This hotel is under Marriott and is well managed by friendly staff at the front desk. Check-in and check-out are quick and smooth. Indoor guest car parking is just across the street for $9.45. The spacious rooms and bathrooms have significant counter areas decorated with bright lights. Ice machines are on every floor. Washing and drying machines are available for $3 each. The indoor swimming pool opens from 7am to 11pm, and the gym is open 24/7. The only downside was the coil of the air conditioning was installed in the room, so you will hear the big noise when the coil starts to work the room temperature colder.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Kamloops and staying at this amazing hotel, The front desk staff were incredibly kind. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, providing a cozy retreat after exploring. The location was perfect, making it easy to navigate around the nature. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.
A very nice hotel because the hotel is part of ******. We thought we could have enjoying buffet dinner but only open in weekend. Location is near to subway so that we easy going to downtown.
There was a fire alarm alighted on early morning 5am in our second night, and we called to front desk but they not sure what’s happened. I was very scared and thought we had to run out. But other room people still stayed then we also stayed in our room. After 10-15 minutes a radio announcement said something but also not so clearly listened. This was my first time met this happened.
Found a good deal on a week day so we decided to go for the first time. I had heard good reviews about the hotel so I was excited. Stayed at the heritage tower, it was literally ‘heritage’… you could call it very vintage/ chic style but in other words it hasn’t been updated since early 1900… all the doors inside the room were squeaky, the bathroom door didn’t close properly since it looks like it has been painted many times, luckily there was a heater but the room is not sound-proof so every time someone walked above or below us, we could hear very clearly… some spots on the floor were uneven. The staff were friendly.
We went there to sit and relax in the pool but it was crowded and people were taking loud everywhere. Turned out that the outside of the hotel was a lot quieter and the scenery was beautiful and peaceful.
The restaurant ‘Cooper Restaurant’ was probably the best part of our stay. The foods were good and they had a jazz band which was great.
If you are planning to stay there I would recommend the other towers ( assuming they are newer buildings.)

Perfect downtown location – easy walks to Stanley Park, seawall, and Robson Street. Super family-friendly staff: Everyone smiled at our kid and helped with recommendations.
Spacious room, huge windows (toddler loved the view), comfy bed, quiet even in the city center. Warm indoor pool was a big hit. Clean, modern, and zero stress with a little one.
Highly recommend for parents wanting luxury without the fuss. We’ll definitely be back!

I had an event at the Vancouver Convention Center and it was very convenient because it was very close to the street.
It was a low-rise city view, but it was cozy and felt good because I could see a small garden.
The facilities were clean and the staff was friendly, so I was satisfied.
The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The on-site restaurant is truly a hidden gem—both the food and drinks were outstanding. The only issue I encountered was with the air conditioning in the room. It was quite noisy, so I turned it off before bed to get a better night’s sleep. However, I woke up early in the morning to find it had turned itself back on and the room temperature had dropped to 18°C which was uncomfortably cold. I mentioned this to the front desk during check-out and the staff member sincerely apologized and assured me they would look into it. I appreciated the way the situation was handled. And the other thing is the room is a bit overpriced.
We visited the hotel for our Duex Days event and overall had a pleasant experience. The valet parking was smooth and professional, and the hotel staff were generally polite and courteous.
However, one aspect could be improved: flexibility at check-in. I was running a bit late, so my husband, who shares the same last name and was on the reservation, tried to check in ahead of me. Despite offering to send a photo of my ID and confirming the reservation details, the front desk staff insisted that I had to be there in person. I understand the importance of security, but a bit more flexibility or alternative verification methods would have made the process more convenient and guest-friendly.
Aside from that, our stay was enjoyable, and we appreciated the service and atmosphere overall.
Top notch service. Corner suite on the 6th floor had a killer view of the harbor and parliament building. Walking distance from restaurant and the BC museum. Really appreciated having a sitting space separate from the bedroom.
Everything was very nice but room not newly remodeled. Nonetheless, looking forward to an opportunity to stay there again.
Major flaw was the pool, sauna area was part of an attached gym. Not the spa experience I had hoped for.
The hotel is on the beach, not as convenient as the Fairmont. The view is OK, parking is charged. There is a heated pool, but children are not allowed to use it. I brought my swimsuit with me, but it was a waste. The bed is quite big, no problem for one big and one small.

Very Good
GGuest UserStaff was totally excellent. The room is clean. Bed is very comfortable. The hot tub was just fantastic. Nice swimming pool. Food was good and I have no complaints at all.

GGuest UserThe hotel is nice, clean and tidy. After all, the price is cheap and the cost performance is very high. The room is not very big but it is enough. It is suitable for business travel. Parking is also convenient. There is a business district nearby for dining.
GGuest UserPlace is located at the Main Street. Staffs are so friendly and fast in their service. Room is clean and the amenities are pretty complete (especially as family of four, the mini fridge, plates, spoons, knife, cups, microwave, are very helpful). The only unpleasant thing is we can hear our neighbors talking and they are pretty loud, but not during the night.
GGuest UserThe hotel staff are very helpful. I always leave bags when I’m away skiing for the week.
Checked in quickly.
Rooms are big, immaculately clean, quiet and have v comfy beds. They are also nicely decorated. Got coffee machine, fridge, microwave & good wifi. Breakfast is pretty good. Got some fresh fruit, decent scrambled eggs, yoghurt and porridge if wanting more healthy options.
It has a pool which is nice.
Hall decor is now a bit dated and could do with being re-decorated.
Mmg37We liked well renovated rooms and pop decorations.
The pool was not specious but my daughter had fun with it.
They provided nice and honest service!
My daughter left her allowance on the shelf accidentally then a cleaning staff took it (of course) but
when she explained that it wasn’t tip, they returned it to her.
I was very touched by their response.
It’s located in front of a mall.
We will definitely be back this hotel.
CchiwaiFriendly staff. Pet friendly. We have a dog staying with us and with a balcony where it was easy for us to let the dog out late at night was excellent. However, next room was having the renovation of pipe work til 9pm and workers are quite noisy.
GGuest UserWith the history of this hotel of over 20 years, the overall cleanliness and maintenance is very much above average. I like the location right beside the mountain. I did use the swimming pool for a bit and it was relatively small given many tourists would use it in summer time. It has a jacuzzi inside and it was nice. The staffs are very friendly and nice and welcoming so another good experience to share.
