這麼多年來訂民宿滑鐵盧的一次。
1. 到達時下午兩點多，比較累也比較晚了，不想再開車到鎮上，被告知不是飯點廚房休息了，算可以理解吧，於是吃泡麪。
2. 轉了一圈發現沒有泳池！工作人員説早已向攜程反饋過刪掉描述中的泳池，但是攜程沒刪？？！！如果説錯過廚房午飯時間可以理解的話，一個民宿或酒店是否有泳池可以這麼隨便解釋嗎？當時已經想直接退房要求退款了！
3. 預訂的是三床房，實際住的是雙床房，工作人員解釋三床訂完了，忘記在平台關閉預訂……好吧，雙床也可以。
4. 房間在4樓，無電梯，好吧也可以。wifi很慢，好吧，勉強湊合。因為沒了泳池，4點開始下雨到傍晚，也沒能出去玩，説看電視吧，被告知4樓電視都是沒信號的！解決方案是去一樓茶室看……
5. 無付費早餐，也不能協助預訂早餐等，之前在評論區看到的付費早餐不提供。
綜上，很無語的服務體驗，最後已經不想多説任何話了。過得去的方面也算有，廚房做飯味道不錯，中午沒吃上，晚上吃上了。工作人員儘管各種解決不了提供不了，但是態度尚可。
總結，不會再去了。希望攜程平台介入調查、改善、回訪……

205房空調滴水😞
房間裏蟲子確實有點，點蚊香薰了一下才能安心睡覺！就是貪圖摟下有條小溪，方便玩水，才選擇這家！有早餐晚餐吃但要提前預訂好！鎮上的早餐店，腸粉厚實，別有一番風味！煲仔粥很綿滑，料又多又美味！辣椒不是廣州辣，但辣得很上頭🤙🤙🤙

剛好暑假，和家人到南崑山玩，搜了一圈，好像就衹有這家門口就可以玩水溯溪的民宿，重點價格還不貴。民宿有麻將有乒乓球有桌球玩，一整天都可以呆在民宿內也不覺得無聊，還可以玩水溯溪！哈哈哈，國慶節再二刷！！！

民宿在南崑山山頂，樓下可以溯溪和游泳，暑假帶着孩子們親子游出行很適合，個別房間裏還有泡池玩，民宿可以打桌球、打乒乓球、打麻將還有燒烤等等，那個溪水很乾凈，畢竟在上游，正宗山泉水。民宿衞生不錯，蚊蟲沒發現有，下次一定再來！！！

房間很大乾淨，雖然沒有陽台和泡池，也感覺很舒服。一樓有廚房可以使用，最好預先跟老闆説。民宿離鎮麪不遠，可以去鎮麪吃飯買特產。民宿位於山裡麪，有停車場，是一個天然的大氧吧，非常好！

幫手去差評第二天的酒店:
訂了3間房，其中一個房落下了鞋忘記帶走，打電話給酒店，那邊的找都沒找，也問都沒問，直接説沒有，鞋子不算貴，想着酒店能配合郵寄回來，結果這麼差勁👎🏻。以前有試過類似落下東西在其他酒店，別人酒店是花了兩天聯繫然後配合郵寄回的，這家誠信度太低！
然後環境很差，針頭被褥發黃帶味的，床底全是垃圾，廁所發黃還倒灌水，真的不知道這一夜是怎麼過來的。這是我住過有史以來，最差的酒店，沒有之一，歡迎入住細品。
