It was a fantastic stay at this gem. Right in the heart of West Street , easy to get to anywhere. We arrived early and our room was not ready. Girls at the reception were super helpful and upgraded us to a beautiful two level room on the 7th floor. Modern , clean , roomy , VERY comfortable bed a nice bath with a nice view. Oh and nice thick towels 👍 Customer Service was 10/10 , I contacted them on Wechat after I booked with many questions and that was never a problem to them. They were also so very helpful to book tickets for us on our arrival for Hot air balloon and Ruyi Peak with a discount price. We wanted to travel around on a scooter, the lovely girl from the reception offered advices and options to hire a longer or shorter distance scooter. Not only that she personally took us to get one. We had a great deal for one to use for the whole day , return before mid night for 50Y . Overall it was a superb stay . If there is one thing they can improve on , maybe an easy instruction on how to use their projector . A very enjoyable stay and I highly recommend it to all . We had a fantastic stay. Service was incredible with the staff very welcome and helpful. The staff were also really good at helping me to develop my Chinese language skills and they also had facilities on site to support with any activities and scooter hire as well as a fridge with snacks to purchase. The room had amenities like tea, coffee and water which was replenished each day. Breakfast was incredible, a highlight of our stay The surrounding area was very walkable from the hotel, especially the moon mountain and famous 10 mile stretch. We had impressive views of the beautiful landscape from our room.

This was a brilliant and comfortable stay. Comfy beds, japanese style toilets, smart lighting and the poeple at teh counter were really great and helpful. The owner was handing out peaches and to those who smoke, ciegrettes as well. Haha. Its a chinese thing to give out cigerettes I learned. But theres a bit if sound at night as big lorries trnasports during the night and makes some noise. There is sound proof. But the lorries sometimes can be big. So if you are not a light it should be fine.

It’s alright. There is hot water in the shower, and the room is as clean as it can - considering that it’s quite an old hotel, and the furniture (and carpets especially) is showing its age. The biggest problem was the Internet - the wifi barely works (and only in some devices), and if your room is deep inside the building, you won’t be even able to use the cellular data. The only big problem - sound proofing. If there are people in neighbouring rooms, prepare to hear every whisper. Make sure you’ve got ear plugs ready.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Guilin and would highly recommend it to international travelers. The rooms are exceptionally clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. The hotel is thoughtfully designed and well-maintained, and you can really feel the attention to detail throughout the property. What stood out most was the service—staff were attentive, helpful, and went beyond our expectations to meet every need quickly and efficiently. Communication was smooth, even for international guests, which made the entire stay stress-free. A lovely bonus was the Italian-style coffee machine located downstairs, which served excellent coffee and made mornings even better. Overall, a fantastic experience and excellent value. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Guilin.

The room exceeded our expectations, it was one of the most amazing rooms we’ve stayed in while traveling. Getting to lie in bed and watch the beautiful mountains was a highlight! Staff were friendly and helpful too

Heshe Hotel stands as one of the finest resorts for accommodation in Guilin. Their hospitality, culinary offerings, ambiance, and staff are all exceptionally delightful and helpful. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by amazing front desk attendant, Melody. She assisted us through out our stay and made sure we’re comfortable and well taken care of and our tour guide, Eric, who communicated fluently in English, significantly easing our experience as non-Chinese speakers. The owner was equally gracious, sharing their barbecue with us, creating a sense of homeliness. This hotel is located just 15 minutes from the main tourist attractions, with rooms that are very clean and offer breathtaking views. I am definitely coming back again.

Walk more than 100 meters to Qingyun and Wuxing Street Tea ~ shampoo is very comfortable, facilities: the facilities in the room are very good, there are small intelligent voice assistants, electric curtains, smart toilets, room sound insulation is also very good! The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities, as the pictures prove. The room is located on the banks of the Li River; near East-West Alley, the Central Square, and Guangxi Normal University, adjacent to the Jingwang Mansion. The night view from Xiaoyao Pagoda is quite nice. Strolling along the Li River and Jiefang Bridge at night offers a unique and beautiful experience, allowing your mood to soar with the surrounding environment. The Seven Star Scenic Area features calligraphy inscriptions by historical figures, Elephant Trunk Hill Park, and the riverside scenery of Yangshuo, perfect for nature photography enthusiasts. Local cuisine, represented by restaurants like Gouweiwang and Agan Hotel, mainly focuses on fish. Breakfast includes rice noodles with braised sauce and glutinous rice – every restaurant has a great flavor, you can't go wrong. I don't usually like rice noodles, but this time I'm completely obsessed with them. If I don't eat rice noodles every morning, I feel uncomfortable – look at me! I hope everyone can experience the beauty of the Li River, where humanity and nature complement and adapt to each other without any sense of incongruity. Nature, humanity's support and protector.

We stayed for 2 nights and were positively surprised. The room is very clean and Well equipped. The AC and shower work well. We Had breakfast which was really nice, a good choice between soup, banh bao, congee, Fried noddles and more. The bed was very comfortable with a nice blankets and 2 pillows per Person😍 The Location ist great, about 1,3km from the trainstation, surrounded by a Lot of places to get food or Go Shopping. We Had a great stay!
