MMishiThe room size is great and very comfortable. But no sink near the mini bar is a bit strange with the layout. Also no separation/door between the toilet and shower area? The balcony is spacious, but there were so many dead bugs on the outdoor mattress…. Not hard to dust them off, but why it wasn’t cleaned before?
The breakfast was good with their order to table menu, but the buffet area was just okay. The juice seems not the fresh-made kind but from the pre-packaged kind.
The outdoor area was superb and relaxing. The price is very good for what you get. Just hope the hotel can do better with the details.
Nice shuttle service to the convenient store near the main road. But it’s not easy to get around, better to go with a car.

AAnonymous UserEverything is good only that there is a wedding party during our stay. And it’s very loud and disruptive. The kids couldnt use the pool and the noise was just very loud, not very relaxing. Don’t think we will come back again. Hopefully the hotel notify all guests about the party.

PPETER GETTYWonderful beach front hotel with magnificent views of the Gulf Of Thailand.
Hotel is located no more than 5 mins by taxi just North of Hua Hin AIrport and 15 mins by taxi to the main Market Village Mall of the City.
Don't believe previous reviews conveyed the size of this hotel. This is a mega property with vast swimming pool areas to enjoy including a lovely garden pools if you want a quiet afternoon snooze.
We had two meals in the main buffet area and both were excellent...thank you Warnara for looking after us!
If you decide to book this hotel I would strongly recommend taking up the breakfast option...when was the last time you were in a hotel that served roast beef at the breakfast buffet?
Rooms are large and spotlessly clean and kitted out with high quality furniture.
Finally I'll share the best kept secret within this hotel....the exec floor on the 7th floor! If you can stretch your holiday budget do not miss this wonderful exec floor experience were Ms.Amonrat and her team will ”welcome you home!” And ensure your day is closed out with a few cold beers or lovely wine.
Glad we found this jewel and look forward to a return trip soon!

GGuest UserOverall, we had a decent stay. Only a few things missing.
1. Toothbrushes, comb, and shaving kit should be put in the room without calling and ask.
2. Jacuzzi was not entirely clean.
3. Hairdryer was broken.
4. We requested king size bed but got two twins bed combined. We are fine with that but staff should confirm bed type upon arrival rather than me finding it out by myself.
5. Hangers for towels were very easy to fall down which irritated me sometimes.
6. There was no Netflix.
Breakfast was great. We were surprised that staff can remember her birthday and received a cake which tastes good. Staff were friendly and attentive. Thank you!

JJaspezaraSheraton Hua Hin is a beautiful resort by the beach of Hua Hin, 3 hours drive from BKK. There were so many scenic angles wherever I walked. The breakfast spread was great, the rooms were good. The design of the hotel is very thoughtful, with pathways on the outer perimeter for golf carts to travel on. Food at Salas was surprisingly reasonably priced, and deliciously made.
We were here for a wedding and the event team was great as well.
However, there are details that were disappointing for a 5 star hotel. Yesterday around 12 noon (Sunday 3rd Aug 2025), I went into the women toilet by the pool, under the elephant statues and somebody had made a big, dirty mess inside and the toilet couldnt flush properly. It was disgusting and smelled really bad. This shows a lack of cleanliness maintenance and regular checks of the toilet.
Secondly, the housekeeping team came to make up my room on the 2nd day (Sat 2nd Aug), took away the floor mats and never replaced them.
The toilet incident really ruined the impression of this hotel for me. 😔

AAnonymous UserThe swimming pool is easy to check in. There are not many choices for the buffet breakfast, but the quality is acceptable. The most important thing is to have breakfast and enjoy the sea view.
Massage buy one get one free, the environment is acceptable, it is recommended to book in advance, because you will have two technicians in one room

CChangKids enjoyed the facilities. Though on last night of our stay there was a big party held in the hotel and the music was way to loud and didn’t stop until 11pm. It was not nice at all since it is a kids friendly hotel and that noice caused problem to our children’s sleep.
