Downtown , many homeless.
Window is dirty.
Fridge is not useable. All items got frozen.
Shower has only one fountain.
We arrived before check in; but we could not find room for early check in. We slept in the looby approx 4 hours. No any kind of hospitality. So i do not beleive their friendship while hilton gives cooky during check in

A comfortable stay with warm hospitality and great location near Downtown LA and Hollywood. Loved the signature cookie welcome 🍪, spacious rooms, and friendly service. Amenities like the gym and on-site dining added convenience — though parking’s a bit pricey. Overall, a cozy and reliable stay for both business and leisure!

這家希爾頓酒店我們在洛杉磯住了兩次，地理位置還不錯，到幾個室內景點步行可達。附近300米左右就是洛杉磯警察局，但是酒店另一側道路附近就有很多homeless。酒店後面有個日本超市，可以買到泡麪等東亞食物。
前台整體很好，每天會給我們瓶裝水。有個HK 口音的前廳經理態度很差，對大陸遊客有歧視，不過我也不是好欺負的，懟得他衹能收聲。

酒店出門左轉幾分鐘就到小東京。入住時前台會送上瓶裝水和美味的熱巧克力餅乾，客人每天可到前台領取兩瓶瓶裝水。前台服務不錯，美中不足的是浴缸洗澡水排水不暢，太多積水覺得不太衞生。

We enjoyed our vacations very good on this hotel, the staff is really nice and kind. From this location very easy to get restaurants and convenient stores. Near many attractions.

Hotel is close to little tokyo, grand central, the broad. Plenty of restaurants around. City hall and other government buildings are nearby. Room is clean. Free chocolate chip cookies, which are one of the yummiest. Toiletries are provided. But we were only given 2 bottled water for our 5 night stay. They don’t have electric kettle and for us who need to drink warm water every morning is a big inconvenience. Luckily we booked a bigger room and it has microwave oven. It’s an old hotel so the room and the bathroom need some renovation but the cleaning lady did her best to make the room clean and tidy.
