Nice and close to the airport for our early morning departure. Clean and comfortable room for our family of 3. Pool and slide were great for a bit of afternoon/ evening fun before dinner. Nice bar and restaurant area next to pool. Great stop prior to heading out to the islands or on the way back. Would stay here again. A little bit of airplane noise as you would expect being so close to the airport.

i enjoyed my stay at smugglers cove very much  although there were bugs in the backpackers dorm and minimal space available for my bags , bathrooms were untidy and no cash for booking a tour to a destination was a bit of a let down  the people are super friendly and helpful , i will definitely be making a return just not to the backpackers but maybe to a room

Room is spacious and generally clean and well equipped. Staff are generally quite friendly and smiley, and helpful. The view is nice with a vast ocean view. However there’re a number of points which could have been improved. First, our reservation for the room is for 4 adults. However on the first night we arrived, everything was not prepared for 4 adults (i.e. the towels, toothbrush, slippers, shower and shampoo set, toilet paper, cups). After check-in, we had dinner at the hotel’s beach restaurant, then we took the buggy to the room - by that time it was almost 11PM. We had to call the reception/housekeeping to request for all these insufficient items. Then, next day, after housekeeping, again we were short of towels, shower and shampoo sets and water (which should be replenished right?)

I left my cellphone in a taxi and, upon consulting your staff, Mr. Villiame kindly assisted me, went out of his way to help, and even contacted the taxi driver to retrieve my phone, successfully resolving the issue. Pros: People are friendly and kind. It was nice service, Breakfast & swimming pool was nice and there was a Beauty lab which we had a nice massage. Cons: hot water is suddenly out of order. I had to have a cold shower because they weren’t sure when it can be fixed. There were a lot of insects in the room, bed bugs and cockroaches we ended up giving up to catch all of them. I missed my tour bus because they said I was late, which I didn’t. And said to me “just take a taxi” And They didn’t even checked how many people&who was waiting for, I wish they could do something more or put a little bit more effort for their guest when pick up bus driver was there.

The room facilities are first-class, the swimming pool is beautiful, the service is attentive, the hygiene is tidy, and there are a variety of Eastern and Western meals to choose from. Choosing the Sofitel Resort & Spa for your vacation in Fiji is a very cost-effective hotel.

Beautiful stay at this quite new modern style hotel surrounded by lagoon! But it’s sad that there is no beach to enjoy there. *room- it’s small but they have everything we need and amenities is quite good and they bring us enough tea en coffee during our stay. They maintain a room quite clean so it was very comfortable staying here. We can see it’s new and good design as well! *breakfast-variety choice of food that you can fully enjoy! They even had a Mimosa drink and you will never get bored with beautiful and tasty food they prepare! *facility- it’s quite big so to reach to the infinity pool it takes time to get there on foot and there was not enough baggy so had to walk all the way there. And even though this hotel itself is big but infinity pool is quite small and each seat is too close to each other so I felt it’s a hit congested and didn’t feel so relax being there. But surroundings are beautiful we can see mountains and oceans. Blue lagoon view from our room was also beautiful! *Stuffs- sorry to compare to other hotel but some of the stuffs are not as friendly as other stuffs we met at other hotel. Some are lovely but I felt they’re so tired of helping us. But the driver who helped us to give us a loft to the airport, he was very friendly and nice, we can see he is willing to help us and made us comfortable till the end of our trip! Thank you Maffie! ( sorry not sure about spelling ) And the receptionist lady was very attentive when we checked in-Sweta, she was willing to prepare a room for us even we arrived a bit early than the check-in time, thank you!

The location may feel further from Denarau than you think It is still under construction and the completion date of the building next door is February 25, so please take note Instead, there are many programs and the pool and food are amazing The pool is not in the center but on the left, so please take note The smoking area is at the entrance and on the beach, so I hope you won't be like me, go swimming and go all the way to the hotel entrance to smoke All the staff are friendly and the sunset is on the left, but it's very nice, so please come and enjoy the hotel.

