The beds are comfortable, but the room service only made one bed instead of both. The room is decent, and I appreciated the self-check-in service. However, the location isn’t ideal for female travelers, as the streets feel unsafe. There’s no free parking, and the coffee at the café on level 1 wasn’t great either.

Hotel design was nice and at a convenient location. Room size was comfortable and clean. Showering - water needed quite a while to heat up.

Overall service was below average, for being a hotel in DTLA the windows should have a better acoustic isolation you can hear all the noise from the street if you. The room had a smell. Cannot really describe it. Been in the Ace at New York and London and the experience was pleasant. Cannot say the same to LA

Facilities: The room is not big, but there are still some, and the things to use are also good.
Hygiene: Good
Environment: Located in downtown, very close to the conference center, and the surrounding buildings are quaint. But it is close to the street, and the police car sirens every 1-2 hours at night, so it is not easy to sleep.
Service: Check in online, no one to deal with during the whole process, but there is still someone at the front desk, and you can still find someone if you have any questions.

After arriving at the hotel, you need to check in by yourself. After finally checking in, I entered the room. It was dark inside and felt like I was in a terrible slum. I would rather waste time and choose another hotel.
