Guest UserAs senior citizens, we used Uber from the airport to get there at 2:30 AM with no problem. Hotel is located in a side alley from the main street. Very narrow streets. Staff was very friendly. Manager was able to communicate with us in English. Breakfast was modest but filling. We stayed 2 nights so we had the complimentary supper one day and the complimentary lunch the other. The complimentary lunch/dinner is a set menu and are both the same - but enjoyable. Hot water unit in the room worked well as did the fan and the air conditioner. Room well lit - no need for extra lighting. Beds comfortable. Little or no English programing on the TV channels. If you are bringing your own Roku to watch USA movies on your subscription channels, use phone as a hotspot for best results rather than local wi-fi. We were in room 005 and the hotel internet worked well for everything other than the Roku and accessing our USA movie subscription channels.

Hotel Luxe Manor lives up to its name, offering a blend of convenience and luxury that makes it a fantastic choice for travelers seeking a comfortable stay close to the airport. While the proximity is a major selling point, it's the quality of the hotel itself that elevates the experience beyond just a convenient location.
What I Loved:
Location, Location, Location: This is the obvious winner. Being minutes from the airport, it's ideal for early morning departures or late-night arrivals. The convenience factor alone alleviates a lot of travel stress.
Luxurious Ambiance: Stepping inside, you're transported to a world of elegance and sophistication. The decor is tasteful and modern, creating a calming and inviting atmosphere. This isn't your typical sterile airport hotel.
Exceptional Service: The staff are consistently attentive, friendly, and helpful. From check-in to check-out, they went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. Concierge services were particularly useful in navigating transportation and local attractions.
Comfortable and Well-Appointed Rooms: The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The beds are incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep after a long journey. Thoughtful touches like high-quality toiletries and a well-stocked minibar added to the luxurious feel.
Excellent Amenities: The hotel boasts a range of amenities, including a well-equipped gym, a refreshing pool, and a relaxing spa. The on-site restaurant offered a delicious and diverse menu, with options for both quick bites and more formal dining.
Potential Drawbacks:
Price Point: As a luxury hotel, Hotel Luxe Manor comes with a higher price tag. However, the quality and convenience arguably justify the cost, especially for those prioritizing comfort and convenience.
Noise (Potentially): While well-insulated, some guests might be sensitive to occasional airport noise. Requesting a room on a higher floor or facing away from the airport can help mitigate this.
Limited ”Local” Experience: Being so close to the airport, you might not get a strong sense of the local culture. However, the hotel's concierge can assist in arranging day trips and excursions.
Overall:
Hotel Luxe Manor is a fantastic choice for travelers seeking a luxurious and convenient airport hotel. The combination of its prime location, elegant ambiance, exceptional service, and comfortable accommodations makes it a standout option. While the price point may be higher than other airport hotels, the added value and stress-free experience are well worth the investment. I highly recommend Hotel Luxe Manor for anyone looking to start or end their journey in style and comfort.
Rating: 4.5 out of 5 stars.

Rina LamsalHere’s a more natural version of your review:
The stay at The Roseate was an experience from the moment I arrived. The welcome begins with a traditional blessing ceremony, followed by fresh juice, sweets, and water. Everyone makes you feel genuinely looked after.
The spa was very good, but the highlight of my stay was definitely breakfast. It is, without question, the best hotel breakfast I have experienced. The variety of choices is outstanding, the service is exceptional, and even the use of technology—a serving robot—adds a fun touch without taking away from the hospitality.
There is one area that could be improved: cleaning . I found a hair in the bathtub, and the divan behind the cushions was dusty and hadn’t been cleaned properly.
Next time, I will check the room when I arrive and ask for anything that needs attention to be cleaned.
Despite that, I would happily stay at The Roseate again.

The hotel is a decent property located at a prime location in New Delhi. The rooms are a tad bit small and look a little dated. The house keeping team does a fantastic job of cleaning up each day and it feels good to be back to a well made bed and clean room after a long work day. The key cards seem to be a recurring issue with them needing repeated activation. Breakfast spread is decent and not much to brag about. In room dining is pretty expensive and is quite a deterrent. But the location helps to overlook a lot of the minor inconveniences.

My review would be based on my 4-day stay and will only be fair and square. The hotel is located in a bsuy area of main bazaar, so expect noisy neighborhood with honking cars and shouting people. The place is not that secure, if that is your concern. The hotel is in a neighborhood of slums (yes, i explored the inner streets and alleys). The hotel though is decent, good value for your money. Transportation is a bit difficult (especially if you will book indrive or uber) since it is a busy and narrow street, cars and motorbikes don't go much often there (they get stuck in traffic).
The hotel room is okay. I booked a double room (i am a solo traveler but i want a big bed). They put two single beds together, so i can't really sleep in the middle because i sink in. The room is small. When I arrived, i was greeted by three medium sized cockroaches -two in the bedside table and one in bed. I managed to kill them though :-). Shower water is not always available. You can order food 24/7, and it was tasty (the falafel however is salty).. i paid roughly 100 usd for my stay.
Internet connection is fast and reliable but you need to log-in everytime you get disconnected. Secutiry of the hotel itself is lax. In fact, they have a notice that THEY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY THEFT WHATSOEVER, EVEN IF THE THINGS ARE STOLEN IN YOUR ROOM :-)...
Visitors are not allowed. They provide airport pick-up and drop-off but the same is too costly (10usd) but in-app booking is only half the price (and even less). Hotel staff are willing to help you anytime foof the day - for a price. They always ask for tip (as in always)....
Their tours are relatively competitive and at par with other providers. Breakfast is bad (i forced myself to finish the pancake, bread and omelette). The utensils, plates and glasses were dirty (watermarked in the glasses). They provide electric kettle in the room but no coffee or tea provided, nor mugs. Pillows and bed were soft, aircon is good but television not much choices. The only english content is the news.
Will i recommend this hotel to friends? Yes if on tight budget. Otherwise, find a better one.

DpreddyHey guys I recently visited Holiday Inn in New Delhi and stayed there for two days. It was a wonderful experience. The hotel is very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The atmosphere was pleasant, and I really enjoyed my stay. The weather and overall ambiance made the experience even better. I would definitely prefer to stay at this hotel again whenever I visit Delhi in the future.

If you're transiting through Delhi Airport, choosing Novotel will definitely give you peace of mind. The service meets international chain hotel standards; every staff member is highly professional, from the bellboys to the security guards, concierge, and front desk staff. Each one demonstrates a genuine dedication to serving guests. The rooms are spacious, the hot water pressure is strong, the air conditioning is excellent, and it's clean – a great choice for a layover. A special mention goes to Waikim at the front desk. He really goes out of his way to ensure I had a smooth check-in experience. It’s truly a place where you can relax with peace of mind.

Guest UserThis was my first stay here, and I was very impressed. The facilities are clean, and having a Japanese restaurant on the first floor is a huge plus. The room size was just right – it's definitely a hotel that Japanese travelers would appreciate.

This hotel location is 100% ideal but more than that is the service & hospitality. Sauraub front desk manager is incredibly accommodating & always ready to find prompt solution to any issues. As I was not happy with the room that was given even though I booked & paid for a nicer one, he immediately understood my valid concern & found a solution on the spot.
Restaurant staff & food (many choices in buffet) are outstanding & my compliments to the chefs & management of the restaurant. Always a smile & always ready to assist. Great training & congratulations for a job well done!
