"The taste of this B&B is extraordinary, and the environment and ambience are not impressive at all. It can be seen that the owner has designed it very carefully. In the standard room on the second floor, you can see the terraced fields next to you when you open the curtains. It's not too beautiful. When I’m tired from shopping during the day, I go back to the living room at night and there’s a projector to play movies, paired with the matcha latte made by the landlady, which is quite a treat! ! Well worth the trip"

"The scenery is beautiful, and the owner is very kind! We arrived at the B&B a little after 10 PM, having already informed the owner, and were immediately served a pre-prepared meal. The portions were huge; one dish and one soup was actually quite a bit for two people, and we couldn't finish them all.
Parking is available, but you should contact the owner in advance. 🅿️
The location is great, very close to the Thousand-Layered Ladder, perfect for watching the sunrise. 🌅
Breakfast was Guilin rice noodles, very flavorful! We both thought it was delicious. 😋
We went fishing the next morning, but unfortunately, there were no fish, so it was a wasted trip.

"The sanitary environment is not bad. The children at home help with the work. There are many restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. The hotel's breakfast is rice noodles.
It takes about an hour to climb from the hotel to the top of the Golden Buddha. Don’t believe the time displayed on the navigation. I didn’t climb the thousand-story ladder.
One try-on experience of Yao ethnic minority costumes: free of charge.

"My recent stay here was one of the most memorable travel experiences I've had. The rustic ambiance and personalized service stood out. Even though my dad was unable to cover much hiking ground due to age, he thoroughly enjoyed his time. The accommodation itself was adequate and comfortable, with the corner unit providing a great vantage point. But it was the exceptional friendliness and hospitality of our host that truly made the difference. She's always willing to share stories and give suggestions, making us feel right at home. Her attention to detail was impeccable. The homestay also arranged for transfer service from the Guilin train station and even accommodated my special dietary needs with delicious meal arrangements. Ping’an Village is about a 30-minute walk from Valley View, a walk that allows you to walk down steps amongst rice terraces. We enjoyed each meal, breakfast, lunch and dinner at Valley View. "What a gem! A central location in the Dazhai village to be able to fully enjoy the Longji rice villages. Balcony view kept you connected with the village while relaxing in your room. Instant hot water for the shower and nice connected bathroom. The owners of the hotel were very accommodating and were able to answer all of our questions with kindness. On our way in and out we were taken by car, although walking from the parking lot to the hotel is also a quick option. Finally, we ordered dinner in the room the last evening and were surprised by how well the food was made and also the large portions served. No complaints!"

The winding mountain road is very demanding, especially on rainy nights. The boss was very nice. After we communicated with him in advance, he started cooking for us. We could have dinner as soon as we parked the car and went into the house. He also gave us free rice wine. The next day's breakfast was also very rich and I couldn't eat it at all. Because it was a rainy day and there were not many people, the boss upgraded the room for free. He even drove us to the scenic spots on the mountain, and we were so enthusiastic that we felt embarrassed. Highly recommended.

"we spent one month travelling China and this stay was definitely our favourite! The rooms were very clean and we received a free upgrade and all the amenities in the room worked perfectly! It’s a family run business and the mom made the best homemade food we tried in China and the dad and son were also extremely kind and helpful! They organized a free pick up to and from the bus stop and helped us organize the tickets for the bus to Guilin. The son speaks very good english so communication was no problem and he helped with any questions we had. The location was also extremely convenient and the view was very beautiful! Definitely recommend coming here!"

GGuest UserWe are so glad that we have chosen to stay at this hotel during our trip to Ping'an. It's strategically located at Ping'an, where it's easily accessible to View Point 1: Nine Dragons and Five Tigers and View Point 2: Seven Stars around the Moon. The path to the above viewing points is just next to the hotel!
The hotel owner picked us up from the parking lot and carried our bags to the hotel. We enjoyed our stay due to the warm hospitality and superb service.
The rooms are tastefully decorated and cleaned with amazing views of the rice terraces close-up. We can even see the sunrise from our rooms. We went during winter, but fret not; the heaters in the rooms kept one warm. It was fun to go during winter as Ping'an is not crowded with tourists. The view of the Longji rice terraces has a different kind of beauty after the harvest season.
We had dinner at the hotel. The dishes were delicious as the vegetables were freshly plucked and the chicken was slaughtered for dinner. The hotel owner went out of their way to get us the dried bamboo shoots that we wanted to buy to take home.
Breakfast was great. We have enjoyed our meals at the hotel as they're home-cooked and organic. You can't get vegetables, herbs, and meat products fresher than here. It's a great place to stay for hiking and relaxation.

