Excellent location, very thoughtful service, and the staff were incredibly quick to resolve any issues in the room! The room itself was clean, tidy, comfortable, and cozy, with great soundproofing that allowed for a wonderful lie-in. The breakfast was abundant and delicious đ
The location is incredibly convenient. It's a straightforward 15-minute walk from the Border Gate straight to the hotel.
It's been so long since I stayed in a Macau hotel, and they still require a deposit? And it's 2025, yet the hotel doesn't accept electronic payments? My world just fell apart! I didn't bring my credit card, sobbing... In the end, I had no choice but to pay cash. Seriously, you really need to read the fine print when booking a room.
This stay included breakfast. We arrived at the restaurant around 8:30 AM. There's one area for the buffet and another for Ă la carte dim sum (self-funded). The food selection is decent, and it looks presentable, but the taste is on the blander side, haha. Overall, the value for money is pretty good.
The room was quite spacious. The front desk staff were decent. The hotel requires a deposit. It's located to the left of the Galaxy Diamond Lobby. If you take the Galaxy shuttle and get off at the Diamond Lobby, it's to your right when you face the lobby, or to your left if your back is to the lobby. If you're unsure, just ask any Galaxy staff member. It's just across the sky bridge, which has an elevator.
This hotel was full of pleasant surprises! It's super convenient to get to, really clean, and quite spacious. I loved the city views, especially the New Grand Lisboa at night. But the biggest and happiest surprise was the breakfast place downstairs. It was so delicious, incredibly convenient, and budget-friendly â full of locals! I had the best buttered toast and coffee of my life there. That one breakfast reminded me of so many other amazing hotel breakfasts I've had. Pure bliss!
I booked this hotel over two months in advance for Chinese New Year, only to find the price had dropped by a third when I arrived. So, for Chinese New Year, there's no need to book hotels so far ahead.
Honestly, the hotel's environment and cleanliness were pretty mediocre, not even reaching a three-star standard. It can't even compare to budget hotels back home.
However, the service was excellent, but that's typical of Macau's service industry â it's generally very good.
This hotel is connected to a restaurant, and their Chinese New Year set menus looked quite appealing.
The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. They even upgraded our room for free when we checked in. The location is excellent, very close to the bus stop and the shuttle bus stop for Macau's central district. It's right next to the Grand Lisboa and Wynn Macau, which makes it super convenient to catch shuttle buses to Wynn Palace and other nearby hotels. There are also some small restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and the prices aren't too bad.
The hotel's location is excellent. It's about a 10-minute bus ride from Macau Airport, and the bus stop is right there. The building is also easy to spot. The front desk is small, but the room itself isn't tiny and is quite clean. There are plenty of power outlets, so I didn't even need my converter. The two beds are very large, and the pillows were more comfortable than any I've had in hotels back home in China. There aren't many food options or convenience stores right downstairs, but just around the corner are Rua da Cunha and Taipa Houses-Museum. Along the way, you'll find popular tea restaurants and supermarkets. It's a 5-minute walk to Taipa Houses-Museum and about 10 minutes to Rua da Cunha. From there, it's another 10-15 minute walk to large hotels like The Venetian and The Londoner, which is incredibly convenient and saves a lot on taxi fares. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the front desk service. Check-in isn't until 3 PM. I arrived at 1 PM, left my luggage at the front desk, and went out for lunch. When I booked, I specifically requested a quiet room. The front desk initially said they would arrange a mountain view room for me when I came back at 3 PM, which I thought was a nice touch. However, when I returned at 3 PM, I was told the mountain view room still needed cleaning and would take another 40 minutes to an hour. Ugh. So, I ended up in a city view room right next to the elevator, and I could hear the elevator dinging all night.
Staying at Macao Yishe with the kids for 3 days was super easy and stress-free! The location is absolutely fantastic, just a 10-minute walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's, and the snack street downstairs is incredibly convenient. The room was clean and cozy, with special amenities for children. Thoughtful touches like the Dyson hairdryer and capsule coffee machine were a real plus. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even prepared little gifts for the kids. The sunset view from the rooftop is stunning. It's very family-friendly and offers great value for money. We'll definitely choose this place again next time we're in Macau! Special thanks to Erica, Yoyo, Delia, and Alex.
The hotel has a perfect location close to the historic center, with all major attractions within walking distance. There is also a bus stop nearby, which makes it very convenient to reach other parts of the city.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Soundproofing was good, so it was quiet at night.
The staff were friendly and helpful, making the overall experience smooth and pleasant. A great option for exploring the city and very good value for the location. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.
Hotel Sintra is absolutely my hidden gem in Macau! đ It's just a few minutes' walk to Lotus Square, and super convenient with a bus stop nearby. Plus, there's a university across the street, and it's surrounded by tourist attractions and restaurants. Talk about value for money! The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was instantly soothed by the aroma. The room details were perfect, the bedding was so soft and cloud-like âïž, and the warm lighting created a fantastic ambiance for photos! đž

