The hotel service was excellent and very welcoming. There's a Chinese chef, and the food was delicious and beautifully prepared. The environment is lovely, and the location is super convenient, making it easy to get around. Plus, there's security, so it feels very safe. The attentive service and clean, tidy rooms are a huge plus. Definitely five stars! From now on, when I'm on a business trip in Lagos, Sister Zhou Hotel will be my first choice. The room is very nice, the decoration of the lobby and restaurant is also very good, the grade is very good, mini bar, swimming pool, Chinese restaurant are all available. In short, I am very satisfied and will stay here again next time.

Very good, very quiet

On the day of arrival the receptionist told me that they can’t see my name on their system :( after waiting for long seating there at the reception, I decided to pay them for one day just to check in refresh and rested after a long trip from overseas. Then they allowed me to pay for one day, the next day they refunded me and said they later received my confirmation from trip.com. Which I stayed with them the 3night. Finally trip.com should send them travellers information as soon the customer book in and paid.

Citiheight hotel is a cozy place, the location, the services and the decency of the hotel make it the best so far. It is very close to the airport which is another reason that I recommend it. I will definitely use Citiheight hotel in my next visit.

The place is beautiful but I didn’t sleep all night because the room had highly air conditioned on 6*degrees cold and no warm blankets I turned off all lights using key card but the room was still very cold I got too sick and cold but I didn’t want to complain I just walked away other than that the place is beautiful and friendly staff

Hotel facilities: Look at the pictures for yourself, they were taken when I checked in that day. Look at the pictures for the bedding and linens, the bed is quite comfortable. Hotel decoration: Look at the pictures for yourself. Toilet: It is separated into dry and wet areas. Breakfast: Look at the pictures for yourself, it is ok. Hotel service staff: I personally think they are very service-minded and were quite nice during my stay. The pictures of the hotel match the pictures of the room I actually stayed in.
