If I am in Frankfurt, I am staying here. I've sayed in this hotel many times over the last 22 years. I love it. Exceptional service, facilities, attention to detail, and cleanliness. Never let me down.
Fantastic breakfast buffet. Hot and cold dishes are plentiful and high-quality.
Steigenberger provides good quality hospitality consistency throughout their hotels in Germany. I stayed in many of them and never got disappointed.
Bart Red Fort, located near Frankfurt, the airport is more than 20 minutes drive, about one kilometer walk from the hotel to the light rail station, take S5 to Frankfurt Central Railway Station for half an hour, 18,48 minutes every hour, very punctual, traffic is very convenient.
The town was originally a famous recuperation town in Germany. The environment is great. The summer palace is well-deserved. It has been raining these days. It is not hot to wear a thin down jacket in May.
The hotel is very close to the Orthodox Church and the sanatorium park. It is very convenient to walk to the town hall and the shopping street.

The hotel is far the best hotel in Frankfurt and the surroundings. The location is simply super, you have it not far from the city and next to the hotel is a parking house. Very friendly staff and the service is top. The spa area is also recommended.

Direct subway access from the train station makes getting around incredibly convenient. There's a DM (drugstore) and a McDonald's right downstairs. The entrance isn't huge, but overall the accommodation is great. It's within walking distance to the zoo, and breakfast was decent. They do have that slightly odd system where you have to write your room number down yourself when entering the dining area for breakfast; I guess foreigners don't find it unsanitary.
The location is super convenient, only a few hundred meters from the train station, but very quiet.
The size of the suite is very large, the facilities are brand new, the kitchen and bathroom are complete, I am very satisfied.
Particularly commendable: the breakfast was delicious.
The hotel is in the park, with convenient parking. There are not many rooms in the whole hotel, which are small but exquisite, very beautiful, and have a sense of history. The rooms are quite large. The breakfast environment is beautiful and exquisite.
I stayed here before and it was good. I booked a Castel room for less than RMB2,400 when I stayed here again. The cheapest room starts at less than RMB1,500. But I was given a small room of less than 10 square meters, which was completely different from the pictures. It could only fit a bed and no sofa. I raised an objection, and she explained that there was a smaller Castel room, and then said that if you are not satisfied, you can add 40 euros to change it. I readily agreed. After 5 pm, we couldn't find food in the hotel, so we had to drive out for dinner. When we came back, we found that we had changed to a room that was indeed a little bigger than the previous one. It was not that there was definitely no 25 square meters of usable space, but at least there was room for two single chairs. There was no night light in the room, and the hygiene was average. It was raining heavily outside, and the windows could only be fully opened or fully closed, and the air conditioner in the room did not work. Fortunately, the breakfast was good.
Wonderful! We had a great time - fantastic room, great facility, rich breakfast, very relaxing spa area, sauna was pleasantly empty. We felt very well!

JJunieThe pool and sauna are not run by the hotel. Several other parties have also told me they experienced the same rudeness as myself.
The pool and sauna + gym are overrun with angry patrons (it is a paid health club shared with the hotel), all of whom despise hotel guests sharing their facilities. It is NOT a family friendly amenity at all.
The staff (swimming instructor) yelled at my toddler for using equipment adjacent the pool. There were no signs indicating this was not to be used by hotel guests.
When confronted, the man was extremely rude and obnoxious, stating the floaties were his and not for public or hotel use.
I pointed out there is no signage whatsoever.
The hotel itself, however, is exceptional.
Just dont use the pool area unless you want to be screamed at.

Ggoatleomessi10Highly recommend!
Modern new hotel with bold design especially in the use of colors. Spacious room and reasonably clean, though I deducted 1 mark from cleanliness due to the strong odor in the corridor from recent renovation and some dust on the inside of the wardrobe, leaving some dusts on the sleeves of my jackets as well.
Excellent location, right next to the luxury shopping street and right in the heart of the city. Direct access to the S and U-bahn with escalators.
Amenities-wise, you can ring the reception to get you anything you need, even curling iron! 10 out of 10!
Would highly recommend!

GGuest UserHotel in decoration so the entry, main lobby and breakfast area are small and unwelcoming to say the least...
Room is cold even when AC is turned on heat at maximum power, not something I expect when I pay 850euro per night for my stay!
Room amenities and upkeep is poor, I stayed in this hotel some years before it was Marriot and every problem they had remained the same - sink overflowing in the bathroom, shower with low water pressure, two towels only in the room - just feels like someone is cheeping on me even tough I pay big price

GGoh Zhe LiangThere was no clear directions to get to the hotel after luggage claim but that is the airport management. But it is about 2 minutes walk from the departure floor to cross over the bridge and get to the lobby. The airport has a mall also on the departure floor so it is easy to get food and basic items. The gym is at the ground floor and is a quite a walk to get there.
VViyonaThe room facilities are old, but it does not affect the use. The overall feeling of staying here is still very satisfactory. The service is very good. I feel that the English spoken in this hotel is communicated in Germany. The restaurant is very comfortable and the breakfast is very rich. The only thing is that the water and minibar in the hotel room are only 500ml and 200ml bottles of water. Europeans are used to drinking tap water, but we are not used to it. It feels that there is not enough water to drink. The water provided by the hotel is basically carbonated. Maybe carbonated water is considered a high-end hotel in Europe. It is worth mentioning that you have to pay for parking, 15 euros a day, and 30 euros for 2 nights. In our country, generally, there is no parking fee for accommodation~ After all, this hotel is not in the city center.
