This hotel is absolutely perfect! The cleanliness is excellent, and they even provide a kettle for boiling water. The surroundings are beautiful. My only gripe is the incredibly high parking fee. The cost of parking, plus taxes and tips, nearly equals the price of the room itself.

The hotel boasts a prime location, comparable to the intersection of Nanjing East Road and Zhejiang Road in Shanghai. You can easily walk to all the attractions. The downsides are the extremely poor Wi-Fi and the frequent ambulance noise due to its proximity to a hospital, which can be very disruptive.

The room was spacious and bright, and the hygiene was clean and tidy. The staff had a great service attitude, and the surrounding environment was excellent, especially the small lake nearby, which added to the beautiful scenery. The only slight drawback was that breakfast was not included.

The hotel's shuttle service for pickup from O'Hare Airport Zone 2E and drop-off at International Zone 5 was excellent. We made good use of the nearby Blue Line Rosemont CTA station with a 1-day Ventra Pass to explore Chicago in winter. I'd like to thank the front desk lady for her friendly assistance with check-in. The deposit was also refunded within two days. However, as we visited in early February, the room was very dry, so it would be advisable to bring a portable humidifier.
