The location is actually quite good, with an open and spacious view. South wing rooms offer views of both sunrise and sunset. Although the hotel's soundproofing isn't great, the environment is definitely less cramped and stressful compared to the dense city center. The rooms are quite large. The water filtration might be insufficient, so I'd recommend bringing your own filter. Be careful with the showerhead as it can get very hot, so you need to patiently look for a non-smoking room; otherwise, the smell can be unbearable. The so-called upgrade to L'Occitane amenities is completely unnecessary; Grand Lisboa Palace's amenities are much cleaner than L'Occitane. The shopping mall at Grand Lisboa Palace is great for browsing, with good sunlight and ventilation, and no strange odors. It's also very close to Grand Lisboa, and you can walk to the food court and New Yaohan. I'd recommend booking this hotel if the price is under MOP 800, and there's no need to upgrade to L'Occitane – L'Occitane is even dirtier 😂
The hotel's location is excellent, right across from the Sands shuttle bus stop. If you head left out of the hotel and cross a small road, you can catch free shuttles to the Venetian, Parisian, and Londoner. Also, if you exit through the back door of the lobby, you'll find yourself right at the Fisherman's Wharf with its various picturesque buildings. The room itself is very spacious, with a king-sized bed (2 meters) and a sofa in the living area. My only complaint is the 'eco-friendly water' system – you have to go out into the hallway to fill up your water bottles, which is quite inconvenient. Despite that, the location really is fantastic!
We stayed in the hotel's annex building, in a non-smoking room. The room itself was newly decorated, stylish, spacious, and comfortable. There were plenty of conveniently placed power outlets, and the lighting was very thoughtful; it gradually brightened instead of instantly turning on, which was easy on the eyes. There was no smell of smoke in the room, and it was cleaned very thoroughly. The bedding and pillows were soft and comfortable, and the service was excellent. My only minor regret was that on the first night, the duvet and pillows still had a slight smell of smoke. As I'm very sensitive to smoke, it made it hard to sleep, but after spraying some perfume, I slept soundly for the next two nights. Overall, I was very satisfied.
The hotel lobby is grand and smells lovely. There's a taxi stand and bus stop right outside, making it convenient to get anywhere. It's a bit of a walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's, though. The room was spacious and very clean, with no strange or moldy smells. All the essential toiletries were provided, but if you're particular, you might want to bring your own shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner. The hairdryer is wall-mounted, so ladies who prefer a different style might want to bring their own. Previous online reviews mentioned no tissue paper, but it is there, under the sink in the bathroom. The room was very clean and large, more rectangular than square, but still a good size. Both the bed and pillows were very soft. You don't need an adapter for the plugs; domestic Chinese plugs work directly. The room also has a 3-in-1 charging cable and free Wi-Fi, which is very convenient. Plus, you can now pay with Alipay at the front desk. Walking to Wynn, StarWorld, and Grand Lisboa takes about ten to fifteen minutes, and there are plenty of food options along the way. I didn't get to use the pool, which is a shame, but the stay was incredibly comfortable, and I'm very satisfied. It felt just like a five-star hotel in mainland China.
This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was quite spacious, clean, and tidy. The service was excellent, and it offered great value for money. I'll definitely be back! Hope they have more discounts soon.
This hotel is located in an old district, surrounded by delicious local food. It's about a ten-minute walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's, with many specialty snacks along the way, making it perfect for tourists looking to experience local culture.
The hotel staff provided excellent service, and the room itself was very unique. The bedding was comfortable, and the in-room appliances were stylish, perfectly matching the Republic of China-era decor. The hairdryer was particularly good. The disposable toiletries were made of wood, which gave them a nice quality feel.
We enjoyed the complimentary mini-bar (one per stay): The mini-bar was well-stocked with plenty of items, including free red wine and beer. Since I'm breastfeeding, I couldn't drink the alcohol, so I brought a few bottles home to enjoy in a few months. They look quite distinctive, but I haven't tasted them yet.
