My friend stayed here before and highly recommended it to me! đ I booked online and got a great deal. The whole room has a really modern design, and I love the illuminated makeup mirror in the bathroom â it's so bright and clear. The Wi-Fi is super fast, perfect for binge-watching shows! đđŒđđŒ
I heard the infinity pool is a popular spot for Instagrammers, so I went to check it out. It wasn't too crowded when I went, and they were even playing music. Swimming, enjoying the view, and just chilling out to some tunes â it was incredibly relaxing! ~~~
I brought my elders to Macau this time and specifically chose to stay in a Venetian luxury suite. Our family had plenty of space and comfort, and the overall experience was very good.
Let me share the booking prices: booking in advance is much more cost-effective. A room including double breakfast was just over 2,000, and without breakfast it was a little over 1,500. We spontaneously added another room of the same type on a weekday, and the price jumped to 3,500. The price difference is significant, so I sincerely recommend everyone to book in advance.
Check-in isn't until 3 PM. When we arrived at 1 PM, some rooms were still being cleaned. The staff thoughtfully informed us they would send an SMS notification and helped transport our luggage to the room. The front desk service was meticulous; they proactively offered us a map, and the handsome guy at the reception patiently explained about the rooms, restaurants, and surrounding routes â very nice!
The suite layout was excellent, with a split-level design separating the living room and bedroom, offering a spacious 70 square meters. It was very convenient for the elders to move around, and the room was clean and tidy. The breakfast restaurant had an elegant European style, spacious and grand. The food was a combination of Chinese and Western, with a rich variety. Everyone in the family found something they liked, and they even had my favorite salmon â it was fantastic!
Check-out is at 11 AM, which is a bit early, but you can store luggage for free. They can also transfer it to the West Wing lobby's baggage storage, where the airport bus is located, which doesn't affect subsequent travel. Downstairs is the Grand Canal Shoppes, full of Venetian charm, making shopping and dining very convenient.
Considering the room type, service, and location, it's very suitable for traveling with elders. Overall, it's highly recommended.
This is arguably the best value-for-money five-star hotel in Macau. It's even slightly cheaper than the Holiday Inn Express nearby. It's very convenient to get here from both the Qingmao and Gongbei borders, and you can walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's. There are also lots of great food options nearby.
Facilities: It's a very standard five-star hotel. The decor style is a bit dated but not run-down. The room soundproofing is excellent. The only downside is they don't provide bottled water.
Cleanliness: Very good, the housekeeping is thorough.
Environment: Good.
Service: Good, the staff are all very enthusiastic, and the front desk staff speak standard Mandarin.
I've been to Macau many times, but this was my first stay at Grand Lisboa Palace. It's very conveniently located, with a direct shuttle bus from Macau Airport to the hotel. The staff in the lobby were incredibly welcoming, patient, and provided excellent service. The room was also very spacious and spotlessly clean. The hotel offers a wide variety of dining options too. I'd definitely want to stay at Grand Lisboa Palace again on my next trip to Macau.
All rooms at Altira Macau face the sea and are super spacious, with complimentary fruit (though not very tasty). Housekeeping comes twice a day, which is very comfortable.
However, there are some downsides: there's no direct elevator from the rooms to the ground floor; you have to go to the 38th-floor lobby to transfer elevators to exit the hotel, which is inconvenient. A deposit of 1000 MOP is required per room, and you can't pay with WeChat Pay or Alipay. Credit card payments result in a one-month hold. Breakfast needs to be purchased separately and isn't cheap. If you take the bottled water out of the room, you'll be charged 40 MOP per bottle. All drinks and snacks in the room are also chargeable and not inexpensive.
The toilets are old-fashioned, not smart toilets, and all the lights in the room have to be turned on manually one by one, as do the curtains. All of this makes such a luxurious hotel feel rather petty and stingy. This kind of tight-fisted management feels outdated and out of place.
I'd grudgingly give it a 3.5 out of 5. Let's start with the positives: The location is very convenient, with easy access to the light rail and buses, and it's within walking distance of major hotels. The room itself had all the amenities you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. Service was prompt, and issues were resolved reasonably quickly.
