必須給全五分。必須寫長評論。爐霍不是旅遊的城市，絕大多數的遊客都是直接過。我是因為去參觀那個基金會建的藏服飾博物館和圖書館（在上羅柯馬鄉），所以在縣城住下了。一進酒店就感覺非常舒服，見到的工作人員都非常熱情主動。進房間躺在床上感覺在家裡一樣舒服。雖然設施不是很豪華，但非常實用。細節處處乾淨衞生。在藏區這是絕大多數酒店做不到了。早餐竟然吃到了回鍋肉。已經在317川西旅行了半個月了，沒有一家酒店早餐有四川的經典菜餚-回鍋肉。還有番茄炒蛋也是非常對我的胃口。在色達的時候實在是想吃了，外賣上點的回鍋肉和番茄炒蛋（出來旅行我一般衹吃早餐一頓正餐，中午在路上就不吃了，晚餐我一般是水果牛奶酸奶）。第一次有動力給一個酒店發很長的評論。希望你們繼續努力，以後夏天有時間我還會來的。因為喜歡那個藏服飾博物館和德巴圖書館，還喜歡你們酒店。（借你們酒店的評論區宣傳一下那兩個館）。

衞生：因為行程問題，選了就近的地方過度。感覺像附屬鎮子的村莊，周圍應該是有牧民，所以住的地方牛糞的味道還是挺明顯的，房間和餐廳裏也會有飛舞的蒼蠅和蒼蠅的屍體。温泉私湯裏也有明顯的小蟲子屍體在水裡，不過在野外也是正常的，如果接受不了不建議來這裏住。 設施：設施齊全，智能馬桶很乾凈。因為提前跟酒店人員溝通住宿時間，去的時候加濕器都已經加滿了水。唯一不友好的是對於怕冷人員來説，地暖衹能維持在20度，空調加熱基本沒有什麼用，打電話問過前台説是出廠設定的，沒辦法調節，晚上怕感冒衹能自己貼了暖寶寶。大床房有私湯，使用的話可以加58元，提前30分鐘跟老闆説了過後會提前給泡池裝滿水，到了就能泡。 環境：整個賓館都是套房，房間都是分開居住的，一個套房就是一個標間加一個大床房，門都是需要房卡的，共享一個客廳，現在屬於淡季基本沒什麼人，就一個人住一個套間。不過因為所有房子都在路邊，所以車子過路的聲音比較明顯，如果對聲音比較敏感的人也不建議住這裏。另外還有一個問題就是，盥洗池有點返味。 服務：服務很熱情，電話微信溝通時間過後，會提前給你放好温泉私湯和加濕器的水。還有送了住宿的水果，黃色番茄很好吃，小哥哥還幫忙提了我的行李箱，告知我儘量喝礦泉水，就算這裏的水燒了喝可能也不太適合外地人的胃，多送了幾瓶礦泉水。 PS：電話諮詢過，他們店裡温泉水是天然温泉，私湯就是衹有大床房可以加58升級使用。也有公共泡湯，計時泡湯，都需要提前給酒店溝通。

Luhuo is a small county, so I can barely score 3 for the sanitary facilities. The towels are not good, the shower water is too small, like a drizzle, and the bathroom is not dry and wet.
