Not as nice as the pictures portrayed. Very disappointing plus the 55$ a night parking on the hotel grounds not included in your booking and the breakfast buffet is 30$ per adult and 15$ per kid also not included in booking. Also the rooms were pretty worn out and the bathroom was horrible the bathroom bathtub clogged up with a foot of water for over an hour while I had two kids and two adults to shower. Also they wanted a 350$ deposit when I showed up that wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the booking. Overall 2 star out of 5 honestly. They did have a many market but it was 7$ for a water.

Overall pleasant stay, great value for money in the area, if you’re prepared for a somewhat dated property. Staff were fantastic. Unfortunately no more airport shuttle service as of Feb 2025. Is about a 30 mins walk to the terminals or you can catch 2 buses for about the same amount of time. Will be much better when the full alignment of the K line opens which should be very soon, which will allow a much quicker connection to downtown and especially Santa Monica. Very reasonably priced at the time of my stay.

We had a bad experience with the shower. We came late in the evening and all we were hoping for was to get a nice warm bath and a good rest after a long-haul flight across the Pacific Ocean, before embarking on our next flight very early in the following morning. But to our dismay, the shower drain was severly clogged and we had to call the reception to get it fixed. The guy they sent couldn't fix it and we just ended up wasting a lot of time. I the end we couldn't take a shower and we went to bed very late because of all the unclogging drama. We were so tired the we didn't even have the energy to change rooms any more. The hotel is very old and has not been renewed. They charge a lot but what they offer is not up to the standard any more. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Basic hotel near LAX great for getting a quick night's rest before the start of a holiday. Easy to get to from the airport, with a car rental company located just across the road

one of the worst hotels i've stayed in my life!
- old room, carpets are dirty and felt waxy, pillows are quite worn out
- room not furbished well (refer to pic of light)
- 2/3 lifts were spoiled (refer to pic)
- changed keycard everyday cos cant get onto room
- ice machine is old, ice is dirty, always has floating black stuff
- napkins not topped up when empty
- soap has mould (refer to pic)
- shower head is rusty (refer to pic)
- deposit is $350 (my stay at marriott only had $50 deposit fee)
- no fridge, no amenities, barely had anything
- room a/c was spoiled and had to change rooms, no customer service recovery
- house keeping knocks on ur door early in the morning to ask what time they should clean the room
- counter staff were unfriendly and not very helpful

I had a very nice stay. I had 24hr hot water in my room from the coffee maker which i liked a lot. The service was very good, too
