The room is quite small (the bed is probably around 0.8 meters wide), but the location is great. The facilities are sufficient, and it has a private bathroom. There is also a smart TV, a hairdryer, and an electric kettle. Breakfast includes toast, cereal, yogurt and a full English breakfast with fried eggs, sausages, and beans.

Stragetic location. Mins walk from Paddington station n bus stops. Restaurants at every corners. However, not an idle to stay coz no AC in the rooms. A fan is provided though. Just Imagine during summer... Has elevator,mini fridge n tea facility. Bring your own toiletries. No hair conditioner provided as well. Body wash n hair shamp in sachet packets besides soap bar provided. Clean towels. Abit dated room but well kept n maintained. Clean n spacious room for 3pax with medium luggage perhaps.. Bed is comfy. Friendly n helpful staff. Storage of luggage is FOC but unsupervised. No tag given or whatsoever. It is a self service kind of thing. Just store n go at your own risk!! At this price, I would have choosen others instead. Staying here was a last minute relocation by trip.com due to overbooked n cancellation of my initial choice of hotel! Though compensated by trip. com for this, it had become a different experience already..

This was handy for a one night stay. It’s quite an old style but there were all the amenities available.

The location was great. However, the receptionist couldn’t care less about her job. She was unhappy, grumpy, despondent, and made no effort at all to engage as we checked in. The room was up one narrow flight of stairs. Thankfully I didn’t have much luggage but definitely if I had, it would be a real struggle. The room was clean but definitely we’ll need of upgrading. There was a draught around the window which would certainly make a cold room in the winter.  The floors are very thin and I was able to hear lots of noise and provocative sounds during the course of the night. Extremely embarrassing if I had my teenagers with me. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 In view of their prices, it certainly wasn’t worth the money. I really would not recommend this hotel. And I would never ever use it again. Absolutely terrible 😞 👎 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Great location with friendly staff and very clean room. Bonus having a breakfast available.

London is always expensive. This is relatively affordable. The room is downstairs but everything is fine. It should be very old but things are all acceptable.

Stayed one night. All staff encountered were friendly and helpful Room clean and had everything required for a comfortable stay. V good value for money. Would definitely recommend and would book again.

As a solo traveller room was small but adequate for my stay - extra bonus was to get breakfast included - and that was a cooked breakfast- very nicely done - would stay again

the gresham hotel was exactly what we needed for a 1 night stay before our flight the next day. It’s small but it had everything we needed - a firm bed, a small but good shower with hot water and a hairdryer :)

It was a good experience staying at this hotel , friendly staff only drawback was they don’t serve filter coffee even in their breakfast.

location is excellent, staffs are all very helpful.

Place was worth it for the money. If you decide include breakfast for stay asked them English Breakfast they will give you hot food other than just breads! Nice location to access almost every spot to overlook, restaurant cause its locate on Paddington Station and place is near small park to jogging.
