Had been staying with Swiss Bel-Hotel whenever I visit Palangkaraya. The room has always been well maintained and cleaned making the stay great. Food has always been delicious and in the recent stay there is a change of menu. The only feedback is due the high popularity, the traffic whenever drive towards carpark can get complicated whenever there is an event held at the hotel. Else I will definitely recommend to book a room with them and I will visit again!

GGuest UserThe service was very very good but the room felt quite dusty and all the towels generally got stains. Location wise is super good, quite central, near airport and near good foods.

KkingLNThe hotel facilities are good, the exterior wall is Dutch style, and the air is fresh. The only problem is that the hotel's WIFI signal is a bit poor, and it was intermittent throughout the night. The hotel is not too far from the airport.
