The hotel is a certain distance from the train station. It takes about 20 minutes to walk. It is convenient to take a taxi. The hotel breakfast is very good. The service staff is also very good. Have always loved the restaurant at Eyde but this is the first time we stayed. The staff and location are the best you’ll find in Herning. Booked the wrong date by accident through trip.com but the hotel very kindly changed the date for us. Breakfast was excellent too. We had a nice clean room. The gym was good enough to have a quick work out. Would stay here again.

Hotel in a central location with nice view and friendly staff. Unfortunately the elevators are small, especially the elevator to and from the parking lot. Also there was no air conditioning in our room, which made it feel very warm. You can leave the outside door ajar, but then there are a lot of insects. Furthermore there is no fridge. The breakfast was extensive and tasty.

The view outside the room is very nice and very comfortable. The hotel's service is very good. I put my luggage on the basement floor before leaving. The luggage card was given by the front desk~~~ It is close to the subway station and is convenient for travel. Recommended to stay.

The flight was delayed, the hotel arrived in the early morning, the front desk was very nice. Because I dragged two big boxes, it was very hot when I arrived, and my face was red, and I specially sent a small fan to the room, because the Danish hotel is not air-conditioned!

Great view! The employees were really nice. I had hoped for a room on the upper floors as I feel the least disturbed, but unfortunately it was sold out so I got a room on the ground floor, which was annoying as guests walk past the room and look in all the time. So not much privacy in the room. I think the room lacked a hair dryer and electric kettle, and maybe an air conditioner or similar on the hot days. Breakfast was fine. There could well have been more options.

The hotel is more retro style, the elevator has a special feeling in the last century movie, you can consider if you like this style. The facilities are slightly old, the hotel is in a good location, at the end of a commercial pedestrian street, and there are more shops around.

Topklasse service. Havde forespurgt på tidligere check in, hvilket de ville sørge for. Receptionen ringede tilbage på ankomst dagen for at bekræfte at det var muligt. Samtidig blev jeg oplyst om at der var ændret parkeringsregler. Virkelig god service. Morgenmaden er meget lækker. Her kommer jeg gerne tilbage til.
