Very Happy experience from standard Upgraded To suite room with balcony view.

Priya in reservation on my pre booking was great tried helping me with my valentines dinner reservation unfortunately the catering team dont understand hospitality as they could not change one dish on the valentines menu so they expected someone to pay GBP 95.00 for mushroom risotto. Arrival not good staff using guest elevators as laundry elevator  Check in disaster not enough staff I arrived 2pm the front desk acknowledged my arrival but when rooms were ready they spoke to individual guest in next seating area to give them room key and I was left so with the huge queue had to wait 45 mins to check in . Room dirty windows mirror toilet would stop running, I paid GBP 300 for a king bed and got a twin bed put together with a bed topper very uncomfortable. The WiFi very poor so could not connect to their website in the room had to go to reception to order room service  Room service arrived paid cash waiter took it came back said cannot pay cash ??? Why not ?? Also could not charge to room, the waiting disturb my dinner 4 times knocking on the door.  Parking is not 2 minutes away you must walk at least 15 minutes from excel London.  Breakfast excellent . Overall not worth the money

It was a good experience to be away from all the hustle. Location was good but couldn’t go to sky deck as it was under some kind of maintenance which was one of the reasons why I booked this place.  Amenities were fine but not that excellent.  Breakfast was good but very less options for Halal foods which was an inconvenience to us.  But overall was a good stay. Reception staffs were really friendly and welcoming.

Absolutely lovely and everyone was really nice and chatty Alex on front desk was really brilliant. Absolutely will go back.

Something different to stay. Only thing is that it might get abit of noisy at night when people are walking due to the nature of the building but it’s unavoidable

Yesterday .i was celebarte my husband birthday in this hotel. I gave surlrise to my husband When we been their oh my gosh it was so so beautiful nd clean. Its like dream. Breakefast very good but i m vegitrain So vegitrain option very lees. I didt like only one thing Heating not working their all nyt i feel cold. But mrng when i call at reciption they send someone that guy fix everything. Thank you so much for gave me best experience . Also i love one thing more My husband recieved one card with birthday wishes also choclates . Thank you for every thing.

Interior of hotel looked impressive, rooms were just ok , bathroom could have been better for price point to be honest . Breakfast wasn’t great

Lovely relaxing time spent onboard this beautiful yacht. Great location and within easy walking distance to the Elizabeth Line.