Check in was easy but they almost forgot to give us our room key. The whole trip the key didn't work to get in and out of our room so we had to get staff to let us ion every time. They said they upgraded us but when we got there there was only 1 bed. We asked numerous times to get the bed ready but by the 3rd time we asked they eventually did it. Room was fine for what we needed with mini fridge, littler back deck to sit on which was nice and enough space. The bathroom was ok however, we had a shower and the shower head started spinning cold water everywhere but we managed to get over that. The pools were great and to have water slide and nice chairs round the pool made the day go quick as we we hung out there for a few hours. The food was good and having music all day was enjoyable. The check out was easy and courtesy bus worked out really well.so all in all a few issues but nothing major and had everything we required

It was clean and I'd say it was at a 5-star standard. I was happy that there was a washing machine in the room. There were pools for adults and families, so I think anyone can have fun. However, I stayed at three hotels in the Denarau area, and when I arrived at the lobby there were no rooms available, and although I was told that a room would be available in about 15 minutes, I was made to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes, and in the end another staff member told me that it wouldn't be available until 3pm, so perhaps it had been forgotten. I ended up going out, but the style was to leave my checked luggage at the entrance, where anyone could pick it up, so I felt uneasy until I got home. Other guests' luggage was also lined up at the entrance.

We are traveling as a couple, staying for five nights, and want to stay for another two days, it is a good place to lie down and be in a daze. In comparison, the feeling of diving and snorkeling is not as good as that of the outer islands, but the hotel has five or six restaurants with many choices, relatively cheap prices, and many activities. The Sundowner restaurant is recommended for three meals a day (if you don’t drink alcohol, breakfast or brunch is cheaper than the buffet). The service staff is also great. There is a waitress named Savaria who can remember my name the next day. She is professional 👍🏻Highly recommended~ especially suitable for family trips.

It's not like the online Tucao, in fact, the environment is OK. The ordinary room is much better than the Marriott ordinary room, and the area is also much larger. The point is that the sound insulation is better than the Marriott! ! It's really the largest hotel here. It also has its own golf course, diving, and its own church. Except far, no problem. Italian dinner + breakfast is delicious. The hotel deposit is 150 FJD per night. Take a taxi to the airport for 211 Fijian dollars. Only cash is accepted. Before 21:00, the front desk of the hotel can help you make an appointment to drop off the airport.

Second time for us to stay here this hotel! This time we were able to stay at the pool view, we appreciate the kind help from reception assistance manger Aman as well as Keleshi’s help! We recommend Intercontinental if it’s first time to visit Fiji because of below reason! -friendly stuffs who are willing to help us always with beautiful smiles! May stuffs try to remember us and feet us personally which makes it it stay even more pleasant and we can see that they do it from their heart! -spacious dining with great choice of food for lunch/dinner with love music everyday and some activities at the bar lounge -Intercontinental has got public beach just in front and we can enjoy beach as well as Infinity pool for adults. What I love about this hotel is that we don’t need to go other places to enjoy beach as we can get to see colouful fishes with our own snorkels! -spacious room and bathtub on a big balcony is something great and you can relax at the balcony even it’s raining day! Thank you for the another beautiful stay and we will definitely come back!!

My recent stay AT NALAGI was a delightful experience that exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the grand lobby, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of elegance and comfort. This is the best hotel with Fijian siging at breakfast, lunch, dinner, happy hour and post happy hour. I just loved the vibe. The staff are superb. The night manager, tall IndoFijian bloke, found my wallet Where I had dropped It with about 20,000RRMB in It and he returned It intact. Just trully love this hotel staff witn signature Fiji smiles and hospitality. I highly highly recommend it.

We claimed the room at around 9pm with a long waiting time for the room due to hotel’s issue. The room is dark. The hospitality decision of the hotel is not really good to be honest. But still, the gentleman in the reception are very willing to help us and he is friendly with a smile on his face.so overall is fine in this hotel.

Very clean and comfortable, you will definitely stay again next time on business trip, especially suitable for short and long-term business trips, tourism, washing machines, clothes dryers, kitchen equipments are all available, great 👏

Except that the hotel's beach is not so clear because of the black sand, this hotel meets expectations. The hotel is large, the greenery is very good, and the villa's swimming pool is also very clean. A family of six chose a villa with breakfast and dinner, which was very cost-effective. The breakfast is in line with the standards of a five-star hotel. The buffet dinner is 129 Fijian dollars if purchased on site. There are salmon, prawns and other seafood every day. During our three-day stay, we also had Pipa shrimp and blue crab. The family had a great holiday here. It should be noted that when leaving the store, you must check the consumption before paying. We just left in a hurry and did not look carefully. It was not that our consumption was recorded in our name, but that we missed some consumption. Fortunately, later After communication, everything was properly resolved. There is Chinese service at the front desk, which is very convenient. The sunset is beautiful!

The room was clean and comfortable. The kids were happy with the size. The kitchen was easy to use and had everything we needed. It's one of the Denarau hotels with easy access to the port, so I think it's a good choice for people staying on remote islands.
