It was a good experience staying here,, staff are humble and very polite,, rooms as shown allotted and necessary amenities as mentioned are provided,, some queries were there but staff opted promptly.. overall it's a nice experience and will visit again and recommend to my known contacts .. good work team.. keep it up

My wife and I had a short stay at this hotel. We ordered room service and Shalini, the person who took our order on the phone was very accommodative to our specic requirements at 10pm. Then came the most impressive Room Service ever experienced by both of us. Aditya, took so much of personal pride to layout the food and served us. Typically we are delivered a trolley with food inside and are expected to serve ourselves. But this wonderful young *** made our late dinner extra special. We skipped breakfast but had their buffet lunch. What a huge and appetising spread.... Once again, the service was as good as the food. Both exceptional !! Chef Sandeep specially attended to us. He saw that we had taken Saag (spinach) so he came around and said you must hv Makki Di Roti with your Saag. Within minutes, we had freshly made Makki Di Roti at our table. The person who served us at the Del restaurant was Nikhil. Very attentive, friendly and quick to serve us. Kudos to the hotel for infusing such a deep sense of good service and superb food quality. The hotel is a decent property located at a prime location in New Delhi. The rooms are a tad bit small and look a little dated. The house keeping team does a fantastic job of cleaning up each day and it feels good to be back to a well made bed and clean room after a long work day. The key cards seem to be a recurring issue with them needing repeated activation. Breakfast spread is decent and not much to brag about. In room dining is pretty expensive and is quite a deterrent. But the location helps to overlook a lot of the minor inconveniences.

My review would be based on my 4-day stay and will only be fair and square. The hotel is located in a bsuy area of main bazaar, so expect noisy neighborhood with honking cars and shouting people. The place is not that secure, if that is your concern. The hotel is in a neighborhood of slums (yes, i explored the inner streets and alleys). The hotel though is decent, good value for your money. Transportation is a bit difficult (especially if you will book indrive or uber) since it is a busy and narrow street, cars and motorbikes don't go much often there (they get stuck in traffic). The hotel room is okay. I booked a double room (i am a solo traveler but i want a big bed). They put two single beds together, so i can't really sleep in the middle because i sink in. The room is small. When I arrived, i was greeted by three medium sized cockroaches -two in the bedside table and one in bed. I managed to kill them though :-). Shower water is not always available. You can order food 24/7, and it was tasty (the falafel however is salty).. i paid roughly 100 usd for my stay. Internet connection is fast and reliable but you need to log-in everytime you get disconnected. Secutiry of the hotel itself is lax. In fact, they have a notice that THEY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY THEFT WHATSOEVER, EVEN IF THE THINGS ARE STOLEN IN YOUR ROOM :-)... Visitors are not allowed. They provide airport pick-up and drop-off but the same is too costly (10usd) but in-app booking is only half the price (and even less). Hotel staff are willing to help you anytime foof the day - for a price. They always ask for tip (as in always).... Their tours are relatively competitive and at par with other providers. Breakfast is bad (i forced myself to finish the pancake, bread and omelette). The utensils, plates and glasses were dirty (watermarked in the glasses). They provide electric kettle in the room but no coffee or tea provided, nor mugs. Pillows and bed were soft, aircon is good but television not much choices. The only english content is the news. Will i recommend this hotel to friends? Yes if on tight budget. Otherwise, find a better one.

Convenient hotel for a stopover between flights, close to the airport. You can get there by metro (one stop, about 20 rupees) or by Uber for around $3. A taxi can also be arranged and paid for at the hotel desk, though it will be more expensive. The staff are friendly and helped resolve an issue with extending the stay. The room has everything necessary: a bed, air conditioning, and amenities. If you have some time, you can visit the outdoor pool. If you don’t want to gamble with the nearby scam hotels, this is a very good option, although the price is not low.

I stayed here for 3 days with my mum - we wanted to rest before flying back to UK . I would recommended this hotel The staff was very helpful Amrit Kumar offered excellent service during break and too care of my mothers dietary needs. Pawandeep Singh in reception also deserves a rewarded for how went above an beyond to support requests. Nothing was to much trouble :-) I will definitely stay here again :-)

This hotel location is 100% ideal but more than that is the service & hospitality. Sauraub front desk manager is incredibly accommodating & always ready to find prompt solution to any issues. As I was not happy with the room that was given even though I booked & paid for a nicer one, he immediately understood my valid concern & found a solution on the spot. Restaurant staff & food (many choices in buffet) are outstanding & my compliments to the chefs & management of the restaurant. Always a smile & always ready to assist. Great training & congratulations for a job well done!

I had a wonderful stay at the Pullman New Delhi Aerocity. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it perfect for transit travelers and business trips. The rooms were modern, spacious, and very well maintained, with comfortable beds and great amenities. The staff provided excellent hospitality throughout my stay and were always professional and welcoming. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious food, and the dining experience overall was impressive. I also enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the hotel facilities, especially the gym and pool area. Overall, Pullman Aerocity offers a luxurious and comfortable experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting New Delhi.
