Convenient transportation by the bus station, the hotel is really clean, the room layout is very careful, the front desk and room service can communicate in German barrier-free communication (the check-in manual has French English and German versions) providing continental food tastes good (if you are not used to eating, there is an ice cream shop and Subway)

The hotel is very clean, the location is very good, very close to the attractions, and there is a dedicated person to help us park the car. The service is excellent.

The location is a little away, the next bus is about 150 m from the hotel. The rooms are a little obsolete and despite the ”Please don't disturb” sign at the door the cleaning forces are hitting. The smell of chemical cleaners is very present, and the beds are extremely soft, which is taste. The rooms were clean and were cleaned daily. The wellness facilities such as sauna, swimming pool and fitness room are relatively small compared to the number of guests. I think the food was not the level of a four-star hotel, I have already made better experiences. However, almost all of the staff were very friendly. In total, I would not book this hotel again because I had a soft bed and the hotel has come somewhat in the years

The place is gorgeous. The apartment has everything you might need for a short or a longer stay. Everything was convenient, and I enjoyed the stay. The location is overall good in terms of reaching the very heart of the city (~7 min walk), and the tram station (~3 min walk), but the gare district feels a bit creepy for a solo traveler at night. Luckily, the hotel is at the border of the district and the center, so you do not really have to experience the district. Would totally recommend.
