The room was great, exceptionally clean and hygienic. The front desk lady was very nice, providing excellent and enthusiastic service. The space was large and very comfortable to sleep in. Plus, it had a window for ventilation, which is great for air quality, as many hotels in Macau don't have windows. Late check-out was also a plus. There's a restaurant downstairs and even a massage place. It was absolutely fantastic! 👍👍👍

My cousin and her husband stayed at Towns Well Motel during their trip to Macau, and overall, they had a good experience. One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It’s very close to major attractions like Senado Square and other tourist spots, all within walking distance, which made exploring the city very convenient. Their room was surprisingly spacious and clean, which they really appreciated after long days of घूमing around Macau. The value for money is also good, especially considering how central the hotel is. However, they did mention that the hotel is a bit old and can be hard to find at first since it’s located along narrow streets and uphill paths. Transportation can also be slightly inconvenient, especially if you have luggage. The staff were generally okay, though communication can sometimes be a challenge due to limited English. Overall, it’s a practical and budget-friendly option for travelers who prioritize location and space over luxury. My cousin and her husband were satisfied with their stay and would still recommend it for short visits in Macau.

The staff were helpful and courteous. Location accessible to  many places in the Macau central area. What we highlighted to the staff was other guests did not observere the no smoking rule and lingering cigarette smell permeates into other rooms as well as the corridor.

The soundproofing in the room was poor; the air conditioning unit outside kept making a 'tada-tada-tada' noise, which made it hard to sleep. Both the room and the bed were tiny, especially the bathroom. The room was also quite damp; my child's clothes, which I left on the chair, were soaking wet the next day. However, the staff's attitude was excellent.

I stayed hwre for 3 nights. Glad i wad happy to still check in just padt midnight with a manned front desk. 100MOP deposit is required; CASH only. Rooms were decent and larger than I anticipated; coming from HK. Rooms were cleaned and AC was excellent. Windows faces the sky airwell and other room windows but able to see the sky to check the weather. Able to store luggage near reception although i didnt use. Plenty of local restaurants within walk distance and a McD and conveninence store at each end within 5 mins walk.

The hotel's bedding and toiletries were all disposable, which felt very hygienic, and the disposable bath towels were surprisingly thick – you can tell they put thought into their procurement. The room floors were sparkling clean. The front desk staff were also very warm and patient in their communication. For this price, the hotel offers incredible value for money. I highly recommend everyone stay here; it's close to the Ruins of St. Paul's and other attractions. Oh, and to the right when you exit the hotel, there's a breakfast spot run by an old lady. You have to walk a bit, but her dim sum is really authentic. I saw many elderly gentlemen eating there. The portions are generous, and the prices are very affordable. This morning, two of us ate 4 dishes for only 68 RMB.

Choosing this hotel for my business trip was a brilliant decision. The lobby is grand, and the room is spacious and bright. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the excellent soundproofing guaranteed a great night's sleep. Check-in and check-out were efficient, and they even thoughtfully gave us game tokens for the claw machines. The location is superb, right above the Ponte 16 bus station. The room was excellent, and the check-in experience was superb. There's a bus stop right outside, which is super convenient. The street next door has tons of great and affordable food options. It's about 1km from the Ruins of St. Paul's. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly, always greeting us warmly when we came and went. Overall, a fantastic experience. You can also store your luggage if you arrive early. Friendly reminder: There's a 500 MOP deposit for check-in, so make sure to prepare that in advance. Also, you'll need to show your immigration slip.

After much consideration, I finally chose this hotel in Macau, mainly because it's very close to the Border Gate when arriving at night. To my surprise, the overall environment was quite good, with everything you need nearby. They even upgraded us to a family room for free, and all the amenities were available. What really stood out was the service; even if you don't speak Cantonese, there's no need to worry, as everyone was very enthusiastic.

This hotel is super close to the Ruins of St. Paul's, St. Dominic's Church, and the Cathedral. There are also plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, souvenir shops, pharmacies, and jewelry stores nearby. Overall, it's good value for money. The room has a fridge, water, disposable slippers, and the toothpaste and toothbrushes are of good quality. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful.
