For a tourist without car, it is in excellent location, 7 minutes to railway station to/from airport on foot with luggage n railway ticket just cost nok44 , walking distance to cable station to Floyen mount or Bergenhus or Ferry pier and shops. I reserved a small room but got a room of good size with windows and sofa. There are supporting staff in reception always and they can help me for my enquiries. They can provide electrical kettle at request. Coffee is free in lobby. Breakfast is also good , simple with good choices. I will reserve it if I will visit Bergen again.

Anonymous UserAbout an 8-minute walk from Bergen Station, and a 15-20 minute walk to the Bryggen area, this hotel boasts a great location. As it's a self-check-in hotel, the price point is very reasonable, making it perfectly adequate if you just need a place to sleep. It's clean, and even though it's self-check-in, you still see hotel staff around. I used the porter service for a fjord tour, and my luggage was properly stored in the baggage room.

Julian_BjThis is an apartment-style hotel right in the city center, next to the National Theater. It's about a five to six-minute walk to the Fish Market, and from there, it's another four to five minutes to the starting point of the Fløibanen Funicular. Bergen isn't a very large city, so staying here is super convenient, with all the major shopping malls nearby. The staff were excellent; our room was already prepared, and they allowed us to check in immediately.

Facilities: Complete, everything you need
Hygiene: Cleaned every day, towels and bedding are relatively clean
Environment: Downtown, some noise from the street at night is acceptable.
There was also a fire alarm, everyone went downstairs, but no hotel staff explained the reason, and there was no staff
Service: There is no front desk, you need to check in by yourself or go to the front desk of the chain hotel 200 meters away, which is inconvenient. Checking in at midnight may be troublesome

The hotel is in the small town of Laidal, it is a clean and tidy small hotel. The hotel is equipped with a restaurant. The room equipment cannot be compared with the big city. It is the basic configuration, but the scenery of the hotel is invincible. The window is the fjord view. Because it is off-season, there are five rooms in the evening. The hotel dinner has a buffet because the meal is too late (7:00 pm), so I went to the town supermarket to buy some food. There is no hot water bottle in the room, but you can find the front desk. Because there are few people and it is a small town hotel, I didn’t expect too much for breakfast. I didn’t expect it to be very rich. There are four kinds of fruits, and there are many types of ham. Check-in and check-out were very smooth, and the little beauty at the front desk was also very good.

Stephan_J_FiresGreat stay! The room very neat and clean. The hotel was easy to locate and well situated. The lounge area was very nice and even had free coffee. That was the best. Walking 3 flights of stairs with a heavy bad was a bit challenge after a long flight. All in all, great stay!

Guest UserGreat clean, spacious serviced apartment, for a solo traveller. Both washing and drying machines (2 each) available in the building for use, which was very convenient after coming back from a few days of wild camping and outdoor adventures. One issued encountered was the room access through the phone - I had multiple instances where the room wouldn't unlock. Luckily a staff member was walking pass and issued a physical card for use.

Quirky Viking themed rooms were very spacious but had large skylights which would probably have been annoying in mid Summer
Gudvanger is a better location for staying than Flam itself which really is just a tourist trap cruise ship terminal for the scenic railway

VOSS should be a good hotel, the front desk brother is good. The hotel itself facilities are old. The room is not big, but other Nordic hotels are like this, the president is not bad, breakfast is quite satisfactory
