Excellent stay! They arranged a room for us on the highest floor with an amazing view. There was a slight odor when we checked in, but they immediately provided an air purifier. The room was cleaned promptly every day.
The free mini-bar snacks and drinks were a nice touch: they restocked them daily for our two-night stay, which was very thoughtful.
Facilities: Good, the doorknob was a creative touch.
Hygiene: The amenity box had a slight odor.
Environment: Nice, with a large sea view.
Service: Good.
Hotel shuttle bus: Convenient for going to The Venetian.
Overall, it's very good value for money and you can book with confidence.
I had a truly enjoyable stay at the Grand Lisboa. The hotel’s iconic design immediately sets the tone grand, unique, and full of character. The interior feels just as impressive, with a sense of classic luxury that makes the whole experience memorable.
A special thank‑you to the team for offering us an upgrade. This thoughtful gesture made a huge difference to our stay. The upgraded room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with a great view that added to the overall enjoyment. It genuinely elevated the entire experience and made our time at the hotel feel even more special.
Service throughout the stay was warm and attentive. The staff were helpful, polite, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and well‑managed.
The location is excellent convenient for exploring Macau’s attractions, dining, and entertainment. Whether stepping out for sightseeing or returning to relax, everything felt easy and accessible.
Overall, Grand Lisboa delivered a memorable and comfortable stay. With its iconic architecture, thoughtful service, and the generous upgrade that enhanced our experience, it’s a hotel I would happily return to.
The bathroom was huge, almost half the size of the room, and the sofa was comfortable enough for an adult to sleep on. The food at the Grand Club was excellent, and the beef rolls were delicious. It's very close to MGM and Wynn Palace, just across the street. It's a shame we didn't get a room facing the musical fountain due to the crowd, but overall it was pretty good.
An absolutely five-star experience! The W Macau is stylish and trendy, with incredibly attentive service!
I was really impressed with my stay at the W Macau - Studio City. The hotel's location is fantastic, right inside Studio City. Downstairs, you'll find a mall, a Donki supermarket, and all sorts of dining options. The light rail station is just a short walk away, making transportation and shopping super convenient.
The room design is incredibly stylish and modern, very bright and chic. The floor-to-ceiling window, facing the Parisian Macao's Eiffel Tower, offers an absolutely unbeatable night view. The room was spotlessly clean, and the toiletries had a really premium scent.
This hotel is conveniently located directly opposite Zhuhai Wanzai Pier's inner bay, close to Macau's main island attractions like Senado Square, the Ruins of St. Paul's, and Camoes Garden. Currently, the casino downstairs isn't operating, so from Gongbei Port or Qingmao Port, you'll need to take a bus or taxi to get here. There are many bus routes passing right by the entrance, and they run frequently, which is very convenient. The hotel lobby has an old-money aesthetic. The room size is decent, and the bathroom is large, with a separate shower and toilet, and it's very clean. They don't provide bottled water, but there's a water purifier in the room where you can choose the water temperature, which is a great touch.
Upon check-in, the front desk said they'd upgraded my room, but I'm not sure how much of a difference it made. The good thing is the room was spacious and seemed grand at first glance. However, on closer inspection, it felt quite empty, and the facilities were outdated. Basic toiletries were provided. The bathroom was also large, but even the toilet seat wasn't a smart bidet type, and the floor tiles looked old and stained. When I ran out of bottled water in the evening, I called the front desk, but no one answered. Besides the guy checking room cards at the entrance (separate from the downstairs elevators), I didn't see any other staff members. I didn't feel like there was any service. It was my birthday on the day of check-in, and the hotel didn't acknowledge it or even offer a simple greeting. The 'Imperial Dim Sum' tea downstairs was expensive and not good. Additionally, when in Macau, you always want to *gamble*, right? My companion spent over an hour there and couldn't figure out how a beginner gets chips to play. It would be great if they could provide a guide for new guests or have an information desk. I chose The Venetian because it offers everything – dining, accommodation, entertainment, and shopping – even if the room rates are higher than others. However, overall, my experience at The Venetian this time was not good. I won't be staying at this expensive hotel again. I suggest they really learn from Japan's service consciousness and improve their service quality, focusing on how to make guests feel at home.
The room wasn't clean at all. There was a used cotton pad stuck to the mirror. One of the sinks in the room was clogged and wouldn't drain.

The main issue: it was advertised as a 'sea-view family room,' but in reality, you could only see a tiny sliver of 'sea' if you leaned sideways on the balcony (see photos). Forget about the Macau Tower – all you could see was the other half of the hotel building. This was a huge disappointment! I called the front desk to ask if we could switch rooms, and they said all the sea-view family rooms are in this exact spot on each floor, so the view from every room is pretty much the same... It felt like a complete rip-off.

