The hotel was newly renovated. Manager Wangjiu was very welcoming and even upgraded our room. The room was spacious and quiet, with oxygen supply. We went to Sakya the next day because we had a good night's rest and it wasn't tiring. This was my first time staying at a Hilton hotel this year; I'd always stayed at other hotels, and it was quite good.

The service is the worst of all hotels where we have stayed worldwide. It is worse than even any 1-star rated hotel in China. Right from the entry, the check in is chaotic. No one attends to luggage. It takes 2 hours to do formalities and return passports. In Room dining, the order is a huge challenge. They take 2 hours to take order and deliver the food after 1 hour, when they serve only the food in a plate. No seperate dishes or any cutliaries (spoon or fork or chopsticks ... nothing provided). When you point these out, they say sorry and take another 1 hour to bring plates, chop sticks etc. BY now 5 hours passed and food is so cold and not eatable. This is a regular scenario ... repeated 3 times, I.e. everything we placed an order. It's a huge challenge. On amenities, the beds are extremely uncomfortable. If you just take a turn while sleeping, the other person is sure to wake up. They call king size bed .. it's two seperate beds kept side by side with cheap quality spring mattress. On breakfast, it's very limited and every day same menu. No varieties, the food taste is horrible as well. Extremely bad experience.for the price that is paid. The feeling has been a complete waste of money, sleepless nights, staying hugry and waiting for food post order for 5.hours every time we ordered room dining. The same situation in restaurent as well.

Outstanding Dining Experience The Tibetan-style lobby lounge is an excellent spot for afternoon tea, with a creative pairing of butter tea and Western pastries. Breakfast offered a wide variety, including local ******* specialties and options to cater to guests from all regions. Unforgettable Special Experiences The ******* medicine bath spa at the hotel is highly recommended; it effectively relieves fatigue after a day of high-altitude travel. The complimentary prayer wheel souvenir was also a thoughtful touch. Minor Suggestions The hotel's parking lot can be a bit tight, so it's advisable to book a space in advance. Also, hot water takes a little longer to heat up in high-altitude areas, so a short wait before showering is needed. For first-time visitors to Tibet, Shangri-La is undoubtedly a reassuring choice. It expertly balances a luxurious experience with local culture, maintaining international brand service standards while immersing guests in ******* charm. It will definitely be my first choice for future trips to Tibet.

I stayed at the Chomulangzong in Shigatse again after a few years, and the feeling I had was still good. First of all, its location is very convenient. The hotel provides pick-up and drop-off services when going to Tashilhunpo Monastery during the day. Drinks were also provided when checking in. And one thing worthy of praise is that the lobby manager also helped me book 5 rooms at Hilton Huiting Hotel Lhasa. The price is 80 yuan cheaper than the above. This service can be praised. I will stay here next time I travel to Shannan.

Great hotel, large room (was upgraded for free to Suite), clean. Marshal at reception was friendly and attentive. Large variety at breakfast, although the western options are still slightly limited. Would be nice to have greek yoghurt and more cereal choices. Chinese options are great. Joy (waitress at breakfast) was very good and deserves a mention!

The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic. She helped us with our luggage and actively arranged a room for us. She also caught up with us and gave us a gift before we left. The smart toilet was great, and you can take a full picture of Mount Nanga Bawa from the rooftop. The service and hotel facilities of Pingcuo Kangsang are great, and I will stay there again next time.

It is not far from Gang Rinpozi, the momentum is kilometers away, and it takes more than an hour to drive. It is better than living at high altitude. The hotel is newly opened. I heard from the store that it has been renovated for more than a year. Needless to say, the safety factor is not to mention. The building is a home-covered building. The equipment must be used with confidence. It is more convenient to travel after the airport is opened. The hotel environment is very quiet, the bedding is comfortable, it helps sleep, and can ensure a good rest to continue the next day's itinerary. Breakfast is self-service, there are many varieties, buns and steamed buns are all handmade, this is really good, especially in such a remote county, the materials do not have to be very full in the mainland, you can see that the hotel is sitting a lot of efforts to improve, do very well. Needless to say, the service of Pingcuo Kangsang Hotel has always been very good. It is very humble in a small place, very enthusiastic and extremely difficult. It is a pleasure to have friends from afar and fully show it in Puland. I will definitely choose here again when I come to Ali in the future.

I arrived close to 2 PM, having not yet eaten, and the small eatery they recommended – the third shop after turning right from the hotel – was absolutely delightful.
