The room was great, exceptionally clean and hygienic. The front desk lady was very nice, providing excellent and enthusiastic service. The space was large and very comfortable to sleep in. Plus, it had a window for ventilation, which is great for air quality, as many hotels in Macau don't have windows. Late check-out was also a plus. There's a restaurant downstairs and even a massage place. It was absolutely fantastic! 👍👍👍

This hotel is great. It is very close to the Ruins of Saint Paul church (5 minute walk) and right in the heart of old Macao. The hotel was just open a month ago and I could tell, everything was super clean. The one grip I did have was that the hotel had no laundry room and I quickly found out that in Macao self-serve laundry places are very rare. I would stay here again

Overall, it was okay, just a bit old-fashioned. The bathroom had some stains and mildew, so the details weren't very well-maintained. My room was a bit small. The location was good, close to all the central attractions. The front desk staff were very nice. There's a 300 deposit upon check-in. Luckily, there aren't any bugs in Macau city, which is a plus. It's worth noting that the guests here are quite diverse, so it's good to be aware of your surroundings for safety. The value for money is quite high, especially on weekdays.

¥6,600 per night! A super satisfying and stylish hotel near Senado Square in Macau, perfect for women travelers. I stayed for 3 nights on my solo trip to Macau. Honestly, this is the best value-for-money hotel that I almost don't want to tell anyone about! Even though it's a two-star hotel, the service from the reception and cleaning staff was on par with a four-star. Both the location and the room quality were far better than I expected. 📍 Access & Location The hotel is located in the Macau Peninsula area, which is very convenient for sightseeing. It's in the direction of Senado Square and Grand Lisboa. This time, I traveled from Hong Kong using a free campaign bus, crossed the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, and entered Macau from the Macau immigration office (Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge Macau Port). From there, taking bus 101 is a smooth ride. I got off at the ”Silo do Porto Internacional” bus stop, and it was about a 2-minute walk to the hotel. It was my first time using the bus, but it was very easy to understand. Access to Cotai area (Venetian, Londoner, Parisian, etc.) is also possible by bus in about 25 minutes. Even I, who am terrible with directions, managed to navigate the bus system perfectly this time! It's convenient for going anywhere, and there are restaurants and souvenir shops nearby, allowing you to fully experience the local atmosphere. ✨ Hotel Atmosphere & Service The male receptionists, both day and night, were very kind and incredibly friendly. When I asked if I could take photos of the lobby, they even hid so as not to be in the shot, and their explanations were very thorough. The lobby isn't large, but it has a water dispenser, chairs, and even sells souvenir snacks. It's clean and has a very cute atmosphere. 🫢 Cautionary Notes‼️ A deposit of approximately ¥10,000 JPY is required. I paid by credit card at check-in and was told it would be refunded at check-out, but it hasn't been returned even after more than a week. However, I also paid a deposit in Hong Kong afterward, which also hasn't been refunded yet, so it might just take a bit longer. 🛏 Room Details I had a double room. It might be a bit cramped for two people, but it's more than spacious enough for a solo traveler! Although there's no bathtub, the shower stall is large, and there's a partition separating it from the toilet, so it's not inconvenient. The cups and decorations have a very cute Asian flair, and amenities like toothbrushes, razors, and combs are well-stocked. 🧐 Points of Concern: ① The hotel's promotional photos showed L'Occitane shampoo, but in reality, it was a different brand. ② Only the first bottle of water is complimentary; after that, you're expected to refill from the water dispenser at the front desk. There are also shops and pharmacies nearby where you can buy inexpensive water. To be honest, the water from the dispenser didn't quite suit my Japanese palate and tasted a bit like tap water. ④ There was a window, but it couldn't be opened, and outside the window was the balcony of a private residence. ⑤ The air conditioning is very effective, which is a great point for those who get hot easily. 💻 As for Wi-Fi, I connected two mobile phones (iPhone and Android) and had no problems at all watching Instagram or YouTube! It was fast and stress-free ✨ ChatGPT showed that it's not available in Macau and Hong Kong, but Gemini works. ⭐️Overall Review⭐️ For 3 days, I only requested trash disposal and towel changes, not a full room cleaning. The cleaning staff were always friendly and would always ask with a smile, ”Are your amenities and tea bags topped up?” There were guests in the adjacent rooms, but I had no concerns about noise and could spend the nights quietly and comfortably. The staff were helpful and courteous. Location accessible to  many places in the Macau central area. What we highlighted to the staff was other guests did not observere the no smoking rule and lingering cigarette smell permeates into other rooms as well as the corridor.

The room design is cozy and comfortable, with great natural light, and the environment is clean and tidy. The bed was super comfortable. The staff were friendly and enthusiastic, and even offered thoughtful assistance during check-out. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. It's a high-quality accommodation choice that makes you want to visit again – highly recommended!

Great budget stay in historic centre with good transport links This budget guesthouse is located right in the historic centre, with very convenient access to buses and even the metro. There are 24-hour convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, which was super handy. On the first day, we pressed the ”clean-up” button in the room, but nobody came. We later found out that you need to request cleaning at the reception – so keep that in mind! The room only had 2 towels, and drinking water is only available at the reception. However, the windows open, which is rare in this area, and we could dry our clothes – a huge plus! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable and well-located place in Macau. The hotel's bedding and toiletries were all disposable, which felt very hygienic, and the disposable bath towels were surprisingly thick – you can tell they put thought into their procurement. The room floors were sparkling clean. The front desk staff were also very warm and patient in their communication. For this price, the hotel offers incredible value for money. I highly recommend everyone stay here; it's close to the Ruins of St. Paul's and other attractions. Oh, and to the right when you exit the hotel, there's a breakfast spot run by an old lady. You have to walk a bit, but her dim sum is really authentic. I saw many elderly gentlemen eating there. The portions are generous, and the prices are very affordable. This morning, two of us ate 4 dishes for only 68 RMB.

Great location, very close to Hong Kung Night Market and restaurants. The only downsides are that the shower curtain is too narrow, making it easy for water to splash out when showering, and there's no refrigerator. The air conditioning works very well, and we even received a small gift upon check-in. Highly recommended! 👍

The accommodation is close to A-Ma Temple, within walking distance. There's also a bus stop near the hotel, making it very convenient to go to Taipa or Cotai Strip attractions. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room isn't very spacious, but the bed is soft and comfortable for sleeping. You can also watch Netflix and YouTube. The price is considered okay.
