The environment is quiet and the room is well-equipped and comfortable. Although the drainage in my shower room was a bit clogged, it did not affect the quality of the accommodation. There are some restaurants and supermarkets nearby which are very convenient.

Advantages: The room is quite large, with a kitchen, a living room, and a washing machine and dryer, which feels a bit like a homestay. The hotel has a small courtyard with a bit of refinement, and the decoration of the lobby on the first floor is not bad, you need to swipe your room card to get in and out. The underground parking garage has 3 floors, and there are plenty of parking spaces. You can enter and exit directly by swiping the room card. If you drive first and then check in, you need to call for assistance. Overall hotel quality is online. There is Denny's opposite for breakfast, and a Chinese restaurant opens at noon. CVS supermarket is about 7 minutes walk. Very close to UCLA.
Cons: We stayed 2 nights and the room was not cleaned. Footsteps could be heard upstairs.
