The Murray, Hong Kong, a Niccolo Hotel

The front desk and concierge staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. They upgraded me to an N3 room and personally escorted me there, explaining all the features. I was also treated to a generous fruit platter and homemade chocolates. My room had a lovely church view, and I really appreciated Niccolo's chic and modern design aesthetic. The soft furnishings and electronic controls felt quite new. The rooftop bar and restaurant offered expansive views, with the lights of Central Hong Kong sparkling all around. Breakfast was excellent and very generous. The à la carte menu was more than enough, and there was also a buffet with steamed dim sum, pineapple buns, and cured ham, among other things. Plates were cleared promptly, and staff were always happy to help with any requests. Due to the typhoon, the front desk was very understanding. They recommended the hotel's restaurants and kindly extended my check-out time to 2 PM.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, after 7 years. I booked an N3 Deluxe Room, and Manager Huang at the front desk was incredibly nice and upgraded us to a 75-square-meter Deluxe Suite. The room was spacious, well-equipped, very clean and tidy, with a great view overlooking Hong Kong Park. Both the breakfast and the executive lounge food were excellent!

The location is excellent. Although it's not a shopping mall area, it's a quiet oasis in the bustling city. Hong Kong Park is downstairs, and it's close to Victoria Peak, making it very comfortable. The hotel's service is top-notch, and the food is of a very high standard! They even thoughtfully upgraded our room!!! I was so happy and surprised! I initially chose this hotel because of the Cotton Tree restaurant next door. But after staying for one night, I felt it wasn't enough! I will definitely choose this hotel again next time. Breakfast, afternoon tea, and the executive lounge are all my favorites! I hope they continue to maintain their standards, and I'll keep choosing them. 🤗🤗

Great location, very close to Queen's Road East on foot. Next door are the cathedral, Hong Kong Park, and the Peak Tram station. The only minor inconvenience is its distance from the MTR station. The hotel service is excellent, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast is good. Definitely worth staying again.

Not a very satisfying experience. When checking in, I stood at the front desk for about a minute and no one greeted me. I then realized there was an empty queue. I found two moths in the room, the toilet remote control was broken, and the drinks in the mini-bar, nearly three years old, had sediment. These details really show that the management doesn't match the hotel's price. The package stated a late checkout until 3 PM subject to availability. The front desk refused my request, citing full occupancy. Only when I asked again if I could check out at 2:30 PM did they reluctantly agree. However, they called me at 2:10 PM to rush me to check out. There were some positives though. The TV screen was large, and the room decor was to my liking. However, I probably won't be staying here again.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at in terms of service quality. It's within walking distance of Central MTR Station, Pacific Place, and Admiralty. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel offers several exquisite restaurants to choose from. Before arriving, I inquired about the schedule for the hotel's free shuttle bus, and the hotel responded very quickly, clearly, and in detail. A perfect stay!

The room was very spacious and the service was excellent. For a location in Central, the price is actually quite reasonable. However, getting around isn't very convenient; taking a taxi is probably the best option. The room was big enough and great for photos. Breakfast was also very good, especially the pastries! 👍
