Great amenities, great service, friendly staff and an amazing breakfast service

Free food

Nice food, nice people! Nice service. But you won't fall asleep before eleven at night. The punk rock is too loud. Come later. And in general, all employees in the administration are polite and kind. It really looks like a student dormitory. I liked the kitchen where everyone communicates and has fun.

There is a fierce looking staff who usually scares and bullies guests at every opportunity. He loves to smoke around the premises and usually ozes alcohol and terrible odour. The rooms are dirty, the bathroom dirty, the toilet still had urine on the bowl and seat. Bed linen not clean. The foyer looks pretty good, but do not be fooled by that... Looks are very deceiving. No air conditioning, so lots of street noise with window open for much needed fresh air. Rooms smell dusty. Very old and not maintained or loved... And it shows, as per pictures added. The deceptive food offer is surely a feeble attempt at a joke! It's one of the lowest quality hotels in London, United Kingdom. As a place that claims to be grand, its reviews do not follow suit. Judging by how old this hotel looks, it should be bulldozed. Moreover, the claims of good hospitality is a joke? Absurd. Walked into a musty, moldy room, toilet had toilet paper, didn't flush, had to call them in, the heater didn't work, so had to ask for this. Beds were musty, towels had stains, 2 of the 4 beds we had were extremely itchy, felt like there were bed bugs crawling around. If I could give ZERO stars or even a negative score I would - unfortunately this doesn't give the option to do so. The most disgusting experience ever. DO NOT stay at this hostel EVER. Nx London is shity.

NX Hostel is good to lodge but the drawback stems from one of the staffs who derive joy in bullying customers. He is so aggressive and ****** in nature.

Has a late check-in 4 pm. But provides a lot of cooking facilities, free breakfast and has free food + tea and coffee.

Good servicese and very clean environment, not too far to the city, shopping around and very close to train station.

Although many people live together, I only shared the room with one or two people that day. There are many bathrooms and toilets, and breakfast is also available. I will come again if I have another chance!

Is not too good and is not too bad just managing the hostel is ok for now

Decent backpackers, excellent Free breakfast of fruit and cereals, student area so plenty of bars and fast food restaurants.

The staff it's not friendly as usual, but it's a good place to stay

Very clean and helpful staff and they try to make you to feel like home.
