It’s very good. The room is large and well decorated. The location is not very central. But Florence is so small. It takes 10 minutes to take a taxi to the major attractions. Compared with the rest, the five-star peer of 6,000 yuan is really bad.

Our stay in Florence became a truly unforgettable and very special experience, all thanks to this wonderful hotel and exceptional staff.
The excellent room, outstanding service, and above all, the warm hospitality you showed in celebrating our family’s special occasion were beyond anything we have ever experienced at any hotel.

The room is large and very suitable for family travel. The hotel's environmental sanitation and service are very satisfactory, and the breakfast is also very rich. I will choose this hotel again next time and recommend staying here.

Location is excellent middle of everything and walking distance to all attractions and museums. Hotel staff are extremely polite nice and helpful as well. We were disappointed with bed sheet last day they put it was yellowish color even though it is the color of the sheet it gives you old and not clean feeling after get used to pure white linensi almost in all hotels. Also we have give the car to valet but it seems they have put 140 km on it. It is a rental car so not big issue but it doesn’t feel good as well.
This is a very old hot spring hotel, not luxurious, most of the customers are locals; the room is large, the facilities are relatively old, but the European-style bed with curtains and very old wooden windows (with wooden shutters) are very European, and the bathroom facilities feel like they are still in the 70s and 80s; it is worth mentioning that the piano room where breakfast is located has a royal and aristocratic atmosphere when taking photos, super 👍

The decor is classic and exquisite, and the rooms are very clean. The entrance is small but easy to find. It's about a 10-minute walk from all the attractions in the city. The only downside is that the breakfast is rather monotonous, with few hot dishes, which may not suit Chinese tastes. If you have specific requirements for breakfast, please consider carefully before booking.

I arrived early on the day of check-in, and even though it was before the official check-in time, the front desk staff proactively helped me get into my room early, which I really appreciated. However, the room I was assigned had a noticeable issue: not only was it right next to a storage room (for some reason, I always get these kinds of rooms in Italy), but there was also a strong sewer smell inside. I initially thought that since they had already accommodated my early check-in, I should just put up with it. But after I showered, the odor got even worse, making it impossible to endure for three consecutive nights.
Upon returning later, I went to the front desk to request a room change. This time, a different female staff member was on duty. She seemed very reluctant, her expression showing annoyance and a lack of professionalism. Although she eventually did change my room, the bathroom in the new room was almost half the size of the previous one, and I'm not sure if it was even the same room category.
It wasn't until the next day that another front desk attendant proactively apologized for the previous room issues and acknowledged the bad smell. Overall, this stay was a mixed bag, with inconsistent service quality.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is very close to the river, a little over a kilometer from the train station, and a 20-minute walk from Santa Maria del Fiore. There is also a Carrefour supermarket nearby, which is very convenient. The breakfast is good in Florence, and it is also easy to call a taxi.
GGuest UserThe service is very good, very clean and tidy, the doorman is very enthusiastic, and greets you every time you go in and out~ The room is clean and the bathroom is large, the location is good, and the pasta in the restaurant opposite is delicious. The rooftop terrace is beautiful, but you can only go up from one elevator. The other elevator goes to the suite on the 6th floor~ I didn't meet other people on the terrace, it was quiet and comfortable

Ssonthegr8this is such a business type-of- hotel. very much suitable for businessman/woman who wish to stay and make a conference there. + the price was a bit on the competitive side so it’s very nice tbh.

RRChung_zelatorWent there to see the beach and enjoy the sea, when I checked in I brought big suit case and the guy at front desk was pointing his finger at me and asking whether I'm alone, I honestly felt very much offended and the guy needs to be well trained again his manner as this is absolutely not favored by any guests who will visit there other than him all the staffs are kind and nice but he's the face of the hotel as all the guests who are stepping into the lobby will see his such bad attitude toward guests .. that is not really matching with the entire atmosphere of the hotel ..
breakfast was great , very spacious and many menus so I literally have enjoyed well and then I walked out to the beach side and saw many people are walking alongside the beach, location is good
one last thing, why the wifi passcode is every 6~7 hours being changed?? this is absolutely unnecessary and made me really irritating as I did not know why the internet is not working, please change this for other guests
GGuest UserI booked total 14 days for a same room, I just request make up room services 2 times only, that why my room face tissue and toilet tissue use finished, so I ask for more 2 boxes face tissue and 2 rolls toilet tissue, but a male room service staff don’t give and say need exchange one box face tissues for one roll toilet tissue and then I walk in complain this case with reception female staff, finally she give me back 2 rolls toilet tissue, but her attitude so bad sit say me wrong use words describe toilet tissue only, may I ask all room customer if case like this make sense or not?
Original I gave them full mark comment for this hotel, now I trade back my original comment and give them lower mark comment first until after 2 days when I leave this hotel and they do back good attitude and improve for their service and then I will give back them good comments!
I am very easy handle person just say actually things only!
GGuest UserThe best hotel we have stayed at.
Its quiet luxury in terms of service - the hotel staff at all levels are down to earth and treat everyone equally and kindly and their service does leave you wanting for anything.
It was worth every dollar.
Paul, their head concierge, is beyond exceptional. Provided a lot of help with day trips and recommendations that we took and loved. They even helped with a car rental that was dropped and picked up at the hotel. And Paul also came and picked us up when the taxis were on strike for a night (so kind).
The rooms are immaculate and extremely clean. They are beautifully decorated and spacious.
The library is a cozy place to eat breakfast and read or have a quiet moment to yourself. and the grounds are beautifully kept.
We also went during their shoulder season so it was quieter - not sure what summer might be like there
I hope to definitely go back there.

The service at The St. Regis Florence was exceptional. After my departure, I discovered I had left some items in my room. The hotel team promptly responded and efficiently coordinated the delivery of my belongings to my next hotel. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail exemplify the true St. Regis standard. I am deeply appreciative of their excellent support and highly recommend staying here.
