Honestly, I highly recommend this place! While it's not right in the absolute city center, getting a taxi is super convenient. The hotel itself is a beautiful Suzhou-style garden complex, and right behind it is the Panmen Scenic Area, so you can explore gardens and historical sites without even leaving the hotel. The facilities are excellent and very thoughtfully designed, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The front desk staff kindly gave me a room on the fourth floor, which was quiet and comfortable. The windows could be opened to a certain extent and had screens, which was great for keeping bugs out. The hotel's pool looked amazing, but I only got to glance at it and didn't have time to experience it. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Very convenient. Just next door to dongguanjie. walked the street many times. Received very good customer service too. Assisted us in our waimai because we were foreigners. And assisted us in getting our didi as the didi stopped opposite the road. Provides free supper dishes if requested to the frontdesk staff. Has laundry! comfy pillows and bed! Price is slightly on the higher end but I'll book again. Great view too! Cute hardworking robo

Everything was top tier. From the check-in where I was upgraded to a river view room, the clean, spacious and inviting room to the service and superb breakfast. The view from the restaurant was amazing.
This was my pre birthday trip and the Hyatt made it so special. I even got a slice to birthday cake. The lady at the front desk who checked me in spoke really good English and was so kind and caring and she’s also a Gemini 😁🎉 I would 100% recommend and come back here.

The room isn't huge, but it's spotless. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right above Exit 6 of Xinjiekou, making it incredibly convenient and quick to get to all the attractions. The overall service level at the hotel is very high, from the moment I checked in at the front desk to the warm recommendations from the housekeeping staff on where to find the most authentic local Nanjing snacks. What really stood out was the breakfast at the Golden Bay Restaurant – the variety of Chinese dishes was top-notch and incredibly plentiful. The staff were very well-trained; when I asked for coffee, they proactively asked if I had any blood sugar concerns and offered sugar packets. Before breakfast ended, they kept reminding guests if they needed more food and even provided takeaway boxes for those who hadn't made it down yet. Truly excellent!

Location and amenities were great but only one big issue I really can't swallow. For the two days that I went out and clicked on the Do Not Disturb tab, both days my room was entered and cleaned up. I called the front desk to clarify if that was routine - the cleaners entering the room even if the DND button was up - and the reply was ”如果旅客不需要打扫卫生可以跟前台说一声我们再通知保洁 (If travellers doesnt require a room makeup, they can inform the front desk and we will inform the cleaners” which I asked then what's the point of installing the DND button and make up room button separately. I am pissed because I trusted that no one was going to enter the room and technically, supposedly could be in contact with my belongings as had my luggage was unpacked and lying around. Now that they breached this trust and while nothing was missing, who can possibly assure that no one touched my things or had strangers entering the room in the process. I will avoid staying here in the future and choose another place that doesn't require me to go that extra step of pressing the DND button AND informing the front desk, which is pure ridiculous.

I stayed in Building No. 8 of Yangzhou Yingbin Hotel, and overall, the experience was quite good. The hotel boasts a garden-style layout, with charming bridges over streams and the delightful sound of birdsong throughout, creating a serene and elegant atmosphere. Its proximity to Slender West Lake is a major plus, as the hotel even has a direct gate leading into the scenic area, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. Building No. 8 is also right next to Quyuan Teahouse, so you can enjoy authentic Yangzhou dim sum without even leaving the hotel – a truly fantastic experience. While the room's amenities might seem a bit standard compared to newer hotels (no smart toilet or screen casting on the TV), they are very complete. Thoughtful details like the tea and coffee bar and turndown service demonstrate the high standard of service. However, due to a last-minute travel plan, the room type in Building No. 8 didn't allow for an extra bed, so I had no choice but to opt for a north-facing family room. Unfortunately, there's a construction site directly opposite the room, and the noisy clatter of iron pipes being unloaded in the early morning, along with the sound of workers arguing, was quite disruptive for light sleepers.

This was our first trip with our baby, and we chose the Yangzhou Slender West Lake Hot Spring Resort. It's less than an hour's drive from Zhenjiang, and only 50 minutes from our home. We left after lunch and checked in directly in the afternoon. The hotel lobby had a large unicorn that our baby really loved.
We booked this hotel with a group coupon during the Double 12 sale, 999 yuan per night without breakfast. However, the hotel is near Slender West Lake, and there are many dim sum restaurants nearby, so breakfast was actually very convenient. We originally booked a family suite with two bedrooms, a living room, and a private hot spring, but since the family suites were fully booked when we checked in, they upgraded us to a two-bedroom villa. You can drive directly into the villa area and park near your room.
The second bedroom in the villa had a bed with three sides enclosed, which was perfect for traveling with a baby, preventing them from rolling off. Our baby was also safer with us sleeping on the outside. The hotel air conditioning was a bit too powerful, leaving my throat and lips dry, but everything else was great. Since it was our first time traveling with a baby, things were a bit chaotic, so I didn't get a chance to take many nice photos. We also missed out on the complimentary Hanfu photoshoot offered by the hotel.
The hotel has its own 'Pet World' with swans, horses, deer, alpacas, etc., and our little one had a wonderful time. The hotel also provided a complimentary pet feeding kit, and our baby was thrilled while feeding the swans. It's a great all-in-one place for kids; just staying at the hotel was enough for our little one. For older kids, the hotel is also close to many scenic spots in Yangzhou, so they can easily go out and explore.
The hotel butler was very thoughtful and specifically brought us a baby gift package during housekeeping.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is located right in the city center, making it very convenient to get around. There is a shopping mall directly connected to the hotel, so finding food and dining options was very easy.
The hotel is very family-friendly. We stayed on the top floor, and the view was absolutely amazing — we could see both the sea and the mountains. Our child loved it so much. However, for guests who are afraid of heights like my husband, this might not be the best choice, as it is probably the tallest building in the city.
Although the hotel looks like it has been open for many years from the outside, the interior still feels modern, clean, and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, and the facilities are very convenient. Breakfast offered a good variety of international options.
Overall, we had a great experience and were very impressed with our stay.

