The hotel is in a very convenient location, situated right in front of Rogier Metro Station, making it easy to access public transportation and explore the city. There are also several nearby restaurants, which is great if you don’t want to travel far for meals. A Starbucks is located at the same spot as the metro entrance, which is a nice bonus for quick coffee runs. My overall stay was decent, but there were a few drawbacks. The room was quite small, making it difficult to move around comfortably, especially with luggage. Additionally, cleanliness could be improved. I noticed visible dust particles, particularly around the bed area and on the bedside table, which made the room feel less well-maintained than expected. While the location is definitely a strong point, improvements in room size and cleanliness would make the stay much more enjoyable.

The hotel is only two or three stops from Brussels central though visitors should be careful about taking the correct train (or you’ll end up in Leuvain and miss the Diagem station). The breakfast is more than adequate for business travelers and the gym is well-equipped. Rooms are unusually spacious and very comfortable. If there is a downside to NH airport hotel, it’s that there aren’t any cafes or restaurants in the area in case you didn’t have a meal in the city. Otherwise, the service and accommodations are excellent.

We stayed at The Standard in Brussels for Valentine’s Day and it was honestly the most perfect romantic getaway. From the moment we walked in, everything felt effortlessly cool yet luxurious — the interiors are stunning, with bold design touches and the kind of atmosphere that makes you instantly relax. Our room was beautiful: super stylish, incredibly comfortable, and with amazing views over the city. The bed was huge and dreamy (we didn’t want to leave), and every little detail felt thoughtfully done. The vibe throughout the hotel is chic but not pretentious — lively in the evenings, especially around the bar and restaurant, which made Valentine’s night feel extra special. Cocktails were incredible, the food was delicious, and the whole place had that modern, romantic energy without being cliché. If you’re planning a couples’ trip to Brussels and want somewhere that feels five-star but still fun and vibrant, The Standard is such a good choice. We made the best memories there and would go back in a heartbeat. ❤️

The hotel room itself was very clean upon arrival and maid service was fantastic. The room was basic but met all of our needs. The bed was very comfy and extra pillows were supplied. The bathroom came equipped with a hairdryer and clean towels supplied every day. The shower head was broken and the design is slightly flawed, which meant the bathroom floor flooded upon use. This was perhaps only specific to our room. The location is central. It is a 20/30 minute walk to the grand palace. There is a tram stop right outside and a metro station 5 minute walk away. There are also 2 convenience stores on the street to buy drink and food from. Overall, this hotel was reliable and comfortable. I would definitely book again in the future.

The location is fantastic, within walking distance to all major attractions in the city. Being able to stroll over to the illuminated Grand Place at night was a huge plus! Aside from the breakfast being a bit pricey and the room being smaller than what you'd typically find in a 4-star hotel in China, everything else was great. Especially the bed and pillows – super comfortable!

Aside the environs outside the hotel which wasn’t neat, our stay at the hotel was so pleasant. Rooms were neat and just perfect. We enjoyed our stay. Proximity to eateries and tourist sites was a plus

Everything is great. There is a kettle with accessories, a refrigerator and a safe. The breakfast is good, for complete happiness there is not enough coffee machine. The room is quite spacious, the windows overlook the courtyard. Pleased with comfortable low pillows.

The environment is great, and the service is excellent. It's super convenient to get around as it's right next to the train station. They change the sheets every day and clean daily, which I really appreciate. Plus, the price is very reasonable.

The room was clean and spacious. The location is excellent, as the hotel is directly opposite the train station, and most sightseeing spots are within a 10–20 minute walk. We traveled to Brussels mainly for the Christmas markets, which were spread across different areas of the city, and we were able to reach all of them on foot. Although the breakfast was not particularly impressive, it was still convenient and nice to have it included in the stay.

TTuzidainiqulvxingIt was alright, pretty standard. It's quite close to the station, and the supermarket behind the hotel has incredibly cheap prices, which was a pleasant surprise! As for the hotel itself, well, it's missing a lot of basic amenities. No slippers, no toothbrush or comb, no kettle, no cups. I can somewhat understand not having a toothbrush, comb, or kettle, since it's Europe after all, but no slippers or cups? That's just unacceptable. Check-in involves doing it online first, then picking up your room key from the front desk. And a 10 AM check-out time is just unreasonable. They say it's new in 2025, but it feels more like a renovation.

KkaikaichenLocated within walking distance of the EU headquarters, it offers the option to book a tour of the Ring Parliament. The hotel itself is unremarkable, but a Spanish receptionist was exceptionally welcoming. The hotel also has a swimming pool, though it's generally quite old; however, the price is acceptable.

