Location was great at downtown LA: near the 7th street metro. Nearby lots food as well such as Tacobell, Starbucks, Jollibee and near grocery store down the road
Cleanliness: have no issues. Its very clean in my opinion
Room: Its really small, but modern design. So cant complain much. U can open just one 26 inch luggage in the room. No noise, but got bit of ****/ ********* smell in my room, not sure whats the cause.
Aircond was really cold and functioning. Also have heater function
Toilet light Bit irritating as ppl mentioned, auto off light even when you showering. Pressure for shower was bit low but otherwise no issues with hot water?
Water: No free water unless u are silver and above, but in the lobby you have complimentary fruit infused cold water
destination fee: now this is something new to me. its 29 USD. Thanks to other reviewers, i remembered to use this to pay for my lunch . The burger was good!

Best breakfast I had in a hotel, and service was very nice. All the stuff was helpful but there was a huge issue with drainage, we woke up from our sleep in the middle of the night because of a terrible smell, whole floor was very smelly!!!

Gotten a 3rd floor room but had to change caused food smoke from ventilation made it kinda of suffocation.
Those driving unfortunately have to pay USD30 for overnight charges.
Room space quite small.But given a USD25 as a credit for breakfast which not much of varieties.

The staff, location, room were great. Metro station and bus stops are very close.
When we asked to use microwave, they send it to our room. If there was a fridge in the room, it would be perfect. But I was so happy to choose this hotel.

The worst hotel experience ever! No hot water for bath and they didn’t tell me when we check in. Having changed the room for three times and there’s still something doesn’t work! We end up taking three days of cold water shower and it was incredibly awful!
