The room location is excellent, very convenient for visiting Qixing Lanyue (Moon-embracing Seven Stars) and Jiulong Wuhu (Nine Dragons and Five Tigers). The owners are incredibly warm and attentive, offering prompt and thoughtful pick-up and drop-off services. The food portions are generous and delicious; the bamboo chicken was especially good, and the vegetables, straight from their own garden, were fresh and tasty. The family room was spacious with great views, and it was decorated very cozily. I'm extremely satisfied.

The location is great, just a seven or eight-minute walk from the Ping'anzhai observation deck. The scenery is absolutely stunning, surrounded by mountains. Opening the balcony door from your room feels like you're living in the clouds.
We went during the off-season, so there weren't many people. The guesthouse has a traditional Chinese architectural style, all solid wood, and the materials used are very substantial.
The only downside is that you have to park in a designated parking lot quite far from the hotel, pay a high parking fee, and then buy an electric cart ticket to get up there. You can clearly drive up yourself, which I found very confusing and inconvenient.

The owner, a charming lady from Chongqing, is incredibly warm and welcoming. She was always prompt and efficient with the mountain shuttle service, and the vehicle itself was very comfortable.
The food served here is freshly prepared to order, always hot and delicious. I highly recommend the local chicken prepared two ways and the fresh mountain greens. The complimentary glutinous rice wine was a surprisingly delightful treat. Plus, American coffee comes with unlimited refills (just don't waste it!) – a nice bonus.
The rooms are on par with standard hotel quality and get great natural light. From just outside the room, you can admire the terraced fields, which offer different charms throughout the day. The swimming pool water is clean and accessible anytime. Complimentary traditional Yao ethnic clothing is available for guests to try on and wear. The Turkish-style viewing platform is a perfect spot to relax and cool down after dinner. Lying there, with the mountains at your back, listening to the birds chirp and frogs croak from the fields, is incredibly peaceful and relaxing.
Just a small suggestion: It would be even better if the local aunties serving food in the restaurant could be as warm and smiling as the owner.

The views from both the restaurant and the rooms are absolutely breathtaking. We could see the stunning 'Seven Stars with Moon' landscape, and in the morning, we were even treated to a beautiful sea of clouds. The hostess is an incredible cook; all the dishes we ordered, like the bamboo tube rice, bamboo tube chicken, and green pepper beef, were delicious. Breakfast was excellent too! The owners and their family were so warm and welcoming. This is hands down the best homestay I've ever stayed at. I definitely plan to return if I get the chance!

What a splendid stay! Jason, his wife and the rest of the hotel staff are lovely. This is a family run boutique hotel, impeccably maintained, with excellent service and a convenient location near the Ping’an parking lot and about 10 minutes below Ping’an new town. The main sites of Seven Stars with Moon and Nine Dragons and Five Tigers are a leisurely 2 hour combined round-trip hike.
We had a 3rd floor room with a wonderful view of the mountains and lower rice fields, and the peaceful sound of the nearby waterfall. The restaurant is also excellent, serving the local delicacies like bamboo chicken. A bonus is Jason’s perfect English. I highly recommend Baike hotel. Thank you!

Our stay was really nice and we enjoyed the view, fresh air and nature. The service was also friendly and helpful. She was really patient with our translating and was so kind to book us a car to get us to our next destination. We will for sure remember her kindness. Further, we must recommend her dish: beef potatoes. It was sooo tasty and spiced like Chinese-Western cuisine.
Important:
Our arrival was quite a journey booking a driver to drive us from Guilin to Longji. You must know that it is far away and you can’t drive to the hotel, only to the entry of the Longji Scenic area. There you have to buy tickets for the area if you did not book it in advance. There are some discounts for specific people, just translate the sign with the prices. After paying the entry ticket, you should buy a ticket for the sightseeing bus to take you up to your hotel. It is really a long way - wouldn’t recommend walking uphill to the hotel. The bus ticket also includes a return from your hotel back to the entry.
Overall, recommending visiting the area and staying at the hotel.

The B&B environment is great, and I really liked the room. The bed was super comfortable. The owner was incredibly friendly, chatted with us like a friend, and even gave us recommendations for fun places and delicious food around here. It was a fantastic experience, definitely a five-star review!

Had an incredible stay here! The views are stunning (probably one of the best out of all the other accommodations nearby), the room was clean and the service was friendly. It's a family owned business and everyone is lovely. If you're taking a bus, it won't drop you all the way to the hotel but if you give the hotel a call, someone can come pick you up from the bus stop. I had a bit of a miscommunication with my previous hotel who arranged a coach for us that dropped us off at a very far away drop off point and someone still came and picked us up from there with no complaints (and did not charge us for it)!! We were also dropped back off at the bus stop on the day we left. No one spoke much English which made it a little harder, but we got by with a translator app. There are quite a few stairs to go up to get to the hotel which isn't great if you have lots of heavy luggage so I'd recommend packing lightly if possible. Having said that, if you have average fitness, you should be fine getting up and down the stairs, the trek is not too long. The views are definitely worth it! Would stay again for sure.

We stayed here for two nights and had an incredible time. The view from our room was spectacular overlooking the rice terraces, with a bathtub just next to the window. The room is very clean and wooden giving it a nice rustic feeling. The location is not the easiest to get to but the hotel organised a transport for us from Guilin airport! They also helped us find our bus for our onward journey to Yangshuo. The staff was always very helpful and friendly, they were really great. The food was some of our favourite of our entire stay in china. Highly recommend the beef with potatoes and mixed veggies!
Thanks a lot :) we will be back if we find ourselves in this part of the world again. Take care.

The Longsheng Hot Springs Resort was a well-spent time of refreshing and relaxing. Surrounded by mountains, crisp air and the sounds of flowing creeks below was an absolutely soothing experience.
The “mountain view” room was clean and spacious and the bed was quite comfortable. I really liked the rocking chair as it added a warm aesthetic to the overall decor. The breakfast buffet was good and provided a variety of options.
The all-day access allowed me ample time to immerse myself into the different climatized pools which was great and I instantly felt regenerated. The natural environment was scenic and inspiring as I took in the warmth and heat of the springs. Though it was quite overcast and a drizzly few days, being outdoors didn’t feel cold.
The staff were quite friendly and helpful and provided adequate responses to various inquiries despite the language barrier. I was glad to make this trip and have this experience.
My only recommendation would be to provide larger sized robes upon request. I found those in my room a bit small and I would’ve preferred a larger one but when I asked at the front desk, none were available.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I’d highly recommend it!
