Topklasse service. Havde forespurgt på tidligere check in, hvilket de ville sørge for. Receptionen ringede tilbage på ankomst dagen for at bekræfte at det var muligt. Samtidig blev jeg oplyst om at der var ændret parkeringsregler. Virkelig god service. Morgenmaden er meget lækker. Her kommer jeg gerne tilbage til.

Very retro hotel, the facilities are a little old, but the breakfast here is particularly good! I have stayed in many hotels on business trips abroad. The taste of this breakfast can basically be ranked in my mind. In addition, the service attitude is also very good. There is a handwritten welcome letter in the room when you check in. It feels very hard!

Complete facilities, convenient parking, good breakfast! Warm service, comfortable room, five minutes walk to the town center, surrounding gas stations and supermarkets are all available

Good, the location is good, behind is a Chinese restaurant, shopping malls are very close

This hotel allows early check-in. There were construction scaffolding outside the window of the first room. The second room had no wifi signal. It happened that my data card ran out and I could only handle things in the corridor. The third room had wifi signal. The waiters were pretty nice. They helped me take care of the room without any pushback. It's rare that this hotel has a gym. No one goes there in the morning. Although there are not many equipments, they are usable. There is free coffee. There are two-in-one towels, shower gel and shampoo, and you can bring your own toothbrush.

We had a nice big room with beautiful nature view. The breakfast was delicious. We’ve enjoyed the adults only spa (even it costs in addition). The roof top pool is amazing and the service was excellent. We would book it again.

Traveling on this business. A hundred-year-old shop, but neat and tidy. There is a parking lot, the city center is conveniently located, and the Ecco next to it is often special. The steaks at the restaurant are especially delicious.

Fabulous in every way. From our arrival in the late afternoon when Alexander on Reception welcomed us with a smile and the key to our room to our departure two days later again with a genuine smile and wave goodbye we felt well looked after. Our room was lovely, clean and warm. My request for a room away from the lift was acknowledged and followed … and whilst we didn’t have a ‘view’ as such .. it was just nice to be able to open the door to the small balcony to allow fresh air in when we wanted to.  The room was styled in a simple modern Scandi Style and the bed, pillows and duvet so very very comfortable .. one of the best beds I have slept in in Europe so far.  And a REAL plant .. a sweet touch.  My only one slightly unsmiley face .. the shower over a bath tub .. great shower, good water pressure, but you have to climb into and out of the bath tub which could be challenging for some.  All in all a fabulous hotel, comfortable clean stylish room, friendly helpful staff… oh and the most wonderful breakfast (included) .. would definitely recommend and will stay again next time I am in Aarhus.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, but the corridor had a strange smell, a dense airtight suffocation or smelly feet, I couldn't say it, and the corridor looked dirty! The room hygiene and layout are unreasonable, especially the desk that can be used as an office desk, very unreasonable, the seat is very uncomfortable, I was forced to change to another lounge chair! The sheets I thought were not clean which made me have an allergic reaction, leaving the last day with a red rash, and I didn't go to comment because of politeness! The location is close to the train station is an advantage! I live for a short time, but I do not recommend, I live in an uncomfortable environment for a week, the pressure is very high!