The room had poor soundproofing; you could clearly hear noise from the hallway and the room next door, which disturbed our sleep. The shopping mall downstairs had very few shops and nothing worth browsing.
The concierge service at the front desk was absolutely superb! Our room was wonderfully airy and not stuffy at all, and the overall environment was elegant, simple, and comfortable. The view from our window was beautiful. They even have a souvenir shop (Ying Kee Bakery) if you're looking for gifts, and a lounge service. All in all, I highly recommend staying here. My only minor complaint is about the kids' club. It's quite a walk, located on the second floor of the Crystal Lobby in the adjacent hotel, taking about 25-30 minutes to get there. What's more, the staff at the kids' club had a very poor attitude. Making reservations was complicated, and many of them seemed to be slacking off, looking unhappy and generally unmotivated. They were quite lazy, and I'd suggest they could probably do with fewer staff members so the ones who are there can work without distraction. They certainly weren't as professional as the front desk concierge.
When visiting Macau, if you're looking for a hotel that's affordable and convenient for shopping and leisure, Broadway Macau is the perfect choice!
I recommend crossing the border via Hengqin Port. Take the Galaxy shuttle bus to Crystal Palace, then transfer to the small循環線 (circular line) minibus which will drop you right at the Broadway Macau entrance.
The front desk staff were lovely and very enthusiastic, helping us check in smoothly. Since we arrived early and our room wasn't ready yet, we stored our luggage and went out to explore.
From here, you can easily walk to Galaxy, Studio City, Parisian, and Londoner. Taipa Village (官也街) is also within walking distance.
We returned in the afternoon after shopping, got our room key cards, and headed to our room.
We had a twin room with a separate shower and bath in the bathroom. The bedding was comfortable, and once the curtains were drawn and lights off, there was no light pollution in the room, ensuring a great night's sleep.
On the second evening, I went for a run. For fellow running enthusiasts, I suggest heading towards Ocean Gardens (海洋花园) – it has a comfortable running path and offers lovely night views of the Hou Kong River.
On the third day, checking out was a breeze; just drop your room card into the express check-out box.
It was only after we checked out that we discovered a pedestrian bridge directly connecting to Galaxy. By walking through Galaxy and exiting via the side door near Crystal Palace, you can then walk to The Venetian! The first two days we walked all the way around the hotel perimeter, which was exhausting! We were laughing at our own stupidity, haha.
Oh, and the room I booked included a few soft drinks from the mini-fridge, which was a nice touch!
I highly recommend this hotel! It's incredibly convenient for going out for a run, shopping, and finding food. Plus, there are buses right outside that can take you to places like Grand Lisboa!

AAnonymous UserThis hotel boasts an excellent location, with a shopping mall right downstairs – it's no exaggeration to say you could shop 'til you drop! The dining options are also incredibly varied. The beds are comfortable, the price is reasonable, and overall, it offers fantastic value for money. Even though it's newly renovated, there's no strong odor in the room, and the decor feels high-quality. My only minor regret is the smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway, likely because some rooms are designated for smokers, which is understandable given the hotel's location in **area**. Oh, and a nice touch: staff brought my luggage to the room beforehand, which was a great experience!
GGuest UserFacilities: The bathroom door in our room was a bit old, but everything else was great.
Cleanliness: The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job, very clean.
Environment: Very good, almost no strange smells or trash.
Service: The hotel staff were very friendly and enthusiastic, not perfunctory at all, and actively helped with directions.
Eiffel Tower 7th floor free entry: Although you can't go to the very top, there's a Pop Mart photo spot on the 7th floor.

GGuest UserI booked two rooms and left a note requesting them to be next to each other. The front desk staff actually gave us adjoining rooms on the 37th floor, which was great. I think the main draw of this hotel is the 'novelty factor,' and it definitely delivered.
Everything in the minibar was complimentary except for the hard liquor, which was a nice touch. We ended up leaving a lot of it untouched...
The toiletries in the bathroom were sufficient and easy to use. The bathtub, though seemingly irregularly shaped, was actually quite spacious. Soundproofing was also good; it was very quiet at night.
The only minor issue was regarding breakfast. When booking, I couldn't clearly tell if it was custom delivered to the room or a buffet, as it wasn't clearly marked on Trip.com. This led to a lot of discussion at the front desk. The in-room breakfast quality was good, and you could select items and delivery times on an iPad, but it naturally couldn't compare to the variety of a buffet. The buffet required an additional payment of around 368 per person, so it depends on individual preference.
Everything else was great. The price from Trip.com was basically the lowest available. It's definitely worth experiencing.

JJieyuThe room was nice; I booked a sea-view room.
My daughter and I used to come here when she was little. Back then, it was quite new, with a beautiful and very comfortable environment, and it was called The Westin Resort Macau.
Originally, The Westin Resort Macau opened in 1993 and was renovated in 2004. In 2013, it won the Silver Award in the 'Macau Green Hotel Award.' In 2020, it was rebranded as the Grand Coloane Resort.
Now, under new management, the attention to detail in the decor is not as good as before, and it hasn't been redecorated, so it feels a bit dated. However, its unique location, right by Hac Sa Beach, makes it perfect for a family vacation away from the hustle and bustle. The original hotel architecture and garden design still retain that holiday vibe.
I'll definitely come back, hoping for some improvements, especially with the details.
DDeth capiliClean and tidy, very spacious. Special thanks to Jaypee for being very accomadating and making our stay comfortable and worth it. Surely will comeback again next time. 👍👍