GGuest UserIf you come to Ping'an Zhuangzhai and want to see the seven stars and the moon, their restaurant is the best place to be; sitting in the restaurant, through the large glass windows, slowing down the pace to enjoy the food, while enjoying the beautiful scenery with the breeze, you can't help but sigh for the unique natural and geographical conditions of this place and the greatness of the ancients; back to the guest room, open the window, sit quietly on the balcony, and another different scenery will come into view. You can sit on the sofa and be in a daze, daydream, it is really a good place to forget worries and heal; the boss and his family should be mentioned the most, they are thoughtful and careful, everyone is doing their best to serve the guests, they are a particularly hardworking and warm family. I like their family and sincerely wish them a prosperous business!

TTuan Ying GohHad such a pleasant and memorable experience at this inn. The boss, Mr Yu, is super down to earth and sincere. He cooked super well too - taste is just nice, not too oily or salty. And all his ingredients are fresh from his farm, even the chickens and fishes. What a farm-to-table experience. As it is the low peak season now, he could sit down and have good chats with us.
The room is huge, with an unblock mountain view. It’s also near to viewing point 2. There’s this cute inn dog who is so loyal.
The room is well kept, with a balcony for you to sit and sip wine or tea. Note that there are insects because we are by the mountains but you could bring your own repellent. We slept well here.
The driver, Mr Yang, who drove us up Long Ji also stayed at this inn. We asked that he drives us around for the three days we are here and send us back to Guilin city. His driving skill is very stable and he’s very well-versed with the mountain roads (as he’s a local).
What can I say, this experience is simply too memorable. Human relationships forged is the magical part of travel. Would highly recommend you to come experience this inn for yourself (of course during the peak season, the boss might not have time to sit down for a chat).

JJoao BThe LongJi Rice fiels scenic area is really an incredible place, one of the most incredible i ever visited in China. Lonji Impression Hotel is very well located in order to explore quickly all the main viewpoints. It's located right next to viewpoint number 2 so it's a 10 minute walk which is incredible! Also the hotel itself is located on VIP location as it is possible to see the sunrise on the rice fields from an awesome angle right from your room balcony!
The rooms are super clean and spacious.
As for the staff, it is managed by this kind and very nice couple which are always willing to help you on anything you need! The lady is super nice always trying to know if are ok, or lost or maybe need some help, and the husband is also an excellent cook!
I had a great time there and i strongly recomend this hotel!

GGuest UserIt was a very lovely experience staying in this hotel. We came to the parking lot and were already greeted by the host who brought us up to the house. We had a beautiful view over the rice fields from our balcony. Dinner and breakfast was delicious! We could walk from there to viewpoints and the cableway easily and the host gave us good advice. Sensitive sleepers will need some earplugs because as it is a rural area, the roosters start their concert very early in the morning. Also the checkout was very easy, we where brought again to the parking lot. I can definitely recommend this hotel.

TtorinessThis visit was the second for us during our time living in China. The inn we stayed at last time has closed down but we love this village and location on the terraces so found this hotel listed on Ctrip to stay at - we were so lucky to find it, it was absolutely perfect. The lady running this hotel is so welcoming and helpful, no request was refused - a big thank you to her!! The hotel itself is in a great location for seeing the best viewpoints around the terraces. The restaurant is so great - we are vegetarians and they cooked delicious food for us every day. The rooms are huge and clean, very comfortable beds and very nice bathroom - but the best feature is big windows with amazing views over the terraces. I am lying in bed looking at the terraces while I write this and it is so peaceful, I can hear only a few voices and birds chirping. I love this place so much - you will too!! Very highly recommended.

JJulieHad an incredible stay here! The views are stunning (probably one of the best out of all the other accommodations nearby), the room was clean and the service was friendly. It's a family owned business and everyone is lovely. If you're taking a bus, it won't drop you all the way to the hotel but if you give the hotel a call, someone can come pick you up from the bus stop. I had a bit of a miscommunication with my previous hotel who arranged a coach for us that dropped us off at a very far away drop off point and someone still came and picked us up from there with no complaints (and did not charge us for it)!! We were also dropped back off at the bus stop on the day we left. No one spoke much English which made it a little harder, but we got by with a translator app. There are quite a few stairs to go up to get to the hotel which isn't great if you have lots of heavy luggage so I'd recommend packing lightly if possible. Having said that, if you have average fitness, you should be fine getting up and down the stairs, the trek is not too long. The views are definitely worth it! Would stay again for sure.

GGuest UserThis time we chose a panoramic room in Longji, which has a 270° panoramic view and a balcony. The view was great, and it was so romantic watching the sunrise and sunset that it made me cry! The bedding was so soft that it felt like sleeping on a cloud. We ordered some local specialties in the evening, and the bamboo chicken was delicious! The boss also specially gave us some glutinous rice wine, which has a low alcohol content and won’t make you drunk. It’s nice to have a small drink. The boss even helped us to refill our cups. Great, the food here is authentic and better than those popular online restaurants. Finally, I didn’t make any mistakes this time!
