Very good hotel, reasonable SPA price, 20% discount for hotel guests, special technicians are in place to abide by the law, Ctrip also offers a buffet dinner and breakfast for low room rates, which is really a pleasant surprise! There is also a karaoke PARTY in the hotel lobby at night. In short, this is a perfect accommodation experience!

A professionally run five star hotel at the center of sousse. Interior design in the hotel is impressive and eye-catching. Flawless cleaning service. Rooms are immaculate, furniture is new. We stayed there three nights, and had room service every day without an interuption, which was great. Staffs are friendly and welcoming, especially those working at the reception. Muhammed was extremely professional, has resolved a couple of issues pretty quickly. He was so kind, he allowed us late check out as our flight was running in the evening. Food was delicious and was enough for us. We loved their freshly made smoothie in the breakfast and in the dinner.

The hotel is in a good location and has 1,000 rooms. It is a resort hotel for many tourists. The central area is a swimming pool. There are various performances or parent-child programs every night. It is very suitable for bringing children or traveling at home.

Wonderful from start to finish! I could not recommend this hotel more. For me, it was the hotel team. The hotel community went out of their way to connect with others and genuinely seemed to care. They showed pride in customer service and expressed that they take their five-star reputation seriously. The room standard was amazing. Due to rooms being fully booked over Christmas, I needed to switch hotels for the main Christmas days. I switched to the biggest and supposedly most “ luxury “ hotel in Sousse. Honestly, the switch was not worthwhile. I realized just how exceptional the quality is at the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. The housekeeping team visited daily providing toiletries, clean bathrobes and nice extras ( such as sweets and chocolates) to the room. Their friendly faces with their cheerful banter were a pleasure to embrace each day. The food quality was great! I do not consume meat or dairy but that didn’t make a difference, there truly is something for everyone. The fresh food selection was incredible and certainly unbeatable to those I had tried elsewhere in Sousse and Tunis. The cooks shared helpful recommendations and I tried a range of fresh local flavours. This hotel was comfortable, with a cheerful friendly team and positioned with an exceptional view of a gorgeous quiet beach. I would happily stay again, and I highly recommend the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the remarkable team.

Nothing to complain about, magnificent

I have stayed at Green Park 3 times. The hotel provides a chilled relaxed atmosphere. It’s not a hotel for partying . Staff are pleasant and couteous . The bar manager Lotvi is attentive and professional is. My waiter at breakfast and dinner, Mahmoud was welcoming and nothing was too much trouble . The dining experience has definitely improved since previously, with more problem solving and visibility from all members of staff . I feel the quality of food could still be improved. When I choose to eat at local grill barbecue cafes, it reflects the poor quality of fish then being served at the hotel. It was lovely to come back for a return visit and feel welcomed . The hotel is spotless and the new Director has encouraged very positive changes. I am very thankful to have enjoyed another beautiful stay and I will continue to return to Green Park .

OK hotel but it doesn't deserve 5 stars, I was disappointed with my experience... Negative points : Small problem at the entrance: no baby bed in the room not in accordance with the reservation! Fridge noise in the bedroom which prevents you from sleeping Building work on the garden side…! Good points very kind and helpful staff Hearty breakfast Well secure and well located

A very good hotel, I highly recommend it. The staff was very knowledgeable, the food varied and delicious. It was a fantastic stay. The downside is the towels are clean but old.

Super nice. You can see the Mediterranean Sea from the balcony! It's only 200 to 300 meters away from the train station to Tunis - but I really don't recommend taking the train to Tunis, the eight-person minibus is the most convenient

Service was incredibly slow! Check-in and check-out were very disorganized. We often waited 15 minutes for a drink at the bar, even with no other guests, as staff were busy chatting amongst themselves. However, the staff were generally friendly. However, a word of caution regarding the pool staff (the lifeguards). They would take already occupied sun loungers and parasols, claiming we weren't using them, even if we had just stepped away for a quick dip in the water. It seems you have to tip the lifeguards to get a sun lounger. The room's air conditioning was broken. It was 28 degrees Celsius inside, and despite numerous complaints, very little was done to address it. It's a shame, as the hotel itself is nice; not ideally located, but it's acceptable. I'm not sure I would stay here again. One thing is for sure though, it's definitely not a five-star hotel.