Came for a week stay holiday with the family and this place is conveniently located to Fuzimiao and Laomendong. We were greeted by friendly staff and wonderful hospitality. The breakfast was simple yet hearty and the rooms were cozy and clean. The only qualm I have is that it is a hotel which permits smoking which may be uncomfortable for those who can’t tolerate its smell. The hotel is also close to many eateries and a spa.

XXavierasyI booked a suite for 2 nights at the Courtyard by Marriott the night before I came from Xi'an because I wanted to visit Niushoushan, Jinling Xiaocheng, and other tourist spots nearby.
The location of the Courtyard is actually not bad; it's right beside the Hedingqiao metro station, and many food booths and convenience stores are just downstairs. You can buy takeaway at any time. The reception staff is nice and helpful and can speak very good English, no doubt.
The worst was the concierge. One of the concierge staff has been playing on his cellphone every single moment. I took Didi or the metro at least 4 or 5 times every day. Every time I pass through the entrance, he is playing on his phone.
The most frustrating part was when I ordered takeaway through the app. The delivery man said he placed it on the concierge cart right next to that guy, but someone took my package, and he didn't notice. YEAH, How could he possibly know if he was preoccupied with his phone ?!
GGallleyaThis is the best hotel we stayed in during our trip to China. We lived in a separate house. It's quiet and cozy there. The air conditioner works well for heating.
The hostess is very friendly and kind. When we got lost during check-in, she herself came for us. Also thanks to the man who helped us when leaving the hotel.
Comfortable bathroom, good beds, spacious room. I highly recommend it!
GGuest UserI booked this hotel because I wanted to try out this style, and overall, I was quite satisfied with the experience. The only minor drawback was that the location was a bit hard to find at first; after parking the car at the entrance of Pingjiang Road, we had to walk a distance, and the ground was uneven, which made it a bit challenging with luggage.
On the day of check-in, the front desk surprised us with an upgrade to a room with a bathtub, which was a really pleasant surprise. The front desk staff also had an excellent attitude, making us feel very well taken care of.
Additionally, upon check-in, thoughtful touches like small cookies, fruit, yogurt, and a welcome card were provided. These little details really enhanced the experience.
The only thing is that the lighting in the room was a bit dim. I'm not sure if it was because I didn't know how to operate it, or if it was designed that way. It would have been perfect if the lighting brightness could be adjusted.

LlwkengWe booked the family room with 2 king bed room for our whole trip in Nanjing and the hotel truly is not disappointing.
The hotel is very clean and close to the Laomendong attractions. All are within walking distance. Nearby attractions are also a lot and easily reachable in short distant. Food and restaurant is not a problem.
The room has all the amenities and most importantly free laundry service is available which is important for my family travel for longer days as we do not need to bring a lot of clothes.
The owner is friendly and provided suggestions to our places to visit as well. Breakfast is inclusive. Even though simple, good enough to start for the day without needing to look for food before going out.
Overall a good and pleasant experience with our stay.
GGuest UserThe hotel is located south of Pingjiang Road, just a few hundred meters walk to the main street. There's no on-site parking; you have to park at a partner lot about a 3-5 minute walk away. While the area is lively, I found the parking situation a bit inconvenient. We had to unload luggage first, then park, and do the reverse when checking out, picking up the car to load luggage.
There's no elevator, which was a bit of a struggle for my elderly family members who were tired from sightseeing and have some mobility issues.
The Wi-Fi was also very poor and slow.
On the positive side, the service was attentive. A friendly front desk staff member helped us with our luggage. The family room came with an easel and some simple toys for kids, and there were also some basic children's games in the lobby area, which kept my son entertained for a long time.

GGuest UserThe hotel is elegantly decorated, the rooms are warm and comfortable, and the bedding is soft and clean. The service staff is enthusiastic, professional and meticulous. The food is rich and delicious, the transportation is convenient, and the overall experience exceeds expectations. I highly recommend it!
GGuest UserLocated in the Science and Technology City of Suzhou High-tech Zone, the surrounding area integrates the elements of ”technology, landscape, and humanities” and is close to an artificial lake. The environment is quiet and suitable for vacation.
The hotel is close to Taihu Avenue and has convenient transportation, but the business atmosphere in the Science and Technology City area is relatively quiet, and you need to travel a short distance to nearby commercial entities.
With environmental protection, natural landscape and family-friendly facilities as its core advantages, Element Suzhou is suitable for tourists seeking a quiet vacation or a short business trip. Its kitchen configuration and parent-child services are particularly outstanding, but improvements need to be made in terms of spraying less air freshener and surrounding convenience.
CChifanpeiyinliaoThis hotel is definitely a great place to walk your kids! The ecology is very good! We even saw a hare! But maybe it’s because it’s outdoors! It seems like the door to the candy room is a little broken! Not so easy to close! Then the electric cars in the park require money to use but they are too slow! And the cost is a bit high!
The service attitude at the front desk is very good! Very eager to help!
The road to the swimming pool is not easy to walk! Must be very careful! It's easy to fall! The locker room environment needs cleaning!
The interior of the room is clean and acceptable!
