Have to say, we did not live in the hotel, because we was ill at that time. So we had to change the trip plan. And we had a discussion about cancelling the booking in advance. But the hotel rejected it. It was a pity, because we put forward our situation couple of days ago, which was just one day or two days after the day we booked it in the website.
And we searched a piece of information on google map, which said there were some bugs in this hotel.

Shabby, poorly equipped, nothing like the nice shiny photographs. No hot water from kitchen and shower room taps. Hard plastic chair x1, iron board useless. Cheaply done and cheaply kitted out such as there was. No response from contact information.

Brilliant central location. Surprisingly quite given its location. The apartment was on the first floor and was over two levels. Small but suited our needs, 1 adult and 3 children aged between 6 - 9. It had all the facility you would need. The communication between the owner / manager was good with prompt answers to any queries.

This place is all about the location. You literally walk out the door onto Leicester Square. We did a theatre trip and did two shows and it was fantastic not to even need to get tube as everything was so close. I was expecting some noise but there was none at all - so really well sound proofed. The place is really nice and well maintained with all the things you'd need for a short stay. I'd question though whether it would be big enough for four people though. Improvement points? The wifi is poor which, given the location, you can't really get your head around. The layout of this room (Suite One) is such that if you're tall you are going to do a bit of crouching as the bed is on a floor with a low slanted ceiling.

Terrible experience, the room was tiny, nothing like the photos, the room was dirty, the kitchen sink was broken, the shower water was all over the bathroom, the stove in the kitchen didn't work, and worst of all, the customer service it was useless.
