Great
TTina ZhengThis hotel is absolutely perfect! The cleanliness is excellent, and they even provide a kettle for boiling water. The surroundings are beautiful. My only gripe is the incredibly high parking fee. The cost of parking, plus taxes and tips, nearly equals the price of the room itself.
GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at Warwick Allerton Chicago. The location is perfect—right on Michigan Avenue, making it incredibly convenient to explore downtown Chicago. Most of the city’s famous attractions and popular restaurants are within walking distance.
The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The bed was cozy, and we had a pleasant stay throughout our visit.
If you’re looking for a hotel with an excellent location and easy access to everything, I would definitely recommend Warwick Allerton Chicago.
MMainak DuttaThe service was excellent, given that we reached around 1 am and were welcomed with warm cookies. We did spend some time to find parking as it was very busy.
ZzzangkoThe hotel's shuttle service for pickup from O'Hare Airport Zone 2E and drop-off at International Zone 5 was excellent. It was also great that we could enjoy the complimentary hotel breakfast and evening social hour. We made good use of the nearby Blue Line Rosemont CTA station with a 1-day Ventra Pass to explore Chicago in winter. I'd like to thank the front desk lady for her friendly assistance with check-in. The deposit was also refunded within two days. However, as we visited in early February, the room was very dry, so it would be advisable to bring a portable humidifier.
GGuest UserThe location is great, with a CVS and a Jewel Osco nearby, and it's within walking distance to the Magnificent Mile and Millennium Park. The facilities are a bit old, especially the carpet which looked quite dirty. Housekeeping started knocking on our door at 8 AM every morning 😮💨, yet when we returned to the hotel in the evening, the room hadn't been cleaned. Upon check-in, I noticed the bottled water was priced at $3 a bottle, free for members. So I didn't drink any of the hotel's water. However, after checking out, my credit card was charged $6 for water. It's not a lot of money, but it left a bad taste in my mouth. Thankfully, Trip.com customer service was very helpful and negotiated with the hotel for a refund, which I'm still waiting to receive.
DDajianalidaolasipaermasitangxianzuI forgot to take pictures. The location of this hotel is pretty good. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the subway and about 15 minutes to Chinatown. It is within 5 kilometers from the city center. The room is quite big and clean. The breakfast is simple and cost-effective.
GGuest UserThe hotel is about 30 - 45 minutes drive from downtown Chicago and 20 minutes drive from O Hare airport. The room is spacious. A hotel with nice view and good for someone looking for a quiet & relaxing getaway.
GGuest UserExcellent location. The staff were very friendly. The only downside was the breakfast; even though it states you've booked breakfast, when you arrive, you only get credit to use at the restaurant, and the credit isn't enough for a full breakfast. Plus, they serve very few people at a time, so you have to wait to eat. On our last day, we had to wait an hour.
GGuest UserThe hotel is a typical airport hotel, had a very helpful shuttle driver (Ray) and the other staff interacted with were very friendly and helpful.
Located just offsite from the airport, opposite a shopping mall and had a small selection of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.
Room was clean and had everything needed. Bathroom had good water pressure and provided nice toiletries.
This was a one-night stay prior to flying home from O'Hare and met all needs.
MMianqiuweibaThe hotel is located in the Loop area, with a relatively high safety factor.
The location is excellent, close to the Chicago River, and it is very convenient for boat trips. It is very convenient to go to various attractions, whether it is the Magnificent Mile or Millennium Park and the Chicago Art Museum, you can walk there.
The hotel service is OK, and they do not actively provide toiletries, but you can ask the front desk to provide them.
I need to remind you: when choosing a room, it is recommended to choose a room without breakfast. The so-called breakfast is just a $20 coupon for you to go to the restaurant on the first floor, but you can't have a satisfactory breakfast for $20, and you need to tip and pay taxes. The key is: the difference between breakfast and no breakfast is almost enough to book a room without breakfast. The explanation given by the hotel is: the price with breakfast allows customers to cancel the reservation at any time a few hours before check-in, which only gives you the right to cancel the reservation. This is the only unpleasant point of the stay. I stayed for 5 nights and spent nearly 6,000 yuan to buy this breakfast. Although the solution provided by Ctrip is a drop in the bucket, it is more important to be in a good mood when you go out, so I just give up. I hope Ctrip can clearly state the terms and conditions in the product details in the future, and I also hope that the comments can help everyone~
