It was in September 2024. Rested for 2 weeks.
1. Location. Priority of which. To the center on foot in a hurry 25-30. Enjoy. All along the Gulf shore. Beauty. Nearby the shop - 3 minutes. Restaurant - 10 minutes on foot. The area is quiet. Who needs the plates and music is not here. Who needs silence and peace - choose this place.
2. Take the room on the top floor with the view of the bay (required!!!). Sea and mountains. The view is amazing! Every time a new picture. Not boring, but surprises again and again.
3. Hosts. Rarely will you meet such joy and kindness. Any request, wish is fulfilled immediately, with a smile. Everything is resolved. Just good! Machine and Juri - great thank you! And to everyone who helps you, of course, thank you too!
By the way, it was necessary to shift the time of the trip - agreed instantly. Early entry - too decided without problems.
4. Comforts. Everything is available for a long rest and for a couple of days to go. Kitchen (wish a microwave, but can be done without it), dishes. Normal sauna in the room. Good bed with excellent mattress. Live 2 weeks without home problems.
5. The hosts will always help with the transfer, will tell on the tours, will find a guide (we had Marco - a beautiful, cultural, intelligent person. Thank you for a separate!).
As a result. Choose these apartments. You won't regret it.
The only positive aspect of this hotel is the view. Swimming in the sea is not advisable unless you have a very strong immune system, as the city's sewage is discharged just 100 meters away.
Most staff, except for the friendly front desk team and the two Black ladies at breakfast who were very lovely, were extremely rude. Interactions often felt tense and could escalate for no reason.
Asking questions or making reasonable comments was met with hostility. For instance, we asked about guests reserving pool chairs at 9 a.m. and not using them until the afternoon, which happened frequently. The pool waiter rudely stated that guests can ”do whatever they want” and refused to address the issue. How is this even acceptable at a place where the number of seats is very limited? Every luxury hotel has a policy against such practice...
As others have mentioned, staff treat guests inconsistently. We followed a couple into the restaurant who was warmly greeted by the manager, but when we passed by and said hello, we received only a cold stare without a smile. The staff's behavior falls far short of 5-star hotel standards.
The hotel is outside the city of Kotor. The view does not see the Kotor Bay but it is very clear to the Tivat airport and the Tivat Bay. There is also a port mountain gro view. There is a very clean air on the hill. People with a car may prefer. The room is all but everything is inside the washing room, the clothes, the box, the jar, the refrigerator, the table, the flat-screen, the flat-screen, the flat-screen, the flat-screen, the flat-screen, the flat-screen, the flat-screen, the flat-screen, the flat-screen, the flat-screen, the flat-screen, the flat-screen But don't stay in room C20 there is incredible fluidity and humidity. We wanted the room to be changed but we couldn't change
1. From the airport Diwat to the hotel, you can take a taxi for 20 euros. There is no shuttle bus. You can only take a taxi. You can get to the old town and you will be there after you walk in. You can ask the hotel to book 15 euros when you leave.
2 The front desk of the hotel is on the second floor. You will first go to the front desk of the hotel every day including meals, you will be given two choices and then you can go to the restaurant for dinner.
3 There is a shopping mall next to the old town
4 Remember that Bank of Montenegro has not cooperated with UnionPay, and all ATMs cannot withdraw money. Also note that the bank that UnionPay cooperated with has closed down. In euros
5 Here Go up the mountain to see Kotor, the ticket is 8 euros, walk up from the old city, about 3 hours. There is also a very good boat to go to bluecave and so on (see Figure 9/11/15 for the third flight). Remember to put on the swimsuit for 2 hours, 30 Euros, the boss gave me a special price of 25 Euros, and I will go on our boat. Blue, and there are a lot of fish in it.
Welcome to like my comments and do not express my feelings, because everyone understands the requirements differently. I only provide useful information and hope to help you.
The hotel is right by the Adriatic Sea. It has been rebuilt from many houses. The room types are different. There are nearly 30 square meters and only 18 square meters. The environment is first-class, the service is thoughtful, and the small surprise: the local refrigerator sticker was sent when checking out!
A good hotel. I recommend it. It's located in the old town. There's a sign, so it's easy to find. The reception staff are very friendly. The breakfast is good and delicious. The room is unusual for me because it's an attic. Everything is clean. The bed linen and towels are fresh.