We also received drink vouchers for the rooftop terrace. After a long day of exploring the city, it was incredibly relaxing to sit up there in the evening, enjoy a drink, and chat with family and friends. My family even said they'd stay here again on our next visit.
The only minor drawback is the lack of restrooms and a nursery in the lobby. After checking out, I wanted to tidy up my baby, but I had to lay a changing pad on the lobby sofa to do so. For a hotel of this caliber, the customer experience in this area could definitely be improved.
Stayed here with a friend for the National Games table tennis match. It's very close to Rua do Cunha, just a ten-minute walk away, and public transportation like bus stops and the Light Rail station are easily accessible. The hotel also offers a free shuttle, but the schedule wasn't frequent enough for us as we were rushing to catch a match, so we didn't get to use it. You need to pay a deposit at check-in, which can be done via Alipay and is refunded upon check-out. The hotel rooms have USB outlets, so there's no need to bring an adapter. The front desk service was good too. Overall, a great experience.
Happy to get upgraded to a suite. Appreciate the customer service of their staff very much! They were proactive to offer help and reacted fast to solve any problems arise. They would also go an extra step to make their customers satisfied and happy. Overall cleanliness is good. Bed is comfy. Gym room and indoor swimming pool is nice too. The only drawback is the outdoor swimming pool not opened due to construction which we didn’t know ahead. But it was still a very pleasant stay. Big thanks to the staff:)
I enjoyed my stay at the resort! It is 2 blocks away from the main ***** and a bus stop directly in front of the hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful, I got food poisoning on the first night and the staff did a great job of assisting me with getting health care. The mall attached to the hotel is very convenient and has alot of facilities. I would say be careful of some of the restaurants I believe I got food poisoning from one in the mall. Also, if you are travelling from the HZMB (Hong Kong Zhuhai Macau Bridge) the hotel next door Grand Lisboa has free shuttles and very near the Lisboeta. Overall, it was worth the price and I would stay there again just wary of the food.
The rooms are pretty standard, but the hotel's strong points are its excellent location and affordable price. It's just across the road from the airport terminal, and getting around to other places by public transport is also very convenient. I'll definitely choose to stay here again when I visit Macau in the future. Macau has so many interesting, delicious, and fun places to explore, and some great exhibitions too.

CCC TourThis hotel is right next to the Jai Alai Hotel. From Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, it only takes a few minutes to walk here, so not having a good view isn't a big deal—it's really convenient. Although they're currently renovating the exterior, and it can be a bit noisy during the day because they’re working next door, it’s not a problem if you’re out exploring during the day. Also, this hotel has an indoor pool. It's not huge, but you don't have to worry about the weather affecting it, which is a nice bonus! Another thing is that this hotel is very close to the Racing Museum, making it super convenient to visit. It's suitable for both adults and kids, so it's definitely worth a trip!

MM819371****The hygiene was excellent, and the environment was decent. However, the front desk service was very mediocre. Once you've booked a room, you're expected to follow their rules with no flexibility whatsoever; in other words, they're quite rigid. The hotel's location is superb, right on Beijing Street, making it incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and entertainment. The hotel facilities are pretty standard.
__CFT0290273****We had a wonderful Mid-Autumn Festival with the family. The family room was quite spacious, clean, and tidy, with a nice view from the window. It's right next to Yaohan, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. It was also super convenient for walking to various attractions and enjoying a city walk. The only slight letdown was that despite having a building block wall in the room, there were no actual building blocks, which disappointed the kids a bit. We hope this service can be provided in the future, offering some blocks for children to play with during their stay. Thanks!
AAnonymous UserDecent place for stress reduction. Watched sunset and listened to sounds of waves in the balcony. Friendly staff makes one feel at home. Cosy in-house atmosphere, Beautiful gardening and swimming poolside facilities allow one's relaxation and revival. Nice breakfast in the comfortable dining hall.. Public transport is easy to reach the town, 10 min to Coloane, 30min to Taipao and 45 min to Macau by bus. Recommended for the physically capable.
Without lift, accessibility may have to be considered.
Bath tub deep, hv to be cautious for the smaller sized guests.
