Siam Beach Resort delivered a fantastic beach getaway! The cosy, comfortable rooms and pristine ocean-front pool are standouts, plus their signature cocktails are incredible. The on-site restaurant’s food is decent for a casual bite. One small improvement I’d recommend: later opening hours for all resort amenities. The pool, bar and restaurant all shut at 7-8 PM, meaning there’s nothing to enjoy on-site after this time, and visitors have to leave the resort for evening entertainment Thank you for a wonderful stay and Highly recommend this place for a calm relaxing stay.

The rooms here are absolutely fantastic! Spacious, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hotel is located right by the beach in a less crowded area, ideal for a romantic date night, just listening to the waves. It's incredibly blissful! I highly recommend it for couples; you won't be disappointed.

The room is new, clean, and spacious, as is the bathroom. The shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner smell amazing. There are plenty of pillows in the room and a large TV. The swimming pool is also big.

Dear Vala Hua Hin Management Team, On April 19, 2026, my family and I were planning a trip to Bangkok. Along the way, we were browsing various accommodations and stumbled upon Vala Hua Hin - Nu Chapter Hotels. The photos and reviews were so stunning that we immediately booked two rooms. However, shortly after booking, I realized I had made an oversight. I had accidentally reserved standard garden view rooms without breakfast, whereas my true intention was to book rooms with a 45-degree pool and sea view, with breakfast included. I immediately called the hotel to inquire about promotions and upgrade options, and I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Khun Prim at the Front Desk. She answered the phone with such a warm and lovely voice. She listened attentively to my situation and provided excellent, detailed advice. She clearly painted a picture of the available upgrade packages and seamlessly helped me process the additional payment to secure exactly what I wanted. Before hanging up, she kindly wished us a safe journey and mentioned she was looking forward to welcoming us. The hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The bellman gave us a warm welcome, and as my family sat in the lounge area waiting, the staff graciously served us refreshing drinks. Khun Prim immediately recognized us and thoughtfully came over to facilitate an in-seat check-in at our table to make things as convenient as possible. After thoroughly explaining the resort's details, Khun Prim personally escorted my family and me to our rooms, 316 and 317. Along the way, she continued to provide helpful information about our stay. Her outstanding situational awareness truly shined when she noticed we had a child with us and proactively recommended the Kids Club. The rooms themselves were absolutely beautiful. By the time we entered, the bellman had already delivered our luggage and arranged everything perfectly. Our stay was so flawless and relaxing that I genuinely did not want to leave the resort. When it was time to check out on April 20, 2026, we were greeted by Khun Prim once again, sporting the same radiant smile she had when we arrived. The entire team, from the front desk to the bellmen, made our departure just as warm as our arrival. I am incredibly impressed by the level of care and professionalism at your hotel, particularly from Khun Prim. The remarkably high standard of service we experienced throughout our entire stay truly reflects your prestigious status as a member of @smallluxuryhotels. I was very happy with the view in our hotel room. Whilst there was a small problem with the air conditioning towards the end of our stay, the hotel ended up providing up a full refund for the remaining days despite the fact that we had to cancel our booking due to a change in travel plans. The restaurant is so underated and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Highly recommended! When I first arrived at the main gate, I thought, ”Oh no, this place is way too desolate.” Then I decided to walk towards the beach, and suddenly there was a bustling street! There's a 7-Eleven just 30 meters away, and the entire road has over a kilometer of shops. It's just that this area isn't a popular tourist spot, so most places close down right after 10 PM.

Every staff member provided excellent service. The room was spacious. On the day we checked in, we paid extra at the hotel to upgrade to a pool access room, which made it much more convenient for the kids to swim. The beach in front of the hotel is beautiful and clean. The breakfast was good, and the staff kept refilling everything. I loved it! I'll definitely come back again.

We are highly satisfied with this resort, which consistently provides excellent service. The breakfast selection is extensive, and the rooms are impeccably maintained. Additionally, there is ample parking available.

This place is excellent for a family vacation with kids. The pools are great, but the beach entry isn't very good. The food is top-notch. The masterclasses in the kids' club are a bit pricey, and renting extra equipment is also quite expensive. There's a village nearby, but no shops or pharmacies. It's very difficult to call a taxi through apps like Bolt or Grab; we waited several times for 1-1.5 hours and ended up canceling. We saw jellyfish in the sea and decided not to swim there. We also encountered huge cockroaches in our room and smaller ones around the hotel. The staff is very friendly and polite.

Spacious hotel with lots of space/area for choosing to spend time with family. Overall atmosphere/furniture is pretty old but still functional. The triple room (3 beds) is so huge with sofas and balcony too!