Now for the deductions: I booked for three nights and had to change rooms three times, which was quite a hassle. The reason? I had specifically requested a quiet room when booking. However, the first night, room 28115, though on a high floor, faced the light rail station and a massive equipment cabinet in a circular roundabout, emitting a low-frequency hum. It was tolerable during the day, but at night, it was so noisy I couldn't sleep (see photo). The next morning, I requested a room change. They gave me room 19098, and the front desk even mentioned that this orientation would be much better and quieter. But, it faced nine huge air conditioning exhaust fans directly below (see photo). The noise level was off the charts; I listened to non-stop noise all night. On the third day, I changed rooms again, re-emphasizing not to give me a room facing large equipment. They gave me room 27107 (see photo), which was identical to 28115, facing the light rail equipment cabinet. I was speechless. I kept changing, only to end up with this, all for over 2,000 per night! My initial assessment is that perhaps Studio City doesn't have any rooms that don't face machinery?! If you want a quiet night's sleep and can't stand low-frequency noise, please be warned!
One more thing I need to mention: Near the Audi showroom glass door, there's always a beautiful woman in a red fitted long dress with a white fur shawl (a 'star guest'). On the evening of May 22nd, I asked her how to get to the Galaxy Arena next door. Her attitude was very arrogant. It's actually very close, and I generally knew the direction; I just wanted to confirm if there was a direct, indoor walkway. She responded with an incredulous âOf course you have to go outside!â as if I'd asked something shocking. When I tried to clarify whether to go left or right, she became very impatient, saying, âDidn't I just tell you...?â and âIt'll take over half an hour to walk~â In reality, it's about an 800-meter walk, taking 15 minutes. I thought she looked nice, so I went to confirm the route, but I don't know where her sense of superiority came from. Dressed like a 'princess,' she really thinks she is one. If you're standing at the door opening and closing it, are you specifically waiting to serve only the 'princes' in your eyes? Heh.
On the first day, I went to check in around 2:30 PM, not realizing it was a bit early. The male receptionist who helped me was quite arrogant, a stark contrast to the friendly female staff I encountered later. I'd suggest more training for him. The cleanliness was okay, but there was a lot of dust in the roomâon the mini-bar, in the wardrobe, and on the bed. When I lay down, lint was floating everywhere. However, the hotel views are fantastic, and the location is very convenient. The room facilities are also excellent.
Our Macau trip got off to a fantastic start, thanks to Brian who upgraded us to a suite! The 270-degree floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of both the Eiffel Tower and the Figure 8 Ferris Wheel â the scenery was absolutely stunning. The room itself was stylish yet cozy, and the breakfast buffet's seafood congee and latte art coffee were incredibly comforting. The service experience was top-notch. Highly recommend!
I've been to Macau many times, and each time I choose the Landmark Hotel. It's affordable, and the location is excellent. There's a large supermarket nearby for convenient shopping, and they offer a free shuttle bus directly to Gongbei. Plus, there's a restaurant inside, which is very handy.
This was my first stay at The Parisian Macao. I'd previously stayed at The Venetian and found it huge, but The Parisian is just as big, if not bigger! The hotel offers a shuttle service to the central district of Macau, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. Rua da Cunha is also nearby, offering plenty of dining options. The room was clean and tidy, and it offers great value for money. My only minor critique is that the perfume scent throughout the hotel is quite strong; I personally think it could be a bit lighter.

The room is very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and nice.
A very pleasant and memorable stay at The Parisian. The location is good as it links to other hotels and shoppes. The room is clean and with fantastic view of Eiffel Tower just in front of our room. The service is excellent especially by Anthony who served us with sincere and caring. Overall, this is so far our best stay and me and my wife had an unforgettable 10th year anniversary at The Parisian.
I had a wonderful stay at the Morpheus, the architectural and interior design was extraordinary. The futuristic feeling on the space was balanced with the natural light during the day, and lighting at night was beautiful. The service was excellent, all staffs were friendly and helpful, special thanks for the front operation staff Samuel who gave me a brief tour of the building. I had a great time and will definitely stay at the Morpheus again.
We celebrate here my daughter 8th birthday and the room was so big and the balcony view was do good. Love their services from check in up to check out.
Brian was very warm and friendly. He has helped with early check in and upgraded us to the suite room. The room was spacious and the view was great. The breakfast was yummy with lots of choices. Overall, highly recommended and will surely come back again.
We enjoyed our stay so much! Starting from the people in the lobby that are so so accommodating and always ready to listen to our queries. Food is nice, place is so relaxing. Another day off well spent for us!
My 2nd & 3rd visit in staying here at Studio City. My very 1st time in Macau was a hotel next street. Many restaurants in Studio City from basic dining to fine dining all under 1 roof. Most Suitable for young kids to old folks. We strongly recommend to stay here.
