The room was great, but I wouldn't recommend booking hotels like Westin through Trip.com. They don't book directly; they use a third-party platform. My reservation ended up with two order numbers, which made check-in impossible and wasted a lot of my time. Trip.com's whole handling process was incredibly slow and perfunctory. I had to resolve it myself, so I really advise against booking with them. I've also noticed that Tongcheng (eLong) has better prices recently.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible Stay – Modern, Clean, and Fantastic Service! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is very modern and spotless throughout. The staff were fantastic, making check-in seamless and offering great hospitality. The room was comfortable, but the highlight was the amazing shower! Furthermore, dinner in the restaurant was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel

The breakfast was absolutely amazing! There's a tram stop right outside the hotel, and it's quite picturesque. The tram stop is level with the tram, making it super easy to get on and off with luggage. As for the bed and cleanliness inside, it's Marriott quality, so nothing less than excellent.

Beautiful rooms, fabulous amenities, excellent breakfast. Staff were very professional and welcoming. Close to center of town and Christmas markets which were the reason for our visit. Definitely recommend. Would stay again if I were in the area.

I bought a Polar Bear plush toy in Iceland for my little girl at home—a toy she wanted badly. It was misplaced by Housekeeping, whether accidentally or for whatever other reasons one might imagine. When I returned to the hotel and reported the issue, the front desk asked me to email them. However, there was a clear lack of urgency; the email was not even read until the next morning when I followed up again. I anticipated that locating the email might be challenging since the booking was under my wife's name, which is why I repeatedly provided my room number each time I raised the matter. Unfortunately, no one with the authority to make decisions ever attended to me or offered any proper options. This entire experience shows a significant discrepancy between the hotel’s brand reputation and the level of care actually demonstrated in handling guest concerns.

The location is excellent, within walking distance to various attractions, and there are Chinese restaurants nearby for convenience. However, the staff were unfriendly. All the lower-floor rooms were assigned to guests of Asian descent; every night I stayed, I only saw Asian guests. When I asked the front desk if there were any higher-floor rooms available, they only offered one mid-floor room facing the parking lot, warning that it would be noisy. Additionally, waiting for the elevator took a long time; on lower floors, I often had to wait five minutes or even longer. This is likely due to an elevator setting issue, prioritizing independent elevator use for higher floors.

This is a new hotel that opened last year. It has a very trendy atmosphere, and the bathroom is very comfortable. The bed is also comfortable enough to make you feel refreshed in the morning. I would definitely stay here again. A simple breakfast, such as fruit, is provided free of charge in the morning, and free drinks (including wine and beer) are offered around 5 PM as part of a happy hour.

The Sofitel Frankfurt Opera was a perfect experience! Its location is superb, right next to the Old Opera House and the city center, making travel and shopping incredibly convenient. The hotel boasts French elegant design, with a refined and luxurious lobby. Our room was spacious, bright, clean, and quiet, and the bedding was so comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with fragrant coffee. The service was attentive, professional, warm, and efficient. The pool and spa facilities are excellent. Suitable for both business and leisure, this truly is Frankfurt's top luxury hotel, highly recommended!

The hotel is in the park, with convenient parking. There are not many rooms in the whole hotel, which are small but exquisite, very beautiful, and have a sense of history. The rooms are quite large. The breakfast environment is beautiful and exquisite.
