Excellent place all over. Pools were very clean, great housekeeping, friendly. Honestly I'll be going back. Great access to the beach and the food on site was delicious albeit not the cheapest. Not far from fisherman's market, there's some convenience stores very close. A gym onsite which offers fresh towels and good equipment. fantastic overall. 10/10

Celes Samui is absolute perfection! The location is idyllic, with a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. The pristine beach is immaculately clean, and access is a breeze. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly neat. The service is top-notch - impeccable attention to detail and a team that's always eager to please. We had an unforgettable stay and can't wait to return!

Celes Samui is a great hotel in a lovely, quiet, and relaxing spot — just a 10-minute walk from Fisherman’s Village. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable, and the location is fantastic. The restaurant food was delicious and breakfasts were very good. The beds are quite firm, which may not suit everyone, though the bedding itself was very good. The staff experience was mixed. Some were absolutely wonderful — especially the girl with the short dark hair at reception, who was friendly and helpful every day, along with the restaurant staff and the guys on the front gate. However, others weren’t as friendly, and at times even came across as aggressive. Check-in and check-out weren’t overly welcoming, and one housekeeper was very abrupt when I asked for extra towels and refused to leave until I gave her two towels which I didn’t actually have! The beach is beautiful to look at, but after about a metre in, the bottom is slimy, which made swimming less enjoyable. Because of this, we left for a few days to enjoy Lamai, which has a much more breathtaking beach. It’s a short cab ride away. All in all, I would still recommend Celes Samui — it’s a beautiful and peaceful place to stay with clean rooms and excellent food. But I didn’t find the staff friendliness as consistent as other reviewers have described, which was a bit disappointing.

This is a lovely resort set in sprawling and lush gardens.There are x three pools to use as well as the amazing beach and views.Accomodation is varied We had a separate villa in the grounds bear to the breakfast restaurant It was spacious and airey with excellent daily cleaning 😀 The breakfast was great. Lots of choices.The staff team was delightful and worked tirelessly to ensure a great service . Smiling Nam often on the door, taking your room number. Lovely and an asset.Also, to Pan who readily engede in conversation. ALL THE STAFF at breakfast were FANTASTIC 👌 Thank you for a lovely 15 niggts stay. We woul recommend 1

Celes Samui is close to Fisherman’s village in Bophut. The property in itself is really big and well maintained. Friendly staff and a great view of the sea from their restaurant. However there are not a lot of good food options nearby and we really struggled to get “tuktuk” for commuting around from that location. It felt kind of isolated. However, for a peaceful stay it’s the perfect option.

I recently stayed at Celes Samui and had a truly lovely experience. As a solo traveler, I found it to be the perfect spot for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The hotel is situated in a quieter part of the island, but it’s just a 15-20 minute walk from Fisherman’s Village, with a convenient shuttle service provided twice a day for guests. The hotel itself is beautifully equipped, featuring three pools, a spa, gym, and on-site restaurants, along with direct access to a tranquil beach. My room was spotless, and the facilities were well-maintained. The staff were incredibly personable and professional, always accommodating my requests with ease. If you’re looking for somewhere quiet to unwind, I highly recommend Celes Samui. It’s also practical, with a 7/11 nearby for essentials, and Chaweng’s lively nightlife is just a 15-minute drive away. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely hotel with 3 great swimming pools. All of the staff were so kind and helpful, especially as I hurt my leg half way through the stay and had to get the golf cart everywhere! The breakfast was alright, with quite a lot of choice. The infinity pool got very busy with other guests baggingthe sun beds with their towels before breakfast! However, there was always space at the nearly empty back pool. This is a bit of a trek from the patio rooms, but the pool is bigger and deeper. The location was okay but the beach was not the best on the island. Easy enough to rent bikes and see other beaches. I highly recommend the eco bike store near the main entrance. Would stay again!

Excellent room with an absolutely huge bed and really good size bedroom and bathroom. Location of hotel on beach was fabulous. Buffet breakfast was great too.

The great choice! Will return here again - for sure!
