Bilik queen - very small room, No space for luggage bag, and hardly move around

tricky rules and regulations, which are just obligating hotel guests into taking up hotel shortcomings like staff shortage to attend basic housekeeping, rubbish takeout, lack of change for clean sheets for few days.
Replacements charge S$50 for misplaced room key is exorbitant for a plastic card. it seems the hotel is all out to make ancillary money from all these ridiculous punitive house rules.

Room is small and doesnt look similar to the photos featured.
Hotel service reception is only available by phone. Please get your local phone number ready.
Room is located on 2nd floor. No lift is avaialable.
Basic amneties was there, towels and toothbrush.
Room would be cleaned twice per week.
Hotel 81 offers better pricing and includes lift service for better baggage handling.

Quite small room despite having a kitchenette as layout is weird. toilet is slightly bigger than other value hotels. aircon wasnt cold for some reason and washing machine was down. Upper level rooms should be better
staff were helpful as they provided towels even after 7pm

Room without windows, stay three days no cleaning or housekeeper services, 3 levels building without elevators. Booked 4 rooms, King Size bed is only slightly bigger than King.

Very helpful and friendly receptionist, checking in and out were smooth. However some ants were found on the bed and towels, seems to be normal if staying on 1-2F. Overall pretty good experience.
