We had such a wonderful stay at The Pearl South Pacific Resort! My boys had an amazing time – from the pool to the beach and all the little activities, there was never a dull moment. The staff were welcoming and the atmosphere made it so easy to relax and enjoy our holiday.
Everything about our stay was great, except for the internet connection, which could definitely be improved. Other than that, it was a fantastic experience for the whole family, and we’d love to come back again!” 🌴☀️💦
Where do you start. Greeted us with sincerity and had bn upgraded. The Bures were beautiful, everything you need. But could have used a bigger fridge .Gardens were immaculate. Staff were amazing, kind, genuinely friendly. Went out of their way to know our names. At dinner we were welcomed with their welcome song. We stayed twice. We had already booked our timeshare for our second week and were very sad to leave. All the staff came together to sing Fijis good bye song ‘Isa Lei’ which brought tears to our eyes. Only spent three nights at our timeshare and rang Crusoes to say we were coming back. They welcomed us back with open arms. Snorkeling was great. Activities were pre organized for the next day. We loved every moment and we will def be coming back next year. We made lifelong friends
Quite place away from the crowds and busy centre.
The resort is near the beach, which has very clear sea water.
The waves are blocked by the coral reef, so the water stays calm.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is good, but a change of menu, at least once a week would be great.
This is the pick of the airport hotels near Nadi. We have stayed in 3 different hotels on the beachside airport hotel *****. While it is not the most spectacular beach in Fiji it is certainly pleasant to be on the seaside shore and able to walk on the beach. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful and gave us an early check in. The buffet breakfast was very good. The facilities were up to standard and clean and comfortable.
Ideal for a trans pacific layover to break the long haul flight to the USA or to have a few days chill out.
Perfect location for the airport, literally walking distance across the road (and yet didn’t really hear planes!). Lovely grounds & pools. Good restaurant, although dinner portions very small. We had the cheapest room type, and it was disappointingly close to the kitchen noise & walls were very thin - we could hear our neighbours coughing through the night. We would use again for the airport, but try a more expensive room option.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel has a great location—right by the beach, perfect for enjoying beautiful sunsets. There's also a convenient store nearby with a restaurant upstairs that serves delicious food.
Our deluxe room was clean but near the main entrance so a bit noisy at times. The only downside was the bathroom. The shower took a long time to produce hot water, resulting in wasted water and often uncomfortably cold showers. The water pressure was also quite low. Additionally, there was no shelf near the sink to place toiletries like toothpaste, which made things a bit inconvenient.
This hotel is super conveniently located, literally just a 5-minute walk from the port where you can catch boats to the Yasawa Islands. The room itself is large and spacious. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't have a laundry service (you can send clothes out for cleaning, but it takes a few days, so if you're only staying one night, you won't be able to get laundry done).
Very friendly people, very welcoming and peaceful.
Food are so delicious.
I would recommend it to anyone who wants to be free from stress to visit Duadua resort.
My flight reached late at night. I checked in after 10pm. No one was there to guide or help with the luggage. Had difficulties looking for my room. Was told by an employee that my room was upstairs so had to go up the stairs with my 20kg back, 7 kg carry on and my handbag, only to be told by a guest that it was downstairs. I was frustrated and exhausted from my long flight from Australia. The guest took me downstairs to my room. Thank God for his help. The hotel was nice, except for their services, other things were good.
A very nice resort. Located next to the ocean so the view is very beautiful. The facility is clean and the price is affordable and reasonable. I would stay here again if I come back to Fiji. It’s 20-30mins away from Suva. I came alone but it’s a good hotel for Families too

GGuest UserThe customer service at Nalagi Hotel was amazing from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to help us with taxis and directions, and the rooms were immaculate with fresh towels and daily cleaning. We absolutely loved Dongsheng's Chinese Restaurant downstairs and ended up eating there for our entire trip. A perfect stay with wonderful hospitality!
GGuest UserWe had such a lovely stay at Outrigger. It was just the break we needed. The food is good and the drinks are decent. The prices were better than I was expecting. We ended up not doing a package and spent far less than we would have done on a package. Loved the adult pool, the only pain is that it sometimes closes early to set up for weddings.
GGuest UserDecent resort but dated rooms and amenities. Most of the staff was great but the reception and drop off staff could certainly do better. We felt a lack of welcoming warmth from the start which only got redeemed by the room and service staff later.
ZZoeZoeLo1. I arrived at the hotel at 9am, because of the room not yet ready, we wait until at 1pm, the staff said the room is almost check out, will be ready at 2:30pm, we wait for almost 6 hours, until after 3pm, it's the check in time, the staff said the room still not yet ready. OMG... but at last, thank you to Trip.com for resolving the problem; we got a refund for the first night.
2. Room service is really bad; the box of tissues, the shampoo, and the body lotion all need to wait for a day to refill.
