The hotel was a glamorous stay right in the heart of Toronto. There’s a feeling of old luxury in the rooms and the lobby. The room had been renovated recently but they’re much smaller than newer hotels and only just fits a couple and luggage. The amenities were good, and we used the small sauna and steam room. Everything about the hotel was great despite being so compact. The toiletries provided were by Le Labo, but the scent is very strong and can be overpowering for some if you don’t bring your own.
When staying at the hotel, the front desk informed that all non-alcoholic beverages in the mini-bar are free because they have been prepaid.
After that, bring some desserts.
Someone knocked on the door at night, asking if a turndown service was needed.
Before leaving, I was told that there are additional charges: facility charge $12, Neighbourhood Mktg $4.89. This is required upon check-in.

Everything is great except the location is a bit far from dt! The hotel is very new and the service attitude is super good. We asked for help with printing and it was ready quickly.
Booked Deluxe King Room with breakfast included. Room was spacious and breakfast was great. Yet the standard of housekeeping was far from satisfactory. First, hairs were found at the wrap for the wire of the hair dryer the moment I checked in, and small scrap of paper was also found on the inside of a towel. Without any notice/sign in the room about the hotel's green housekeeping policy (if any), towels heavily loaded on the hook and hangers in the bathroom were not collected even on day 3 of my stay (there was no bath tub in the room to place used towels). Packs of cotton pads, cotton buds and small soaps were not refilled even when totally used up. Interesting enough, when enquired with front desk if that was the hotel's policy not to so collect the towels and make the refill unless express requests were made, the answer was in the negative.
The charging of tips for breakfast is another interesting issue. My husband stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (with breakfast included) before my arrival. When he checked out, he was asked to pay for tips for 1 breakfast. After clarifying if tips should be paid for 2 breakfasts instead, front desk apologized for having wrongly charged for any tips as all charges should have already been included when making the hotel booking. Yet on our checking out after 5 nights' stay with the hotel, we were told that we had to pay for tips for 2 days' breakfast. We again enquired about the hotel policy and explained that we were willing to pay but wondered why tips weren't charged for all 5 days for our stay. No explanation was given and the staff (probably thought that we did not want to pay) just advised that the charges would be waived.
I have stayed at Park Hyatt Bangkok and the service was excellent. Was thus surprised to had those experience at Park Hyatt Toronto.
This place has it all. The service and valet parking was very easy to deal with. The rooms are big and clean. The lounge is very nice and comfortable. The gym, pool and hot tub are also great features. I recommend staying here.
All-wood hotel. I like the smell of body wash. I bought a bottle for $110. It smells good. But you need to call to get disposable slippers and toothbrushes. Remember to ask for toothpaste, otherwise you will only be given a wooden toothbrush. The soundproofing effect is good. I think except for the location, it is much better than W Hotel.
A very good hotel with great service, sanitation and hardware. The price of hotels of the same level in North America is basically the same, much more expensive than that in China. Breakfast is not a buffet, it is all ordered.

The front desk was very nice. We booked a room on short notice and were lucky to be upgraded. The room was very clean and the view from the upper floors was good. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay.
The location of the hotel is very good, the room is very clean and has a sense of design, I stayed in Andy's room for 3 days. The service is also very good. In the middle of the night, the waiter will bring you boiling water after a while. The fly in the ointment is that the old house's water outlet and drainage are not very good, and the water from the faucet is all white. The rooftop pool has a nice view but the water is a bit cold.

Experience the old British hotel. Just a little swerve down Brolls West Street, the most expensive and luxury goods, and the University of Toronto is on the other side.
Check-in time is 3pm. Waiting in the lobby, the lobby is really not big. At 2:30 after 1 o'clock, the front desk said that there is a room.
When arriving in the room, housekeeping did not exit.
There is a coffee machine and 6 coffee capsules in the room. However, the capsules used by the previous guests are still in the machine.
There is a harp in the room. It is twirled softly and the tone is beautiful.

FFour paddleIt felt like a hotel with a nice historical atmosphere. The room was nice and the hotel was comfortable without any complaints.
Coffee is available in the lobby in the morning, a la carte breakfast (for a fee) is available at the hotel restaurant, and there is a nice cafe nearby, making it a convenient location.
Looking at the reviews of nearby hotels, I thought they might not have toothbrushes and slippers, so I brought them, but they weren't. Also, in this room, although there is a shelf for storing clothes, it was not uncommon for there to be space for hanging clothes and hangers. We only brought casual clothes for our 2-night stay, so there was no problem, but if you need a suit, it might be better to check with the hotel.
Even though it was my first time in Canada, I didn't have enough time to find a hotel this time, so I was hesitant to compare it with other major hotels in the same price range the day before. I'm glad I ended up staying here, and I'd definitely like to use it again next time.

GGuest UserRooms was big and spacious. Updated bathroom with standing shower. Clean and comfy. Location is great right outside (literally across) of the Niagara outlet collection. Parking on site is available for a fee of 15 CAD (2023)

PPangpangyusunnyThe reason for choosing Ritz is to value service. But I think Ritz Toronto didn't do that! Ritz discriminates in room arrangement! When I first stayed for two nights, I was assigned to the 10th floor. I was not satisfied and asked for a higher one. I was changed to the 17th floor! As a result, when I checked in again two days later, I was assigned to the 7th floor! I was speechless! And knowing that I had just checked in a few days ago, I wonder if guests are used to it! The most unacceptable thing is that when I left, I asked the concierge to help me move my luggage into the car. I also prepared a tip. As a result, the concierge was extremely unenthusiastic. I reminded him several times but he didn't move. He moved one for every one my friend moved! He even wanted a tip. Where does his confidence come from!
