom, where they show movies at night). The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a view of Daming Lake and Daming Lake Railway Station. To the west of the reading room is an observation deck, looking down onto the bustling Beiyuan Viaduct, but the soundproofing is excellent; once the door is closed, you hear nothing. The bunk beds are wooden and very spacious, equipped with a small table and air conditioning. The upper bunk has a small staircase instead of a ladder, making it easy to climb up and down. Each person gets a lockable locker, so your belongings are safe. The restrooms are larger communal facilities with multiple stalls, so there's no waiting. Additionally, there's a dedicated luggage room for storage. The hostel is staffed during the day, but the front desk might be unstaffed late at night. The owner is incredibly friendly and provides excellent food recommendations and travel tips. Jinan's subway isn't very convenient for travel, but the bus system is very well-developed. Right below the hostel is the Beiyuan Viaduct, with BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) and many regular bus routes. Beiyuan Metro Station is only about 500 meters walk from the hostel. If you're going to Daming Lake, there's a small path that goes under the Jiaoji Railway, leading directly to the north gate of Daming Lake. To get to Shandong Museum, you can take BRT 6. However, it can be a bit dark at night; during the day, it's recommended to take a bus from the Beiyuan Viaduct side to the main gate of Daming Lake. The owner is super enthusiastic. I had originally booked a K-train departing from Daming Lake Railway Station at 1 AM the next day, and the owner readily approved my request to stay in the reading room until early morning, providing heating and allowing luggage storage. In the end, due to a change in plans, I rebooked my train to depart from Jinan Station and didn't return. In short, I highly recommend this hostel, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Jinan if it's convenient!

MM599736****Five-star review! Crowne Plaza Qingdao Ocean Spring Resort is incredibly worthwhile. The room we booked was a delightful surprise. The balcony offers a direct view of Aoshan Bay, and watching the sunrise in the morning was absolutely stunning! It's just a hundred meters walk to the Ocean Bromide Salt Hot Springs, so you can enjoy both a relaxing soak and ocean views. The kids' water park kept my child entertained to no end. The window seats really set a wonderful ambiance. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and even proactively upgraded our room. The service was attentive to every detail. This is definitely our top choice for a family vacation, and we'll be back next time!

GGuest UserHaving visited Qingdao multiple times for both leisure and business, and having stayed in numerous high-end hotels, MGM Qingdao still manages to impress me and stands out as a genuinely recommended luxury choice. From the moment I stepped in, the brand's sophisticated style, the stunning mountain and sea views, the attentive service, and the solid quality progressively unfolded, delivering a stay experience far exceeding expectations. It truly sets the benchmark for luxury hotels in Qingdao. The hotel's location is absolutely superb, nestled in the heart of Laoshan District, backed by the foothills of Mount Laoshan, and directly facing the golden sands of Shilaoren Beach. A short walk from the hotel brings you to the seaside, making it incredibly convenient for enjoying the sea breeze, strolling on the beach, and watching sunrises and sunsets. The surrounding transportation network is excellent, with a subway station nearby, ensuring smooth access to popular attractions like May Fourth Square, Olympic Sailing Center, and Laoshan Scenic Area. Whether for a leisurely vacation or a business trip, the location is simply impeccable. The iconic golden lion, Leo, at the main entrance is magnificent, showcasing MGM's brand heritage while symbolizing good fortune. Upon entering the lobby, I was enveloped by an artistic ambiance, with Dali's surrealist piano sculptures adorning the space. The blend of modern design and artistic aesthetics, coupled with ample natural light and elegant soft furnishings, creates a luxurious yet understated atmosphere that exudes sophistication. What touched me the most was the hotel's service – attentive, thoughtful, and meticulous throughout, yet perfectly discreet and non-intrusive. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and swift, with staff who were warm and patient, proactively introducing hotel facilities and local tips, showing warmth in every detail. Whether I needed travel advice, assistance with a request, or help with a minor issue, the staff responded and resolved it immediately, remembering guests' preferences and needs, providing butler-style service that made every guest feel genuinely at home.

AAnonymous UserThe room was clean and the staff was very nice. The hotel is located very conveniently. There were two rather glaring issues tho, which I have not experienced with hotels at this price level in china: 1. The shower did not have warm water. After asking the staff about it, they said it would be fixed by the evening. It was still not fixed by the time I checked out the following day, unshowered. The reason given was a burst pipe and I do understand that there can be issues that are just not solvable in a quick manner. But at this accomodation level it should've been directly communicated when staff became aware of it. The only thing I received is a sorry and a WeChat sticker. In the subzero winter no warm water is just a No-Go. 2. The breakfast was not good. The buffet was barely there: Some white bread with butter and jam (that had run out the first day I was there) and some sweet potatoes and boiled eggs. I attached pictures below. There also was a little kitchen that cooked wonton or noodle soup, which tasted okay, but on the first day it was incredibly crowded and chaotic. There was just a bulk of people in front of the counter and a single very stressed cook taking and cooking the orders. It took me quite some time to get food. On the next day I went earlier (8am) and it was not as packed (that's where the pictures are from).

AAnonymous UserBefore leaving Beijing, I booked the Nishi Haitai Resort Hotel on Ctrip. Although the online review was only 4.1, I still firmly chose this hotel. Later, it was confirmed that my choice was absolutely correct. The hotel is good in all aspects and must be given 100 points. 1. The hotel is in a good location. You can watch the sunrise while lying on the bed, face the sea, blow the sea breeze and listen to the sound of the waves. The hotel has a private beach. The elevator goes to the B1 floor and you can walk to the lighthouse, Lily Bay, Children's Palace, Sakura Lake, Seaside Park, etc. along the beach. You can also take the bus No. 117 or No. 289 in front of the door. Bus No. 117 goes directly to Huaxing Bridge, a popular check-in place. 2. The hotel lobby is magnificent and unique, with the most distinctive various bear toys, which are posed differently every day. In addition, you can watch the sea from the public platform on each floor of the hotel, and there is a children's playground on each floor, which is suitable for walking babies. 3. The hotel has a variety of breakfasts, roasted tobacco potatoes, meat sauce buns, and fried dough sticks must be tasted, and different fruits are served every day. Lunch and dinner can also be served at the hotel, the dishes taste good and the price is reasonable. 4. There are churches, sun umbrellas, and rest cabins on the beach of the hotel, which is warm and romantic. 4. It takes 10 minutes by taxi from Rongcheng High-speed Railway Station to the hotel. I originally planned to stay for 3 days, but then I extended my stay for 2 days. I strongly recommend friends who go to Rongcheng to stay at Nishi Haitai Resort Hotel, which is definitely worth experiencing and you will definitely linger after the experience.
