Royal Plaza Hotel

Mong Kok
Great location as Royal Plaza hotel is accessible from shopping center to Mongkok East MRT station. Great hotel service too as hotel arranged for immediate room change when the bathroom floor was wet with dirty water and dirt due to choked drainage. Downside of the hotel is the check-out time at 11am is a bit early.

I've made the best decision to stay here after spending the whole day in the park. We were lucky our room was upgraded to executive room. Spacious room & was very comfortable.

Kerry Hotel, Hong Kong

Hung Hom and Kowloon City
I’m satisfied with the room, facilities and in-room dining service. Attitude of staff at check in session is great. However, for appointment of spa, though I had remarked that the contact person was different from the guest who was going to enjoy the spa, staff made wrong direct contact to the guest instead of me (the contact person). That had spoiled my surprise to my guest.
The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong
4.6/53124 Reviews
Southern
The hotel’s location is generally acceptable; however, the closure of the road connecting the hotel to Ocean Park forces guests to take detours, which is inconvenient and time-consuming. Despite the cleanliness of the room, a stunning sea view, and the courtesy of some (though not all) staff members, these positives cannot offset several critical shortcomings. First, the hotel failed to honor the request made during booking to allocate a room away from the elevator. Instead, the room was located near the elevator, resulting in elevated noise levels. Each time neighboring guests closed their doors, the sound resembled thunder, disrupting sleep even for those not sensitive to noise. This issue was compounded by thin walls, which provided virtually no soundproofing, and an interconnecting door to the adjacent room, further amplifying disturbances. Second, the air conditioner functioned exclusively in cooling mode. Despite setting the temperature to 35°C and requesting assistance, the staff failed to resolve the issue, as the heating mode had been deactivated in the unit itself. While this is typically an easily addressed problem in other hotels, here it led to prolonged discomfort from cold temperatures. Even after hours of operation, the room’s temperature did not exceed 20°C, with a slight improvement to 23°C only due to favorable outdoor weather. Third, staff ignored the “Do Not Disturb” sign, repeatedly calling the room and interrupting our stay. This behavior is inconsistent with professional service standards. Finally, service in the lobby’s restaurants and cafes was inadequate. I waited by the pastry display for an extended period while an idle staff member nearby chose to ignore us entirely, failing to offer assistance. Considering these issues, the hotel fails to justify its cost, particularly given the availability of better and more affordable alternatives.
New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel

Tsim Sha Tsui and Kowloon West
very pleasant experience overall; nice hotel, good location for what we were looking for. Paid for an upgrade to have partial harbor view and early check-in. On the date of check-out, discovered small unpleasant debris on the carpet. Met hotel General Manager Julian Wipper in the elevator on our way down and reflected the issue; he was very friendly and apologetic about it and instructed his staff to remove the upgrade fee of the room. Great hospitality and excellent service; very friendly staff and will return to this hotel next time.
Regal Airport Hotel

Airport
I had a one-night stay in Hong Kong during my transit, and I was pleasantly surprised by the convenience and comfort. The hotel is located just a short 10-minute walk from the airport arrival hall. The room was spacious and clean, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long journey. The highlight was the giant Christmas tree decoration in the lobby – it was beautiful and perfect for taking photos. Additionally, the hotel offers a free shuttle service to certain destinations, which is very helpful. For more details on the shuttle routes, the friendly staff at the counter were more than happy to provide information. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone with a short stopover in Hong Kong!
Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel
4.4/54499 Reviews
Overall, I was quite satisfied with the hotel. It is quiet, with no noisy or malfunctioning air conditioners (as is often the case), no loud neighbors, and no screaming or crying children. The sea view is stunning. A robot promptly delivered an adapter for a European socket directly to the room after it was requested at reception. However, there are a few downsides: there are no major attractions or quality restaurants nearby (just one or two at most); the breakfast is repetitive and offers a limited selection of dishes; the pool and ground-floor restaurants were closed; and the vending machines on the first floor only accept local payment methods, with no support for international payment systems. Furthermore, when transferring to another hotel, the staff assisting with the taxi provided the wrong address. Make sure to personally confirm the destination with the driver to avoid any misunderstandings.

The check in was very fast and swift. Cindy was very helpful on K11 watsapp. Location and view was awesome. It was fantastic holiday at k11 and very convenient shopping and food mall just down to B2. I will definitely come back and stay at K11 Artus again.
Auberge Discovery Bay Hong Kong

Islands District
Highly recommended for families. This is its own little town with supermarket, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and pharmacy. We took the free morning shuttle to Disney and had a wonderful time. Very convenient and cost effective. The breakfast buffet is nice and the Christmas decor was superb. We will definitely be staying again. Just wish the hotel had an ATM machine
