AAnonymous UserThe accommodation is beautiful with a clean white building and a spacious room. Everything in the minibar fridge is complimentary. In the evening, housekeeping brings chocolates for turndown service. However, I didn't like that even though I booked a king-sized bed, the room I got had two single beds pushed together. Also, the pillows were too soft and flat, making it uncomfortable to sleep.
The front desk staff provided excellent service, explaining all the details thoroughly.
The hotel gardens are all beautiful and well-maintained. The swimming pool is right by the sea with a great view. The beach, however, was not suitable for walking as the water level was consistently high (due to the monsoon season at the time).
The fitness center is located on the rooftop of the restaurant, which felt like an odd and remote location. If you go to work out alone, it can feel a bit too isolated.
Dinner at the hotel restaurant is not available; it closes at 5 PM. After this time, you have to eat at the open-air beachfront café, which I also found strange (it wouldn't suit those who prefer to eat in an air-conditioned room, unless you order room service).
Honestly, I really liked this place – the atmosphere, the room, and the beautiful swimming pool. But the breakfast experience was a real letdown. I woke up for breakfast and chose to sit outside because the weather was nice, having just rained. I informed them of my room number. I started with the outdoor menu, which included freshly made pancakes and waffles, sticky rice with grilled pork, an egg station, and noodles. After eating for quite a while, I went to get more food from the Thai section inside the air-conditioned glass room. While looking at the Thai menu, a male staff member (short hair, dark complexion) suddenly rushed over and asked if I had given my room number yet. It startled me, and I replied that I had, room 2108. My partner even commented to me, 'We've been eating for so long, why are they asking now?' It felt as if they suspected we had snuck in, even though we were legitimate guests staying there (this instantly gave me a negative impression). I hope they train their staff better on this point. They should be observant enough to notice if a guest has been eating for a long time or just arrived.
If you like peace and quiet, this place is perfect.
However, you need to visit when there are no weddings or conferences, as the hotel isn't very large, so all common areas are shared. We went on a day when a large group was having some kind of conference, and it was chaotic from the lobby check-in onwards. Still, it was good that this group didn't engage in loud activities that disturbed anyone.

BBestcyThe rooms are good and the seaside atmosphere is excellent. Free bicycles are available. The swimming pool is very large and features a jacuzzi and a kids' slide. Even though there were fewer guests on weekdays, the breakfast was still extensive, including Eggs Benedict, *patongo* (Thai donuts), sticky rice with grilled pork, hot and iced Thai tea, and traditional coffee. Most importantly, there was a selection of Japanese breakfast sets available in the buffet, such as Tonkatsu pork set and Teriyaki chicken set.

GGuest UserEvery staff member provided excellent service. The room was spacious. On the day we checked in, we paid extra at the hotel to upgrade to a pool access room, which made it much more convenient for the kids to swim. The beach in front of the hotel is beautiful and clean. The breakfast was good, and the staff kept refilling everything. I loved it! I'll definitely come back again.

GGuest UserAttended a wedding at a sister hotel and didn't realize it was within the same compound – super convenient! The room was beautiful and private; I could have stayed in all day. The beach is right next to the hotel. Dinner with my partner was amazing, and the fire show at 8 PM was very impressive. Just a heads-up, this particular room is quite a distance from the beach. If you want a room right by the pool or closer to the beach, it's best to ask the hotel what room type you'd need.

GGuest UserIt is a lovely small boutique hotel with very clean rooms and very good service from the staff. You can go directly to the beach from the hotel. The seats next to the infinity pool are also shaded by big trees, which is suitable for lying down and watching the sea and blue sky. There is a live performance in the restaurant at night. It is super relaxing to watch the colorful clouds, listen to music and feel the sea breeze. The reservation date was wrong. The front desk PARIDA was very enthusiastic and patient to help practice adoga and Ctrip to solve it. Thank you very much and will stay again
