It was an absolute pleasure to stay here. The amazing customer service was the standout point, especially from the manager, Hamdi, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was excellent. Really grateful for the amazing service!.

OK hotel but it doesn't deserve 5 stars, I was disappointed with my experience... Negative points : Small problem at the entrance: no baby bed in the room not in accordance with the reservation! The room was of star standard, with a double bed and a sofa, and the environment was also good, with a swimming pool and a rest area that were very elegant. However, the toilet in the bathroom had a strong odor, and there was no mineral water, slippers, or a kettle in the room. For some reason, there was a concert in the lobby at night? The music was too loud and lasted until 10:30 pm, so I couldn't fall asleep.

Great staff, polite and non-introduced, animation show super cool. The room with sea view arranged us. Dinner is delicious and varied, but breakfasts I didn't like very much, for 5* little choice. Absolute cleanliness, convenient bed, bed linen and towels as new, neats and slippers branded in a separate packaging, the present from the hotel in the form of fruit was also very enjoyable. It is strange that there are no cheeslons (!) in the free pool!

good service, the rooms do not have a shower for people who have trouble getting into a very difficult bath, for a 5 star no kettle in the rooms too bad for the restoration a bit tight forever a 5 star. very friendly and attentive staff. the towels are a bit old and frayed and it's hard to change them. But I would gladly go back.

Hotel with a very nice style. very bourgeois. We booked a suite. frankly very good. Basket of fruit on our arrival and bottles of water. Maid very attentive. Just if it was possible to have bottles of water every day, that would be great. Otherwise nothing to say. We will come back soon. That's for sure.

The hotel environment is first-class and the sea view room price is very favorable. It is recommended to stay. The only unpleasant thing is that when checking in, the receptionist insists that you send him a confirmation email for the reservation. This is very strange. No hotel has such a requirement, and giving him a screenshot of the reservation is not enough.

Overall OK, location is excellent, close to the castle. Breakfast was average. The service was not good, the order was very long. The gym closed on Sunday at 8 o'clock, and had asked before, saying that it was closed at 10 o'clock, but the results were not acknowledged. The sea view room has a nice view.

Wonderful from start to finish! I could not recommend this hotel more. For me, it was the hotel team. The hotel community went out of their way to connect with others and genuinely seemed to care. They showed pride in customer service and expressed that they take their five-star reputation seriously. The room standard was amazing. Due to rooms being fully booked over Christmas, I needed to switch hotels for the main Christmas days. I switched to the biggest and supposedly most “ luxury “ hotel in Sousse. Honestly, the switch was not worthwhile. I realized just how exceptional the quality is at the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. The housekeeping team visited daily providing toiletries, clean bathrobes and nice extras ( such as sweets and chocolates) to the room. Their friendly faces with their cheerful banter were a pleasure to embrace each day. The food quality was great! I do not consume meat or dairy but that didn’t make a difference, there truly is something for everyone. The fresh food selection was incredible and certainly unbeatable to those I had tried elsewhere in Sousse and Tunis. The cooks shared helpful recommendations and I tried a range of fresh local flavours. This hotel was comfortable, with a cheerful friendly team and positioned with an exceptional view of a gorgeous quiet beach. I would happily stay again, and I highly recommend the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the remarkable team.

an excellent hotel near port el kantaoui. rooms are clean and spacious ,food is excellent , pools are big
