This hotel deserves all the praise! The moment we stepped into the parking lot, we were greeted by that signature scent of a five-star hotel. As soon as we entered, the authentic ******* decor immediately immersed us in a wonderful atmosphere. The front desk staff were incredibly efficient with check-in, and they even upgraded our room for free! While we waited, we sipped on rhodiola tea and enjoyed a welcome dance – it was an amazing experience. The room design was thoughtful, the amenities were high-end, and every little detail exuded quality. This is the first hidden gem of a hotel that has made us fall in love with an entire city just because of our stay there!

Hampton by Hilton Shannan is a new hotel that only opened at the end of 2024. The hotel's facilities are very complete, all are intelligent voice control, the mattress is very comfortable, and very clean, the room is large, the toilet in the bathroom is a smart toilet, more advanced than the one in my house, can be remote control, remote control smart toilet This is very suitable for me, Because I'm hard on the toilet on the ordinary. We went to the hotel and gave us a free upgrade of the room type, and also sent welcome fruit. The hotel minibar's Coke Qixi, soda water mineral water is free to drink, breakfast variety is many, taste is also very good, this price is very worth it. And one thing worthy of praise is that the lobby manager also helped me book 5 rooms at Hilton Huiting Hotel Lhasa. The price is 80 yuan cheaper than the above. This service can be praised. I will stay here next time I travel to Shannan.

The St. Regis Lhasa is a landmark luxury hotel in Lhasa, known for its '******* palace style.' My first visit to Lhasa in 2023, and I stayed at the St. Regis. It will always be my top choice for 2025 and 2026. The off-season in Tibet offers an exceptional experience. During check-in, they proactively upgraded my room and had already prepared a room in the main building. The previous guest might have left a cigarette smell, so they asked if I minded, inviting me to inspect the room first and offering a backup room (plan B). The butler was attentive and meticulous, helping me with my luggage and registering my license plate for parking. This was one of the most satisfying hotels on our Tibet trip. The entire place had a very distinct and local character. When they found out we were on our honeymoon, they upgraded us to a room with a terrace and a bathtub. Our butler, Tsering Dhondup, brought our luggage to the room and gave us a very detailed and thoughtful explanation of everything. He also set up a group chat, and his responses were always prompt. The hotel owner has excellent personal taste; guests receive a complimentary hat and a collection of Tsangyang Gyatso's poems. The mini-bar and snacks are restocked daily, and a 'goodnight drink' is provided every evening. We went out sightseeing on the night we checked in, and were pleasantly surprised the next morning to find that they had even set up a table and chairs on the terrace. The hotel offers a wide range of activities from morning till night. We participated in a sound bath session, which was a unique experience. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit to Lhasa.

We called ahead to let the hotel know it was our 5th wedding anniversary and hoped they could decorate the room for us. We were so pleasantly surprised when we entered – red bedding and swans folded from towels really showed the hotel's thoughtfulness. Manager Kuang even gave us a tour of the hotel garden, where we met a cute golden retriever named Zhouzhou! I wasn't dressed appropriately to pet dogs, otherwise I definitely would have played with her. We heard they're planning to build a pet park and organize some parent-child activities soon, which sounds amazing. We hope to see it on our next visit. Special thanks to Aunt Bian Zhen from housekeeping, Manager Kuang from the front desk, and Pubu Zhaxi from security who helped us with our luggage and parking. These three were truly warm, enthusiastic, and responsible. Experiencing such excellent service in the highlands was even better than the St. Regis in Lhasa! Oh, and Miss Baima from the Liao Bar was also very lovely! We had an unforgettable anniversary.

The room was spotless, and the view of the Potala Palace from here was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel is perfectly situated right behind and to the right of the Potala Palace, making my windowsill my 'personal viewing platform': At midday, wisps of clouds drifted across its white walls and golden roofs, as if a breathing quilt was draped over the ancient palace; In the evening, the setting sun painted the Red Palace a honeyed hue, and as prayer flags fluttered in the wind, they seemed like countless hands applauding it; The moment the night lights came on, the entire palace suddenly 'came alive' – like an ancient ship moored in the darkness, carrying the stories of the Tubo Dynasty, slowly sailing towards the myriad lights of modern Lhasa. The complimentary biscuits were delicious, and the other snacks were great too! The butler and front desk service were warm and attentive. I arrived close to 2 PM, having not yet eaten, and the small eatery they recommended – the third shop after turning right from the hotel – was absolutely delightful.

My stay at the Shangri-La Hotel in Lhasa was absolutely impeccable from start to finish. Every detail, from the airport pickup to daily living, dining, and transportation, showcased professionalism and warmth. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lhasa! The airport pickup service was punctual and attentive. The driver was calm and professional, ensuring a smooth and comfortable journey. Throughout our trip, the hotel arranged a dedicated driver to take us to Jokhang Temple and Potala Palace. The routes were well-planned, the driving was steady, and he waited patiently, allowing us to easily visit these sacred sites without any worries. I must give special praise to our butler, Zhixi. His service was incredibly meticulous and he anticipated our every need. From guiding us during check-in and offering itinerary suggestions to providing tips for high altitude, he followed up attentively throughout, always responsive to our requests. He handled every small detail with such care and thoughtfulness, making us feel completely at ease. The dining experience at the restaurant was excellent. The dishes were varied, delicious, and of high quality. A special thanks to Dekyi Wangmo for her exceptional care. Her service was warm and attentive; she proactively anticipated our needs, from taking orders to refilling tea and providing thoughtful details. The dining atmosphere was cozy and pleasant, and we enjoyed every meal thoroughly. This was especially helpful for us who experienced some altitude sickness. Standard hotel services were also top-notch. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were humble, courteous, and responded quickly. Whether it was helping with facilities, addressing requests, or providing temporary assistance, they were efficient and warm, truly making us feel at home. From airport transfers and butler service to restaurant care, the Shangri-La Hotel's exceptional dedication protected our entire journey, making our high-altitude trip warm and smooth.

If 100 is the full score, I would give this hotel 200 points. I arrived at the hotel at 10:00 this morning. The hotel staff not only helped me check in early, but also helped me with my luggage as soon as I got off the taxi and asked me if I was hungry. Every staff member had a smile on their face and was very attentive. Secondly, the hotel rooms are very clean, and the shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrush used are all good brands.  When I passed the reception when I was leaving, the staff immediately handed me a bottle of water and told me to drink more water when I went out. It was very thoughtful. I had dinner and lunch at the hotel, both were very good and the portions were sufficient. I also went to the hotel bar in the evening. The bartender was very professional and the drinks were delicious. Highly recommended, if you go to Lhasa, you must stay in this hotel!

The hotel is located in the Pulan area, with beautiful surroundings and complete facilities. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, equipped with high-definition Internet and high-definition TV. The front desk staff were warm and friendly and upgraded our room for free. We had to go to the mountains in the morning and didn't have time to have breakfast. They thoughtfully prepared a breakfast for us, which made us feel like home. The breakfast was rich and varied, the overall experience was very good, highly recommended to friends and family
