4-Star Hotels in Chihuahua, Mexico

The hotel booked for the boss on a business trip has been stayed many times. The hotel is not only good, the surrounding transportation is convenient, and it is also close to the airport. The stay experience is very good. It is recommended.

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und kann es definitiv weiterempfehlen. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sauber, modern eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. Besonders gefallen haben mir die bequemen Betten und die ruhige Atmosphäre. Auch das Badezimmer war gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und frisch, mit einer guten Auswahl an warmen und kalten Speisen. Insgesamt stimmt hier das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen! 😊

Breakfast is not good, English is not easy to communicate, convenient to travel

The biggest regret is that the shower in the bathroom is on the head, which is very inconvenient and the water is uneven! The rest of the room is very good. The hotel is surrounded by the high-end community of Chihuahua. Shopping and eating are very convenient and safe. The air conditioning in the room is very good, the cool breeze is very strong!

Great looking hotel only issue we had was the water in the shower the first night had no pressure and the next day the shower water was freezing cold. Tried everything to get warm water but never did get the warm water out of the shower.

The room is very large, it is a small apartment, there is a kitchen and a living room. The whole hotel is arranged like a resort. The customer said that this hotel is very comfortable in the center of the old city. All the toiletries are Dove.

Breakfast has Mexican rolls, or ham, too few types, completely unaccustomed to eating. Elevator maintenance can not be used, but fortunately there are three floors, the service staff is basically Spanish. There are schools nearby, playgrounds, shopping malls opposite, old-fashioned window sill air conditioning, loud sound.

Very good, initially worried about the smell of the smoking room, very good after staying, no taste! Very close to the customers we visited! The service is also in place, and the Call taxi will arrive in a few minutes! There is no toothbrush and toothpaste, fortunately, I have a belt!

The hotel is magnificent, with great views of the city, but removed from the tourist sites of the city. although the area where it is located is a beautiful and safe commercial and residential area.

I booked this hotel based off a couple photos, hoping it would be nice and that it really existed. To sum it up...WOW!!!! It’s about a year old as of Sept 2019. I think it’s about a 4.5 - 5 star boutique hotel. 11 classy comfy modern rooms. Huge marble bathrooms. Impeccable bedding. Mood lighting. The staff is the same as to what you would experience at a St. Regis or Ritz Carlton. The overall hotel reminds me of the Marriott Autograph Collection Boutique hotels I stayed at in Europe. If you’re not familiar, google it. It’s high end and for a more discerning traveler. The food is AMAZING. I’d give it 5 stars! The fine dining breakfast is included in the stay, which blows my mind. It’s so good I’d pay extra for it. It’s next to the big church so location is perfect. Its not on the street. It’s on the sidewalk so there’s no traffic in front of the entrance. There’s lounge music playing throughout the courtyards, hot tub, and lounge area upstairs. Lounge Beds upstairs are super comfortable. There’s a honesty bar on the roof with Moet, beer, water, etc. There’s also fresh soft blankets and great pillows to chill out on. There’s a view of the upper part of the church. Lots of beautiful plants around the hotel. There’s an additional indoor area, aside from the bar, that’s full of lovely seating arrangements. The dining room looks like something out of the Victorian era. And yes....the hot tub is great after a long day of sightseeing! The trolley picks up people like 30 seconds away to go on the city tour. That’s nice but it was easier for us to just walk or taxi. We walked to Pancho Villas house and the other popular mansion. Worth it! Went to the caves! Even though it’s in Spanish and we don’t speak it well, it’s still incredible and fun! Just some tips...a casual, modern open air restaurant to eat lunch with notable street tacos is around the corner. It’s called Sotolerios. And for live music I recommend 7 Leguas. Again, more modern and open air. Really popular so make reservations. Downstairs from 7 Leguas are multiple restaurants. Last night a huge professional mariachi band was playing for the restaurants. So many options. It’s safe there too! Also the photos don’t do it justice! Only allowed to upload 10 photos. There’s so many great photos of the hotel that I don’t know which ones to choose.
