I just stay one night, but Evan and Cesar gave Great service, these two know how to make you feel comfortable, definitely they are the best! Location is great in middle of Los Angeles, perfect for business and tourism. Totally worth it. Very cozy place!

We have stayed here before and we were completely shocked (in a great way!!) by the new look! The hotel went under a major renovation and it’s so beautiful! Service as usual was amazing we loved the comfy bed and robes. One thing could have made it better was the AC still had to be turned on by staff. But that didn’t take away from it being a 5 star experience!

My first Experience of the Pali group and I was impressed. cool hotel in great location. really genuine staff at reception who couldn't be more helpful. cute terrace outside my room . love the aesthetic too, with great interior design throughout the property, I am sure I will return soon

Don’t let the photos deceive you, this place isn’t even worthy of being a 3 star hotel. The room was dirty, bed was like cardboard, and there is so much outside noise it was impossible to get good sleep. To top it off the Wi-Fi didn’t work well, which was all I really needed.

The hotel might look nice at first—clean and stylish rooms—but wow, what a nightmare. The entire floor is controlled by central AC, so we couldn’t adjust the temperature in our own room. During the day, AC was on and it was freezing. I had to keep my sweater and jacket on the whole time, and even then, I was cold. At night, the staff was too lazy to check the AC, so they just turned it off entirely. By morning, it was stifling hot. During our entire stay, I was either shivering or sweating. They also say they have “free parking,” but it is not true. They charge daily, and there aren’t even enough spots for all the rooms. We paid for the entire day parking (it must be reserved since we paid, right?), we left to have fun, came back at midnight, and—surprise—no parking! And there’s no street parking nearby, so you’re stuck. And the worst part? No receptionist at night. Just a clueless security guard who can’t help with anything and takes zero responsibility. If something goes wrong at night, you're completely on your own.

Had an amazing stay at the Melrose location, starting to really love these Palihouses and Palihotels. The decor was wonderful, the restaurant was great, and although we had some issues with the a/c in our room (there is no control inside the room for some reason) we could always count on Tim, the shining star of the staff, to help us out. The special service from the staff definitely made up for what is lacking in the facilities. I will definitely be back!
