“Don’t judge the book by its cover.” This quote can explain everything here at the hotel in a GREEN FLAG alert! :)
First look might be obsolete of non-modern. Gradually was fascinated by overall experiences: wide room with great durability and well-prepared amenities. Breakfast buffet line was MVP! Pinned this place for possible next trips for sure!

A very satisfying experience, what we liked the most was the slide in the swimming pool and the poolside billiards. We all had a great time.
The overall feeling was very clean, and the kitchen facilities were also well-equipped.
The host was very thoughtful, as they had prepared some cakes in the refrigerator for us as a snack before we arrived, and the next day they also brought us fruits and distilled water. The most considerate thing was that the host helped arrange a massage therapist to come to the villa for a massage, and it was really good, and the price was cheap.
Although the location is not in the city center, it only takes 15 to 20 minutes by car, and there is a beach within a 10-minute walk. If you don't drive, calling a car is also very convenient, so I don't think the location is a big problem.
We unanimously recommend it to our friends around us!

The only downside to this hotel is its rather remote location. However, the environment is absolutely beautiful, with a huge golf course and a stunning pool. The rooms, in particular, are incredibly spacious. The balcony alone can fit a large Jacuzzi, a hammock, and a table and chairs – perfect for a self-drive vacation. The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. A heads-up for future guests: the hotel's shuttle bus to the city center is chargeable. On weekends, there's one at 10 AM, but on weekdays, the earliest is 1 PM. There's no free pick-up/drop-off service, which was a significant discrepancy from what the hotel advertised. Also, waiting for a taxi can take a while. A special thank you to Ctrip customer service agent Yan Juan, who was incredibly helpful during my stay.

The rooms are not very well maintained, with some small stains on the sheets. The TVs are older models without smart tv capabilities so you can only use it to watch Thai TV channels. There is also no elevator from what I saw, so if you are an elderly you might have trouble going up and down the stairs if you have one of the rooms on the 3rd-4th floor.
The beach by the hotel is at the moment full of trash and has a lot of people fishing there making it not so nice to swim.

Cleanliness needs significant improvement. With a 3 PM check-in and 12 PM check-out, there's a 3-hour window for cleaning before the next guest arrives, so I would expect the room to be spotless. I found a used cotton bud in the drawer below the mirror and a used shower gel bottle left under the bathroom sink. In-room slippers were not provided; I had to request them, when they should really be a standard amenity available without asking.
On the positive side, I loved the room's great view and the beachfront bar, which was a perfect spot to relax and chill out. The bar staff were incredibly entertaining. Overall, other aspects of my stay were quite good.

The trip to Hua Hin opened a happy year for us in 2025, and it is the best destination to embrace the Thailand Sunshine Beach and seafood cuisine. The small villa has a large family to live in, satisfying the children's desire to return to the pool in winter, and the family's seafood BBQ in the evening is no more pleasant. Friends who like quiet can't miss this preferred accommodation for quiet in the middle of noisy. There are restaurants and coffee shops nearby. You can drive to Hua Hin Beach in more than 10 minutes. You will come back next time you come to Hua Hin.

kkaykaySpacious hotel with lots of space/area for choosing to spend time with family. Overall atmosphere/furniture is pretty old but still functional. The triple room (3 beds) is so huge with sofas and balcony too!

Christian “kriss” INWe love the clean, comfortable rooms with modern amenities and great views. The resort features a lovely pool, a coffee shop, free high-speed internet, and conference facilities. Families will enjoy the kids' pool, and kids stay free. The restaurant offers both Thai and Western dishes, with positive reviews for breakfast and friendly staff service. The resort's location is convenient, close to restaurants and attractions, though having a car can be helpful for exploring.

Room service needs improvement to meet the required level, while the front desk service is quite good. Overall, most of the services are around 8 out of 10. In comparison with Forbes Five-Star standards, they still need to elevate their service level further.