GGuest UserGood value for the price! The location is super convenient for transportation and grabbing food. There's the famous Yangzhi Jinlao downstairs, so if you don't want to wait in line, you can just get takeout and bring it back to the hotel. A little further down, there's also a hot and sour noodle place and a 7-Eleven! Plus, there are plenty of restaurants right downstairs. Just cross the pedestrian bridge and on the other side of the road, there's a large supermarket that's open 24 hours!

LLeshanjujunIt's a bit old, but offers great value for money. The location is good. I just wish it were cleaner. I can accept older facilities, but hygiene is a must. I felt the area under the pillow wasn't very clean, possibly due to dampness. The bed should really be disinfected, otherwise, you risk getting bitten by mites. I almost deducted another star, but then I thought better of it.

VVHIC DGI super love the hotel's amenities and their rooms. I think I fell in love. I will definitely come back in this brand of hotel. Luxurious yet affordable. Macao hotel are far better than HK. So next time I'll stay longer in macau than hk. The experience was superb! The hotel is located in supermarket, ruins and ******! They have free shuttle service. Very accessible.
My only comment are the staff at the bistro during breakfast...they are too loud. Talking infront of the buffet without mask. Their voices are louder more than the hotel guest. Bussing out of plate should be on the side not infront of two people eating... it's rude. Also the utensil and plate in the kitchen seem flying you can hear the sounds and their voices. Its a hotel not some public market. They should act more of an hotelier than market seller.
GGebijiadexiaolongrenThe environment: The hotel room was very spacious with two bathrooms and a full set of toiletries. The living room was also quite large and comfortable. The only downside was that the windows were yellow, so we had to keep the curtains drawn the whole time.
Service: Whenever we needed anything, the front desk would quickly have an attendant bring it up, which was really good.
The hotel's overall location is pretty decent, with a snack street and attractions nearby. Recommended!

Ssilverwings001Finding a hotel for around 500 MOP in Macau, a place where every inch is precious, is quite a feat, though the price jumps to over 800 MOP on weekends. The hotel's location is excellent; right outside and across a footbridge, you're at the entrance of Galaxy's Diamond Lobby, where you can catch a shuttle. If you prefer not to take the shuttle, there's a bus stop just a short walk to the left from the hotel entrance, making public transport very convenient. The room window offers a direct river view, which is pretty much a stunning sea view room. The hotel booking also included complimentary tickets for the Studio City Golden Reel Ferris wheel, which was a great deal. Broadway Macau is a short walk to the right of the hotel; taking the small alleyway makes it even quicker. Broadway has a snack street with plenty of food options. Plus, ordering takeout to the room is super easy, though it only gets delivered to the takeout pickup area on the ground floor, so you need to collect it yourself. The hotel feels quite new; the lobby on the first floor has an English style, and the rooms are compact but very clean.
