Happy with the stay at the hotel. Clean room and comfy beds. Staff helpful and friendly. Good value for money.

Hotel near the airport. There is also a shopping mall nearby, so it is not troublesome to eat. I think Cospa is very good if you are moving by early morning flight.

Good location less than 10 minutes walk from the theatre and market. Plenty of on street parking around the side streets. Cool lounge with free coffee and juice. Very friendly staff who were great when asked for extra pillows. Room and bathroom was very clean. Windows quite thin and noise could be heard from the street and other guests leaving rooms.

Hotel prawie na końcu wybrzeża, ale ma to swoje plusy - blisko do dzikich plaż, więcej ruchu, aby się przejść spacerem do centrum oraz większy spokój w okolicy. Hotel bardzo czysty, rzucało się nam w oczy jak panie czyszczą nawet wnętrze szafy w pokoju. Wymieniłbym narzuty na łóżka. Piękny widok z balkonu na morze ( taki mieliśmy zarezerwowany pokój). Niestety największym rozczarowaniem są śniadania. Zero warzyw, wciąż ten sam zestaw, przesuszona jajecznica, kiełbaski. Wciąż te same słodkie wypieki. Trzeciego dnia mieliśmy już dosyć. Na kolację też okrojone dania, zadowolone tak na 60 %..ale szału też nie ma. Napoje dodatkowo płatne. Ogólnie wróciłbym do hotelu, ale bez wyżywienia.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Port Azafata Valencia. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and well maintained, making it a great place to relax after a day out. What really stood out was the front desk staff — extremely friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They were always ready to assist with any questions and made the stay feel easy and stress-free. Overall, a great experience and excellent value. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Valencia.

Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the room was spotless. We couldn’t fault it. The bathroom was shared so there was always someone cleaning the rooms and the bathroom. The bathroom had a slight smell coming from the drainage but other than that, I couldn’t fault the cleanliness Location: It was a little difficult to find at first since they don’t have any signs on the outside, but when your walking on that street, you have to look through the door glass to see if you’ve got the right hotel. Service: The staff at the desk were lovely. Sadly they have a set time when they are at the desk. After midnight there is no one on site, other than a phone number to call incase you need anything, which can be a problem for those who don’t have a Spanish number like us. Amenities: they had only one towel for me and my partner to use for one night. Downside: we wanted to stay one night to see how the place is, before we booked additional nights and we’re glad we didn’t booked additional nights. The capsule wasn’t sound proof, which we was aware, but the fact it had a quiet policy in place is what attracted us to experience the capsule. Sadly around 11pm not just me, but the neighbouring capsule experience a couple making loud intimate sounds in there capsule. We decided to give them there privacy but after half n hour it was beginning to bother me a lot as I needed to sleep. So I went to the front counter and there was no one at 2330 at the desk, just a phone number to ring. Which I couldn’t ring as I didn’t have a Spanish phone number. So me and the other neighbour capsule had to put up a sleepless night till the early morning. I did complain to the staff upon check out and she was really lovely and understood how I felt. It was a shame there was no one at night who I could have spoken to, otherwise I only had good things to say about this place

The staff were very kind and upgraded us to a larger room than usual. The bathroom was spacious, clean, and had strong water pressure. The bedroom had air conditioning even though it was winter. The bed was soft and very comfortable, and there was plenty of space to organize our belongings. The breakfast was acceptable; although it was not very varied, it was sufficient for what we needed for breakfast

From the moment of arrival, the friendly welcome, the beautiful clean room, top-notch hygiene, the delicious breakfast, the friendly staff. Everything ensured that this hotel deserves a 9 out of 10!! Room photo and photo from the balcony.

Great location on the city centre. The check in was smooth. The room was rather packed but ok for a night. Wifi worked well.

The room was clean and the hygiene was acceptable. I had hoped for a mini-fridge, but it wasn't available. The small swimming pool was quite nice, though unfortunately, the changing rooms were out of order. There are a few shops nearby to browse, as well as a French supermarket and two American restaurants. These restaurants are incredibly popular; you always have to queue up. The food portions are generous and delicious, and the service is excellent! 😍👍