PprettyikahHye guys! Malaysian review here 🇲🇾 I stayed at Bedford Hotel Brussels for 4 days 3 nights with my family and honestly we’re super satisfied. Location very strategic, dekat city centre betul-betul. Cuma masa mula-mula sampai tu agak jauh sikit nak jalan kaki dari bahnhof ke hotel sebab waktu tu kami belum beli public transport ticket lagi. Tapi once dah ada ticket, tram & bus memang dekat dengan hotel and terus boleh go around the area, so memang senang nak go anywhere. Area around the hotel pun easy to find halal-friendly food, memang banyak actually, so jangan risau, just cari memang ada yang halal certified 👍 Room quite spacious, clean and comfortable for family stay. Service pun tip top, honestly nothing to complain. I asked for extra blanket pun mereka cepat hantar terus ke bilik hihi 🤍 Overall memang recommended kalau datang Brussels with family ✨

GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel for several days on a business trip. Overall, the staff were friendly and courteous, but my experience at this hotel was ultimately dreadful. Of course, the main advantages of this hotel are its location and price. It is very close to the Grand Place and many popular restaurants and attractions. During my stay, the price was also significantly cheaper compared with other nearby hotels when I compared them online. In terms of location, the Grand Place is only about 3 minutes on foot, and Midi Station is reachable within roughly 30 minutes on foot. However, the overall facilities were extremely old and cold. In fact, the room looked even worse and more worn‑out than the pictures online. What is more, If I had known in advance that this hotel was undergoing renovation, I would never have booked it. I only learned about the renovation after arrival, from a small notice posted near the elevator. Although I could tolerate some noise during most of my stay, one day was absolutely awful. During my stay, the noise was more or less tolerable on most days, as I was out of the hotel during much of the daytime. However, there was one day when I was feeling unwell and had to stay in the room almost the entire day. On that day, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., I was repeatedly woken up by the constant drilling noise and other construction sounds, and it was impossible to get any rest. Booking another hotel just to escape the noise would have been unreasonable, especially on a short business trip. Given the intensity of the noise, I would strongly recommend that anyone planning to stay here choose a date after the renovation is finished, especially if you expect to spend a significant amount of time in the room. The sound insulation is also very poor. Even a normal conversation in the neighboring room could be heard clearly in the hallway and in the adjacent room. If you are sensitive to noise, this may seriously affect your stay.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from the South Station exit. I arrived early, and the front desk staff allowed me to check in 40 minutes ahead of time, which meant I could take a hot shower right away.

來自香港Good location. We take Flixbus from Amsterdam to Brussels. Just 10 minutes walk to the hotel. Bus to airport is just beside the hotel. Metro also very near. The opposite side is the shopping area and the sightseeing point just walking distance. A lot of restaurants surrounding the hotel. Very convenient and highly recommend. The north train station only 5 minutes walk then can go to Brugge.

KKate ThomCheck-in is 3pm and we arrived at 3pm but the room was only ready at almost 4pm. The story was that it was cleaned already but ”awaiting inspection”. We were handed 2 bar coupons with a blithe apology in rapid fire French for our 50 min wait. The vacuuming in the room left much to be desired. When we got into the room on the 1st day, there was a pistachio at the side of the bed. My sister's dust allergy was triggered throughout our 4 day stay. When we opted for housekeeping on the 3rd of the 4 days we stayed, the same pistachio remained there after the cleaning staff were done. Towels and bed linens were refreshed but the coffee/tea and bathroom amenities were not. If you choose the Deluxe twin room like we did, please note that the room is 24 metre square and there is only room to open up one medium sized suitcase on the ground. Our other suitcase had to be accessed via the wardrobe which was spacious enough to keep the 2nd suitcase in. Location wise, it's ideal and a stone's throw from Grand Place - the historic city centre, and many shops and good brasseries. It's a 10 min uphill walk from the hotel to the nearest train station called Brussel Centraal / Bruxelles-Midi which will bring you straight to the Brussels Airport in 17 min on the direct train (1st class carriage €12.10). The buffet breakfast is plentiful and of good quality (with eggs cooked to order) in a nice space with a courtyard view crewed by pleasant staff fluent in English. The bar has a relaxing ambience with an outdoor view and affordable drinks. My guide is always how much the increasingly rare digestif liqueur Chartreuse Verte costs. It was €14 per pour. Note : You get a free coupon for a soft drink/coffee/beer/wine if you pass up on room cleaning. If you have a short stay, you should as there wasn't much cleaning done.