It is on the north side of Old Town and is just off the entrance to the Kotor wall. It is located one back from the main street, and it is difficult to understand 々, but you will find it soon if you look around. However, despite arriving within the designated check-in time, it seems that no receptionist was inside, and there was no response even if I pressed the intercom. After waiting for more than five minutes, I finally got in.
I was told that the hotel should have contacted me at the reception, but as far as I checked the trip.com app, WhatsApp, SMS, and email, it didn't seem to have come (although I may have missed it).
The correspondence of the reception was not bad, and it was a feeling of a good brother (always hyperbreathing for some reason).
Check out is a good type of hotel just to put the key in the designated place.
The room is clean itself, with an IH heater in the room, a large refrigerator with a freezer for a hotel room, a table for storing and placing things, a work desk, and many outlets including the bedside, There is a TV, etc. Towels are also clean.
The shower room is separated by a toilet and a door, but for some reason the door was closed, but the whole bathroom was flooded after the shower, and although I turned the ventilation fan, it was wet until the morning. (It may have been one of the reasons why it was raining that night). Also, the toilet was seated in front of the door of the shower room, and it was a little inconvenient for the line to interfere. However, these dissatisfaction points were only trivial, and shampoo and shower gel, high output dryer, hand soap, etc. were provided, and it was sufficiently satisfactory.
Generally, it is a hotel that can be recommended to people enough, except that I didn't know how to enter the hotel well.
Located in Old Town where all the action is. There was a public car park nearby for our rental. We were so excited they had a small lift so we didn’t need to carry our luggage. The breakfast was amazing. The only downside (or not) is that the club nearby will be playing music until around 1:30am.
The hotel is very satisfactory. The room is clean and warm. You can enjoy the beautiful sea view from the balcony. The service staff are very warm and friendly. The breakfast is rich and varied. I am very happy to stay for a few days. I will recommend friends to stay here~
The property is well-placed if you have a car – roughly ten minutes in either direction to Tivat or Kotor Old Town. Just be aware that the approach is via very narrow lanes, so confident driving (and a smallish car) is a plus.
Although the building is relatively new, the overall impression is more functional than polished. The staff were pleasant enough, but housekeeping felt a little on the half-hearted side – things like topping up shower gel or toilet paper only happened when requested, and bed linen wasn’t changed despite being obviously soiled.
If you’re looking for somewhere budget-friendly and manage your expectations, it does the job. Just don’t come expecting boutique-hotel standards.

Amazing
This hotel is amazing addition to beautiful Perast. We loved to stay there. Nice spa with lovely indoor pool. Good outdoor pool with outstanding view on the bay! Great breakfast and service.
This five-star hotel in the mountains is fantastic, except for being a bit out of the way! Google Navigation took us up a narrow two-way road, but there's actually a main road leading up and down, so we chose to take the main road! The receptionists were all beautiful women. We booked a three-bedroom suite, but upon check-in, they said they were overbooked and offered a two-bedroom suite and a studio on another floor. We accepted! Each room has its own air conditioning. The hotel has an outdoor pool, which the kids enjoyed! The breakfast was limited in variety, but of excellent quality! We had dinner at the on-site restaurant, which was reasonably priced, delicious, and featured a live show with a view of Tivat from afar. It's an excellent value and highly recommended!
This hotel is very cute and located in the middle of old town. Very easy to get around. Even though it is on the main walking road, it is very quiet and we didn’t have problems sleeping. There is a terrace which has a good view of the old town, but we were told that reservation is needed. Would be great if there is more variety of breakfast options.
The service was excellent. The front desk guy helped us extend our check-out time for free and arranged a car for us to Budva. Ordering food from the hotel restaurant was also very convenient—the meals were delivered to our room, so we could enjoy delicious food while admiring the view from the balcony. Overall, the experience was great! Except for the slightly poor soundproofing of the room, everything was perfect. Highly recommended!
The environment is very good, very retro, the location is very good, right at the entrance of the ancient city, breakfast is semi-buffet, you need to order, the dining environment is first-class, the service is warm, recommended
Great little gem of a hotel. Well situated in the historic walled part of Kotor. The hotel and the little alleys and squares were decorated with Christmas lights, making the area feel like a fairytale scene. Breakfast was more than decent, with touches of history and sophistication visible throughout the breakfast area.
Everything was very good. The staff are very friendly and polite. Cleanliness was excellent. My wife and I chose it for our honeymoon holiday and if we come to Montenegro again, this will definitely be the place we will prefer. Also thank you very much for the welcome gifts.
