The Swanlake Villa Resort Hotel Reviews

Swan lake villa is a very nice n beautiful place to stay. Staffs are friendly and patients. The room are big and we have a lake view room. Many amenities are free to use for hotel guests. There are free boat ride and little animals to see. Suitable for family with kids as well. The pool is big but need maintenance. You can even park your car just outside the lot of your room. Night time is quite n cozy environment.Overall we enjoyed our stay for 2D1N. Best part is you can find Merlion here!!😘🥰😍

Although Swan Lake is an old hotel, the facilities and services are very good. A relaxing two days and one night for the whole family The comfortable environment is really nice Very relaxing place~recommended👍

The hotel staff were kind and helped us upgrade to a room type. The swimming pool is huge and the view is beautiful. It's great for taking pictures. The breakfast is generous and can be used as brunch. The hotel room is spacious and beautiful. The bathroom is large and wet and dry. It's friendly for the elderly to walk and use. The environment outside the room is quiet, the lakeside is beautiful, and there are swans. Accompanied by a leisurely vacation experience

The bed was nice and I slept well. The hot water will come out slowly, but the amount of water will be very large after it comes out. The bathtub is quite large and the water will be discharged very quickly. There is a self-service kitchen in the back which is also convenient. Car washes are also available in the detached accommodation area. The air conditioning is strong enough. Overall, it is very suitable for groups and families. The old hotel is pretty good, but I feel like there are no operating facilities and the facilities are not tidied up. Overall, for the price, I am satisfied with my stay!

飯店園區環境和游泳池都滿老舊髒亂的～房間地板超級髒～晚上要洗澡的時候～才發現沐浴乳是空的沒補足～浴缸熱水也不熱～實在無法給予好評！

飯店位置在墾丁適中，建議衛生要加強，例如戶外泳池與房間清潔要加強。

防蚊措施要做足，職員服務態度非常良好，主動提出協助，有禮待人。 冷氣可以再改善，整個環境舒適，期待會進行翻新。

衛生差 ，房間老舊，野生泳池有在撒氯粉消毒，但是池內的樹葉羽毛髒東西根本不管，園內的租借的腳踏車破爛不堪，車胎沒氣，房間發現大蟑螂兩隻，三隻馬陸，兩活一死，除了設施老舊衛生不好👎，植種漂亮，夜晚飯店燈點亮了是也蠻漂亮，生平第一次拿拖鞋打蟑螂，第二晚半夜起床尿尿發現浴室一隻，暫關淋浴間

設施微老舊…但環境蠻優美的，有渡假放鬆的感覺… 床偏硬，我不喜歡…早餐偏簡單，但還能接受… 但～說實在的..假日的這個價格…有點小失望.. 床！真！的！很！硬！
