The hotel is very convenient for T5, you travel by pod and it’s literally 5 minutes door to door. That’s probably the highlight. Hotel is basic but very clean, bed was lovely. But very old and run down. I’d stay again for convenience. Hotel breakfast was ok, but coffee terrible. Take your own wine and food from marks and Spencer’s at t5 if your too tired to eat in the restaurant, the 24 hour supermarket there was crazy, 9 pounds for a sandwich etc.

Super convenient for airport transfers: The hotel's biggest advantage is its location. You can take the hotel's exclusive automated shuttle (POD) or a bus directly from Heathrow Terminal 5 (T5), and it only takes about 5 minutes. It's ideal for travelers catching early flights. Friendly staff: The front desk check-in process was efficient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Stairs required: The hotel's overall facilities are on the older side. Some areas and corridors inside don't have elevators or ramps, so you have to use stairs. Carrying large luggage is extremely difficult: If you're like me and have large checked luggage or heavy suitcases, going up and down the stairs will be very strenuous. It's quite unfriendly for travelers with less strength, the elderly, or families with strollers.

I didn't have to worry about missing my early morning flight the next day at all. From the hotel's side entrance, you can take the Ultra Pod driverless capsule, and it's just a 5-minute ride to Terminal 5. No need to drag heavy luggage around! The room was clean and tidy, with air conditioning, free WiFi, a bathtub, and a mini-fridge – everything you need. It was a pleasant surprise to find a hotel in London at this price point with a private bathtub. The soundproofing was also excellent; I couldn't hear any airport noise from planes taking off or landing, so I had a very peaceful sleep.

I only stayed here for one night, but it was absolutely great. The standard room was perfectly fine for one person, and you can upgrade to a more luxurious room beforehand if available. The breakfast buffet is extensive with a wide variety of choices and is regularly refilled. The staff are very friendly. But the absolute winner is the location and the spacious terrace with a view of Terminal 5. It was very sunny, so I enjoyed a drink on the terrace. The interior is stylish with references to travel and aviation. I would definitely book here again for a short (or longer) stay.

The hotel is modern, quiet, and beautiful. The breakfast with a view of planes landing is really cool! Areas for improvement: free parking for guests.

Solid hotel, just a couple of stops on the local bus from Heathrow Terminal 5 s was ideal after arriving late for a stopever. Nice touch with the self check in/out

Quite a good overnight stay hotel for early flight, better if you got your own transport. Nice breakfast with flight taking off view which is a plus.

Great service and location. This is my top pick for catching an early flight from Gatwick Airport. It's also conveniently located. Finding the hotel right after exiting the airport might be a bit tricky at first, but just follow the signs. The staff are very polite and patient, and they'll even tell you how to get to the train. They provide an electric kettle, hairdryer, and a mini-fridge.

Although there's no elevator and a few stairs to climb, the staff are super helpful. It's self check-in, and probably one of the cheaper hotels near Terminal 5.

There were curly hairs on the pillows from a previous guest. The hallway was incredibly noisy in the middle of the night, and someone even maliciously knocked on our door. The air conditioning hummed all night without actually heating up the room. There was no drinking water provided in the room. The absolute worst part was how much this hotel loved to make guests run back and forth to the front desk. At check-out, no one told us we’d have to pay an extra almost £9 for a pod ticket, so they kept making us trek back and forth between the far-off courtyard gate and the front desk. The front desk staff also had a terrible attitude. Lugging suitcases in the cold wind early in the morning was incredibly inconvenient. It would have been better to just stay at an airport hotel and take an Uber right to the boarding gate. I will never book this hotel again; it's awful.

Clean, basic hotel. Rooms need updating drastically, parking is ok, short drive to terminal 5 long stay.

Very easy to get to from T5. Glad I booked it and the little car pods were quick and easy to use. Hotel: No lift but room was decent and had everything you needed for an overnight stay. People in front desk were very helpful - thank you. Pricing of snacks were dearer than in the actual airport. Wouldn’t stay again but that’s personal preference.
