Sheraton Hotels in Los Angeles

It is relatively worry-free to book on Ctrip. The reason for choosing this hotel is that this place is closest to the client's company. At that time, my friend's schedule changed, and Ctrip customer service quickly helped to contact and cancel a room. Thank you very much. The hotel is quite standard. The room is relatively large, but there is nothing particularly amazing. There is a restaurant on the first floor, there is a Starbucks, you can eat, it is quite convenient

Such a nice location right by the beach with excellent services and many good restaurants nearby and about 10 mins walk to the Ferris wheel 🎡 on the pier of Santa Monica !!!

In a very good location in DTLA and loved the vibe in the lobby as well as the guest rooms. Would've been better when the staffs cuold be more professional in explaining everything when checking in. Also, the check-in time is not flexible nor early.

It turned out that the order was booked for one night less and could not be refunded. However, because placing a new order for one more day was cheaper than booking another night alone, Ctrip customer service and hotel customer service were very helpful. After communication, the original order was refunded. I will order again after purchasing. The hotel facilities and price-performance ratio are also good. I will stay here again if necessary.

The property was very clean and recently renovated. Very pleasant room. The check in staff were lovely. It is a very good mid-level hotel. Not a luxury experience, but that’s not what we were expecting, but surprisingly nice accommodations. My wish list includes a renovation to the pool and hot tub area and a shuttle to the park entrance. It’s only about a 25 minute walk but at the end of a long day in the park, a ride would really be appreciated…

To collect parking fee $18/night is unreasonable at all. Also, the paper QR Code for entering and exiting garage is not working properly. Especially, it is NOT acceptable and very danger when can't exit the garage if QR Code not working!!!!!! So, should NOT block the exit by using QR Code!!! No electrical charge system is very inconvenient. Staffs were not acting profession.

Very remote, if you drive yourself, you can make do for one night.
