Very nice hotel just at the heart of Tbilisi old town. It provides excellent quality with comfortable rooms, diverse breakfast options and friendly staff.

What an amazing hotel with the most perfect location. Clean and spacious room steps away from the old town. I could not have asked for anything better. I will definitely book again next time I am in Tbilisi.

I was really impressed with this hotel in every respect. The location provides easy access to Old Town, staff were friendly and professional, breakfast was good, and the bar on the 6th floor was a welcome addition. Will definitely stay here again.

It is a good hotel ,especially the location is strategic : just walk distance 3 minutes from old town. Rooms are clean , not very large, but quite. Breakfast is average, quality of food acceptable not great. The restaurant on ground is named Asado. it is a beef restaurant ,managed from famous italian chef. The quality of food is excellent and the price goes along with it: quite expensive but really worth of.

It was my first time traveling alone, and I chose this hotel primarily for its prime location. Across from the hotel is Metekhi Church, and just a five-minute turn left brings you to various ATMs, public transportation card machines, and more. I walked to the old town every day, and the bus stops just to my left, so many European tourists take the bus to experience the local culture. If you're particular about location, I highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast was average. This was my first hotel stay in Tbilisi for two consecutive days. Although the price was a bit high during the National Day holiday, it was completely worth it because it perfectly met my specific needs for a solo trip. The front desk staff were very welcoming and could communicate in both English and Georgian.

From the airport, take bus 377 and transfer to bus 371. The bus stop is across from the hotel. To get to the airport, transfer to bus 377 from bus 540. Just to the hotel entrance, head left to find the sulfur baths. A short walk leads to popular areas like Freedom Square. The cable car is just across the bridge. Transportation is very convenient, not just for the subway. Tbilisi bus stops generally have signs indicating the arrival time for each bus. The receptionist was very welcoming. The lobby is warm and homey. The room was large, with two large windows facing the street and directly opposite the adjacent building. Opening the windows was a bit noisy, but the soundproofing was excellent. In addition to the bed, wardrobe, desk, and pantry, there was also a stool at the foot of the bed, a sofa chair, a small coffee table, and floor-standing clothes racks. The suitcase shelf was so long that we could fit both of our suitcases. Most pleasantly, the mini-fridge contained free water and several beverages. The bathroom was large, but the water pressure was a bit weak. The hotel has its own steakhouse on the first floor, and there are many restaurants nearby. Clean up in time.

The location is good, very close to the old town, and the decoration is quite standard. The waiters have a long-lost feeling of a state-owned unit: in the morning when I had breakfast, seven or eight waiters all gathered in front of the TV, watching the fighting broadcast with the volume turned up very loud, without caring about the feelings of the customers at all.

The hotel has a great location, close to the old town, but away from the noise. The main tourist spots are very close. Everything is clean. Quite fresh. There is a coffee machine in the room. This is a huge plus. The bathroom is large and spacious. There is a desk. A corner where you can work. Of the minuses - the hotel staff does not speak Russian and does not try to understand you.

The hotel's cleanliness and amenities were acceptable, but they insisted we stay in a standard double room, knowing we'd booked a premium double room. Their attitude was rude and unreasonable. I speak good English, but I argued and was eventually moved. What are other Chinese people with poor English supposed to do? The entire hotel staff resembled state-run waiters. The free minibar had iron caps for Coke and Fanta, but no bottle openers. The overall service felt like a state-run guesthouse from the 1970s or 1980s. Stay here if you want.