3. The lobby is very, very small, does not look like a 5-star hotel, and many people sleep on the sofa; they also wait for a long time to check in.
4. The Fiji Airlines counter is not open all the time, so we had to take the luggage by ourselves and check in at the airport at last.
5. The only good point to stay is that the port is very near, it's convenient for island hopping, and the restaurants are not bad.
Llp_948Overall, the hotel is beautiful and offers a very pleasant setting. The facilities are well maintained, and the atmosphere is relaxing. A special mention to the staff, who are always present, smiling, and genuinely willing to help at any time, their service is definitely a strong point of this hotel.
However, there was a significant issue regarding the room booking. I had reserved a room with an ocean view, and the photos clearly showed this. Upon arrival, I was assigned a room set far back, with no real ocean view. After speaking with reception, I was told that the photos were inaccurate and that the issue came from Trip. Regardless of whether this is the responsibility of the platform or the hotel, this situation is simply not professional and creates unnecessary disappointment.
For those specifically looking for a nice ocean view, this may not be the right place. The water itself is not particularly appealing, as it appears green and not very clear.
Access to the hotel is quite unique, as you need to take a small boat (about one minute) to cross from one side to the other, which can be a nice experience but may not suit everyone.
Lastly, if your room is located far from the reception area, you will need to rely on golf car to get around the property. Unfortunately, these are not always readily available, which can be inconvenient.
In summary, the hotel has great potential thanks to its setting and excellent staff, but some aspects, especially booking accuracy and logistics could be significantly improved.
GGuest UserThe rooms are tastefully decorated and well-equipped, and the views are absolutely perfect. The restaurant quality is also good, and watching the sunset at the fish bar was a fantastic experience. The staff are all incredibly well-trained, enthusiastic, and professional—it's not just a few individuals, but every single employee is welcoming and ready to assist with anything you need. Marriott's hotel training really shines through here. If I had to nitpick, the hotel sofas are a bit dated and starting to yellow slightly, and while the bed sheets are clean, they also show a bit of age with a slight yellowish tint. On a positive note, the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable; I rarely sleep this well in a hotel. This is definitely a highly recommended top-tier hotel in Fiji.
GGuest UserMy overall stay was fantastic! The environment was quiet and comfortable, and the room was clean and tidy with all the amenities I needed. The service was warm and attentive, with a friendly attitude; both check-in and check-out were smooth. It was great value for money, and I felt relaxed and at ease during my stay. It was a very satisfying experience, and I'll definitely prioritize staying here again for my next trip.
GGuest UserWe stayed at Club Fiji for our entire 5-day visit, and after exploring the area during our stay, we believe it was the best choice in Nadi. Why did we love it?
The location is fantastic — right on the beach (we stayed in a beachfront bure), close to the airport but without any airplane noise. There’s a convenient free shuttle to many activities like the Vau Contemporary Dance performance or a Denarau snorkel cruise, and a taxi to Nadi town costs about 10 FJD.
Our beachfront bure was newly renovated, clean, and had everything we needed — not fancy but comfortable. The beds were made regularly if we weren’t in the room when housekeeping came by.
The grounds are stunning, with beautifully kept gardens and loads of chill-out spots — beach beds under umbrellas, hammocks on palm trees, two pools, and lovely spaces to eat or have a drink.
The service was very personal, with staff always checking if we needed anything. They even have a travel expert on-site to help plan your activities and bookings.
Entertainment happens most nights, ranging from the unique way dinners are served (like Korean grills or beach BBQs) to concerts and local celebrations.
Food-wise, the buffet breakfast is simple but adequate since there are few other options nearby; the à la carte dinner menu is decent, but the special grills are outstanding.
We really loved the authentic Fijian atmosphere here, which felt very different from the typical all-inclusive resorts—it had a feeling you couldn’t find just anywhere in the world.
JJeshminI recently visited Smugglers Hotel and had a mixed experience that I believe management should take seriously for the safety and comfort of their guests.
One of my main concerns is the lack of clear separation between smoking and non-smoking areas. While I was seated in the dining area having lunch, cigarette smoke drifted into the space, which triggered an asthma attack. This was a distressing and avoidable situation. I strongly recommend that the hotel either designates a smoking area at least 10 meters away from dining and common areas or ensures that smoking sections are completely separate and well-ventilated to prevent exposure to non-smoking guests.
Additionally, it would be beneficial for staff to have basic first aid training, including CPR. In situations like mine, having trained personnel on-site could make a significant difference in responding quickly and effectively to health emergencies.
I hope management takes these suggestions seriously and implements improvements to create a safer and more comfortable environment for all guests.
GGuest UserYou can watch fish in the sea and feed them. The scenery is pleasant. The bed in the room is big, but the room is small. It is very comfortable in the sea water in summer. The fish can be seen most clearly in the sea. They are colorful and very beautiful. It is worth a visit. It is very suitable for bringing children to play
